My go to place when I'm craving some good authentic north indian food. The lassi is to die for.

Taste of vegetables like kadai veg, sarso ka saag, kadai paneer is very good. Perfect spices used not very oily. Tandoori roti also crispy. I like Jagri/ gud too. Service is also good.

Their veg meal is very bad. They take 169 for meal but serve only one dal, sabzi, raita that is also very less quantity. Also rice was not cooked properly.

The food was horribly bad. I ordered for veg thali and the sabji was no more fresh. It was stale and too less in quantity. It is not a good idea to order food from this place.

Took a takeaway for aloo onion parantha, which came with good quantity of curd and mango pickle. It was delicious. Quantity was also very good.

Food was very good.
We order lots of item which included tikka items, noodles and thali.
Food was fresh, paneer was very soft, spices used in noodles and gravy item was very appropiate.

Had ordered kadhi pakora today via swiggy. Simply disgusting, pakora was completely spoiled and rotten, it was mushy and smelling. Had ordered other foods earlier, they were good. Nowadays they are sending spoiled food. Beware of this restaurant

I ordered biryani from Punjabi nukkad in zomato.
I was surprised by seeing unpacked biryani in such pandemic situation and also part of the biryani was eaten.

The service is very good. Humble, decent and sweet people.

The dhaba serves authentic North Indian dishes. It is ideal for a quick meal or delivery. I visited Punjabi Nukkad with a bunch of friends for a simple home-style meal on the recommendation of a friend who is a regular to Punjabi Nukkad.

Tandoori Paneer is perfectly charred. Til malai paneer is the best I have had lately. It is soft and prepared well. We opted for Paneer Satay on the recommendation of the staff and liked the taste. The preparation of Dal Makhni is perfect. Flavourful Pindi Chole remind me of my favourite ones back in Delhi. I would definitely go back for more.

Wrost service ever experienced. After order waited for 50 min then food came on table. The good was cold. Even the tandoori roti is hard like papad. No one available to ask anything after giving food. They were only busy with zomato orders. Will not recommend it ever.

Today i bought one full size malai kofta throw zomato but its tooo bad i got irritated i spend 200 bugs for tis waste of cost the trust s gone abt tis shop

Last night had to catch up with my friends and we all choose to try a minuscule place that serves some lipsmacking vegetarian punjabi fare.

Ambiance - simple decor with some boards of Ludhiana, Chandigarh and other important cities of Punjab, dim lighting, seating options are descrnr

What I loved the most - paneer tikka sizzler (paneer is being sourced from Delhi and it is marinated with simple rustic spices and cooked over tandoor)

Stuffed malai mushroom - button mushrooms stuffed with malai and minimal spices, which are grilled.

Stuffed bharwan Aloo - baby potatoes stuffed with a blend of cheese and spices and then cooked over tandoor goes well with mint chutney.

For mains we choose the malai kofta - cottage cheese cooked in rich and thick creamy gravy, a rich dish that tastes great

Dal makhani was humble yet delicious

Pindi kala channa ki sabzi - this one is just wow and tastes yumm

And we tried the punjabi lassiii and chaaas
Both were just right

We ended our meal on a sweet note - gulab Jamoon - made in house these are delicious and melt in mouth ones

Gajar ka Halwa - simple carrot Halwa cooked in ghee it is fabulous

Service - staff are really polite and cater to your needs.
They are quick and make sure they get things done.

Would definitely go back to such humble places serving toothsome food

Ordered food from this restaurant couple of times nd always it was so much spicy plus a bit costly compare to other near by restaurants.

This place is a total comfort lovers paradise.

The in-restaurant dining will gives an ambience of dhaba with frames with photos and quotes of great personalities and freedom fighters, food choice is good at best available prices, ample quantity & quality and good taste, there are some side dishes which are little expensive.
Same good experience when ordered online using swiggy or zomato, delivery is fast and packaging is good, in a nutshell its one of the best restaurants one should definitely try.

I went into the restaurant with all my reservations that i have with veg-only north indian places but i was proven wrong. Every single dish was authentic north indian. The dal makhni melted my heart away. The paneer tikka is one of the best i have had in Bangalore. Yes, five-stars included. The tandoori aalo was another notable dish. The masala they make is awesome. That just takes the experience to a different level.

The ambiance is very basic. Its not really a chic surrounding. Just go for the food there. The owner is an amazing person who, just like us, has a day job and drives this place purely out of passion.

Good food but through Zomato or Swiggy you can have easily because in restaurant you have to wait for more than 45 mins

The food is great. Pure vegetarian Punjabi delicacies. The ambience needs some improvements and the service was a little slow, but the experience was good overall.

The place is located in Haralur road and very near to my home. I mostly used to order food from here. Food quality is fine but taste is average and everytime it changes. We have tried lot of dishes like butter paneer, matar paneer, kadhai paneer, shahi paneer, different kind of daal and naans. Initially.we felt quality and taste was good but now it is degrading. Specially taste. They need to give more focus on taste.

Food quality is depends on the number of orders, of number of orders is high than food quality and preparations is very poor. Otherwise its fine

Visited second time and went for same order Special Thali, hoping to be good this time. But it was same taste i.e insanely bad.
1. Mix veg: half cooked
2. Shahi paneer- I don't know why they call it shahi paneer if they can't give authentic taste. And yes expect only two pieces.
Dal- Meh! I felt they mixed some kind of flour in it to make thick gravy. You will this flour Taste more than Dal.
Rice- not cooled properly.

Disappointed and this was my last visit for sure. Go for it if you don't love your health.

They need to improve their cooking skills, because they used very old oil for roti and it was smelling very very pathetic.

Expected better taste. Was quite disappointing. The shahi tukda was fried in much used oil, leaving a used oil taste in mouth. Overall just average.

The food was good, nothing awesome about it. Ambience was great but the AC wasn't on and was really hot inside. Behavior of the waiter was great.

Worst service in delivery. Kindly request you to not proceed with an order from them.they are trying to create a demand by providing the food with a delay. The food which was given was very cold and when asked for justification they say you can return the food if u don’t like it cold. How do they expect someone to eat parata cold! Weird

Ordered Thali from here late, around 10 at night. Was wondering if the food will be fresh or not. But, oh, what a lovely treat it was! Every item was fresh and delicious. Even the Raita was fresh and did not taste pathetically sour or anything. Dal Makhani was so creamy and good. Paneer Curry and Mix Veg were also tasted great. Thankfully, Paneer Curry was not sweet in taste as is the case in some other restaurants. Gulab Jamun was melt-in-the-mouth treat. Portion of food was decent too. Good chefs who know the North Indian food well enough.

Punjabi Nukkad is a pure vegetarian restaurant that serves authentic Punjabi & North Indian food.
In starters, Tandoori Aloo, Till-wala Paneer Tikka and Soya Chaap. Till-wala Paneer Tikka is just ok.
Soya chaap is really awesome. We liked so much.
In main course, Dal Makhni, Punjabi Paneer and Mix Veg. Dal makhni was really very tasty.mix veg is quite good. Punjabi paneer is not impressive.its just ok.
I like their Khasta Roti, which is really awesome. Garlic naan is little bit chewy.
Ambience is ok, they r trying to do better.
Service is good. Staff behaviour is very good.
Food is good.

The worst Serive I have experienced here.till 1 hours the food is not getting ready here. Nd no response from the manager or the owner.pathetic restaurant

Third class food, not a single item from the thali was good. I ordered churchur naan, but I don't know what I got. I think good reviews are paid. Otherwise this restaurant should be below 1.5 rating. Cost is too much but food is too worst.
