PuppyOye Dog Boarding And Dog Park

The boarding is very rigid on timings and keeps on calling and sms to find out the time of pick up which spoils our holidays. Cleanliness is not up to the mark as most of the time my pet is very muddy on return.

I kept my pet dog for 4 nights and then real story starts -
1- Diarrhea
2- Tick all over body
3- Hair fall.

Now you can imagine the hygiene they maintain at their centre.

I have already spent 5000 to cure my dog and still it's going on.

They are good in speaking English and paper work only, in reality it's a huge concern.

Our pet had injury marks and ticks and fleas after staying for 4 days here. Not a pleasant experience.

Had a good experience when boarding my pet. They have seperate enclosure for dogs who don't socialize with other dogs. This was helpful.

VERY LOVELY AND CARING ATMOSHPHERE ARE HERE. LOVE TO SEE THIS KIND OF NATURE AND CALMNESS WITH PETS.

Was a better pet boarding center of many that i saw but couldn't yet dare to leave my baby there.but surely a better choice than many other pet boarders which are like jails fr our pets.
This place though not as vast as in pics, has some sunlight and little open area fr the pets.

Preferred location for our pet to stay and enjoy. Love they way of thier process in taking care of the pets. You need not worry once you leave your pet here.

For my dog Zorro, it was the first boarding experience. I was little worried to leave him in another place, since it was the first time but I think Zorro felt comfortable and happy in this place. I received regular updates of my dog everyday. Staff were very friendly. He was taken care well. Its a good place to leave your dogs when needed.

We have been boarding Zoey with them for 5 years now. They have always taken good care of her and we are quite comfortable leaving her with them.

They took good care of my dog Simba for 4 days and he was happy. Video updates were sent every morning and I would definitely love to leave him here the next time I have to travel! They feed them 3 times a day. Neat place and the dogs are made to mingle with each other only once they're used to the place. The owner of the place is also very kind and reply promptly. Oscar (Dachshund) is new to my family 10 months ago. I have been using PuppyOye 3 times in the last 2 months. Full day care or few hours care - they will work on our request ASAP. Puppyoye is jus perfect for pets. I have kept my female German Shepard a couple of times for a short time though before and my Eva was very very happy. This time we had an emergency and had to travel North! I called Vinoop and wanted to check if accomodation is available as I was requesting at a very very short time frame. Out of my expectations Vinoop was eager to accommodate my Eva and he was too courteous not only while accomodation but through out the stay. I opted for a 15 day’s stay for my German shepahard. Vinoop and his staff made sure to tc of my dog also to make her play with other boarded pets as well. Even the staffs played with her. The day came wen we had to pick up my dog from Vinoop s kennel my Eva was not ready to leave ️ After we got her home also she was missing her friends out at puppy oye ️ I can vouch for Puppyoye anytime. Vinoop and all his staff are amazing. My dog actually gained weight when we got her home. And Vinoop used to send me video of my dog every single day. If u don’t try Puppyoye u will Neva know what you are missing. A bigggg thank u to Vinoop

We have boarded our Indie Pepper with PuppyOye a couple of times. The experience has been great. Vinoop from PuppyOye is very responsive and understanding of the requirements. The dogs are appropriately socialized and it is a vacation for Pepper as well as she loves to engage and play with other dogs. Thank you Vinoop and PuppyOye for taking such good care of Pepper.

Excellent place. They provide food based on preferences. They share videos of ur dog. People take good care of pets

Place is expensive.but caretakers love animals.only crib is red soil and mud.but my dog loves the place.recommend for folks staying in electronic city

I have kept my boy quite a few times here. Haven't had any issues. One small suggestion though. If the ground can be replaced with good grass instead of the red mud, then, the dogs would remain clean, especially the nails.

I had kept my dog Ronnie for almost a week. When I got him back he was healthy and had no fleas as such. He was been fed properly and they had taken a good care of him. The owner also shares the videos to us. Just that my dog is a Japanese spitz and is way too sensitive he required us to talk to him.but this facility was not provided.but still the final experience was satisfying.

