Very Bad experience in the hospital. Casualty doesnt even have paper for ECG machine. The staff doesnt even know to operate the machines.
People (staff) were running around to get sheet of paper. Such a bad condition in the hospital.

For insurance patient's medicine are not available in this hospital, everything we need to buy outside by our own pocket money, but in billing they adding all medicines and it claims, in my experience I have admitted my daughter, doctor injected only 2 injection for that total price was 700 rs and we are stayed 2night and one day but bills raised 19685 rs with out any treatment, they added some testing also but they are not provided any testing report

We just got my mothers hysterectomy done. They were really good. Doctor Punyavathi and Doctor Nagraj were really good. Nurses and other staffs were also extremely helpful.

Worst hospital that I've never seen in my life, when I visited hospital and waited for hours together for doctor, but doctors are don't have empathy towards the patients, really worst, I came without consulting doctor after waiting for 3 hours

Doctors and Nursing staff were good. Pharmacy needs to improve. We need to wait for getting medicine and also for receipts, need to be improved. Dr. Bhanushree was professional & polite to listen patients word. Post that gave us the detailed explanation about the cause & issue and advised all methods to recover. Duty doctor prescribes for excess medication which will not be used, at the time of discharge, if we return the excess medication they won't take back and tells already discharge summary has completed. Looks like It’s a business center making a trick to loot the money.

I am getting treated by Dr Punyavathi for the last 10 years and she is definitely the best of the doctors I hav come across.all staff was really helpful and courteous.
