They don't have products in stock and keep calling you repeatedly. No coordination between ops team. They called me 4 times just for the address itself.

Great product, eventhough was sceptical at first the copper plate left me speechless, thought it would have black spots like any other copper products. But to be honest it was good and still looks new even after several uses.

This website shows stuff that are not in stock and later we have to follow up every day to get the refund. It would be nice and ethical if the website is capable of showing only the items in stock and spares the customer from having to deal with them on a daily basis for refund.

I had ordered for Buddha statue. I have received message out of stock. The same was not mentioned on website causing unnecessary waiting as order was accepted

So you will have to accept whatever items they send. It's going to take some time for the Indian online market place to mature and provide value to customers. Until then, better to find a retailer in your area for all non-branded essentials.

We were assigned a pujari who before coming took our basic details like DOB, Rashi, Nakshatra and gave us the best time to do Gruhapravesha. They were on time and did the puja other rituals very professionally, we are very satisfied. Thank you and you guys are the best

I would definitely recommend the service to my friends and relatives. I wanted to do sudarshana Homam, with the help of Puja N Pujari, the whole process was made easy and seamless. Excellent service provided by Puja & Pujari team. My Grih Pravesh puja was beautiful conducted by Seshu Panditji &Purohit Rohitji, all rituals were explained in English for our benefit. We had booked for Ganapati and Lakshmi homam. Totally pleased with the way the puja and homa was conducted. Vathiyars were kind enough to explain the process step by step and also share their knowledge on why performing these rituals are important.

The pooja was good. But the items used were less compared to the list given. Please make the quantity of items less so that they wont be wasted.
