Loved the food here! Was craving North Indian food and this place really surprised me with the quality and taste of their items. Their service was super prompt too.
We ordered their paneer garlic tikka starter, garlic naan + methi roti + butter roti and dum aloo Punjabi sabzi in the mains, and the gulkand gulab jamun for a dessert.
Everything tasted perfect and the best part was that nothing was overly oily or spicy, and all their food was light. Everything is priced really well too. Our bill was around 500 for 2 people. Will definitely be back here again
It is a pretty decent place to have North Indian cuisine, especially Punjabi cuisine. After the renovation, the food quality has reduced. I did not like the taste, and everything was bland. Would not prefer to go to this place again, and service was late as well. Overall, pretty disappointed. Before it was very good with very tasty food.
Pure veg restaurant. The ambience is of a Punjabi restaurant. Seating is comfortable. The food is tasty. Sweet lassi is must try. Parking available. Prices are more than reasonable, rather on lesser side. Must try restaurant for North Indian and Punjabi food such kulcha, chole bhature, parathas
Food taste was good.we tried pannner chilly and gobi manchuri and panneer tikka masala and roti and sezwan noodles and all foods are good and quantity also. But server was not served correctly he don't have patience and also he don't know how to treat customers.
ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE AMBIANCE IS GOOD FOOD IS ALSO GOOD UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE ATTITUDE THE WAITRESS DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMERS THE WAITER WAS RUDE US
I've been there for the dinner. The entrance as well as the ambience was quite impressive. Ordered Munchow soup, Veg Kofta, and butter naan. Didn't like the food much. It was not upto the mark. The soup was okayish. The kofta was absolutely tasteless.wouldn't recommend at all.

I tried laccha paratha for the first time and I literally loved it. Malai paneer tikka was good like they gave really big pieces. Veg Manchow soup was also good. Paneer kadai was yum and paneer kadai with laccha paratha was good combination. Ambiance was really cool and also the food presentation was good I mean the garnishing. Taste was yum! A whole new experience of mouthwatering punjabi food Must try buttermilk and lassi too ️
This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy meals. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals are served rapidly. Highly recommended. Thanks to Captain Sahil and team for being responsive and really hospitable
The food was extremely delicious. The taste of each and every delicacy was as such that we could savour it in every bite we had. The host, Captain Sahil, was really a polite and an informative person. He served us well and made us feel welcomed. Loved the ambience️and once again, the food was totally worth it. Mangaloreans must definitely give it a try. If you love Vegetarian Food or want to try some new recipes, Punjabi Dhaba is your place
A great place to have food with friends and family. The staff is very cheerful and polite. Ambiance too is great! Food was great too! Would definitely recommend this place!
One of finest place in Mangalore if you are looking for authentic Punjabi cuisine. They serve arguably the best Butter Naan in Mangalore. Their service is very good.
I didn't much like the old Punjabi Dhaba next to City centre, as the ambience was a little poor, the price was a little high and the taste felt lacking. Now, they have improved on all three aspects with their new outlet. The ambience is really good, and I liked their attention to detail, such as having Punjabi figures instead of the usual silhouettes for "Men" and "Women" on the washroom doors. I thought that was a cool little detail.
The food was really delicious. Buttery, rich, Punjabi fare. They also have some Chinese options which were nice. The pricing was good enough, and the service was very good.
I recommend everyone to give the New Punjabi Dhaba a try.
What an amazing place to have food at, You Don't get a huge variety but you do get amazing quality at reasonable prices, also the staff is polite and courteous, the owners were very humble as well.i'd definitely go here again.
It's a Punjabi veg dhaba, Ambience is good. We had butter kulcha with kaju kurma which were yummy. Good place to have lunch or dinner when you visit Mangalore, specially when you search for vegetarian cuisine. Service is good and moderately priced. We had a nice experience there.
I ordered food online, roti and curry and paid in full. They sent me only curry telling that rotis not available, should I eat just curry? Din’t even inform. Never order from this idiot.
The ambience was good and the staff were friendly.but the food didn't reach our expectations. The food was bland and had no salt. Plus the dal makhani we ordered had small pieces of stones in it bcz of which we couldn't enjoy anything.worst food experience: (
This new restaurant is beautiful and better now, we had paneer satay a must try starter which is not there in menu but you can ask for it. Manchow soup was hot and spicy, we ordered a mushroom started which was also good and for main course we ordered garlic naan, paneer tikka masala and paneer Hyderabadi biriyani. Naan was super soft and very tasty and paneer tikka was good too but paneer biriyani was not good so i don't recommend it. Staffs were friendly and Overall it was a satisfying experience.
Veg restaurant with usual affair you see everywhere. Roti items are specially well cooked and value for money. Most Rice and Biryani items will be small in portion though. Parking in an elevated pavement will be tricky which is something to keep in mind. Staff are attentive and mostly will attend to all of your requests. Ice creams and sundaes were unavailable in Sep 2021. Overall a great Vegetarian option in Mangalore city.
Staff is very polite. Food taste of paneer subzi is different than Gujarat so not as per our liking but thought it may be according local peoples taste. Overall good.
This is a veg restaurant. The ambience is appealing. Food was tasty but a li'l too oily. The prices are very reasonable. The service was commendable. The staff here are very welcoming. Overall had a good experience here.
Extremely delicious food.top class service.ambience gets the best feel during our visit. I never miss coming for as many times as possible. Sufficient parking provision infront is available Santosh Kumar Deshpande Bangalore
Punjabi dhaba is one of the best restaurant for north indians or anyone who want to have north cuisine. The food was so good here that i totally forgot to take the photos, food quality, Ambience, service and the pricing are just amazing. People who prefer to have onion lemon salad will be happy to come here.for 2 people it cost around Rs. 450 which will be worth the value for sure. If you are visiting this place for any of the meal than thumbs-up