They have a big area for keeping dogs in morning and enough cage to keep them in night.they give good food also as I do not see dogs health getting affected as well.however during summer they have water problem so dogs get too dirty due to them sitting in dust and they are unable to give them a wash.

I left my male lab full of energy in puppyoye on the 17 November being carried over by the reviews and pictures, in return I got my dog back with cough high fever and lost atleast 3_KGS I arranged my gardener to pick him back on 23 rd November although I had to keep him till 25 th morning. To my utter shock when I called Mr.prashanth he was rude in his reply on 22 nd morning saying your dog is alright and it is raining. So I cannot share the video. I was concerned with his reply and arranged someone to pick him up.today after 3 days of medication Rio is still suffering. When you take the option of care taking pets you should be double careful.may god bless you prashanth.you will encounter a similar situation some time in your life.

I guess, the owner deleted my review and after replying. Moreover you mentioned very clearly over the call that you give food only two times i.e, curd rice and egg in the morning and chicken rice in the night.when is asked about afternoon food, you said we can give pedigree.the person was rude over the call and sounds like a business man rather thn being really caring for pets. I will definitely check each and everything before keeping my dog there and if that makes you angry and rude over the call, thn its upto.be careful fellows before keeping your pets there.

This Dusshera 2018 I had an upcoming vacation so I decided to avail their services after reading their reviews. It's obvious as a pet parent to be apprehensive at first about the bonding and level of care vs claim. But truly they turned out to be a knowledgeable & very caring team. Simon, Rohit, & all the others. They know dog behaviour & are very observant towards the activities of the pets. They are able to judge the pets needs and address it accordingly. "This is what I liked best about puppy oye". Another thing I liked is before accepting the pet they try to know all about it.its regular behaviour and habits, they check their vaccine cards, and also another thing I liked is that "they don't accept sick pets". This according to me is very important because when a bunch of pets share the same area together they might contract diseases. Believe me you wouldn't want your pet to come back home sick I have seen pet parents go through that agony. This was the deal breaker for me when it came to choosing which pet boarding service provider to select after having checklisted all its other services.

I had a good tour of their park it's nice and spacious. It's not the fancy type with dog cooling mats and stuff but more grounded and natural like a simple loving, caring, good food providing, rejuvenating homestay.

1) The whole area is enclosed, walled and gated and the team is careful to keep it locked at all times so none of the adventurous ones can run away. There are 2 amply spaced gated areas for the pets to spend time just using up and channeling their abundant energy. 1 of them is for the naughty ones and the other one for the well behaved ones.
2) Just infront of it is another spacious area where they let them loose at times to just frolick about, play and bond, pee and poop. Everything is clean and dry. And you pet can dig too if he wants.
3) On rainy days the pets stay indoors in their kennels with their best buddies. They are let out when there is a break in the rain.
4) They have 2 compartmentalized areas with many kennels for the pets to sleep. The pets are given basic wooden flat crates as beds with bedsheets.
5) Food (meat, eggs, pedigree) and boarding charges ₹600/day inclusive of all.
6) On the last day of your pets vacation he will be given a bath and dusted with anti tick and flea powder.
7) After bringing Brownie home in the morning I also got a call at night asking how he is doing and if he is all right. Now that is real care. And that meant a lot. Simon hope you are you reading this. There were small small things said by both you and your team I noticed which showed that for you safety of pet came foremost.

Great job puppy oye. Please do not rest on your laurels keep striving for the best always. It's great to know you are opening a centre near airport too but please do keep this centre too.

No amount of flowery words can elucidate how much what you do means to us. You have made the world better and safer for us. My Brownie is happy, healthy and safely back home. Steve Jobs once told John Sculley of Pepsi, " Do you want to sell sugar water or join me and change the world? ". I am no Steve Jobs but you did change my world for better. I hope that explains it all. What you are doing is a real need of this hour. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

It's a really bad option for your beloved pet. First of all PUPPYOYE is very expensive and are worst service providers I have ever come across in bangalore. They are simply charging high for the large space and nothing else. My pet was sad, frightened and irritated after the stay. I found bruises on my dog's nose and lips, his eyes had red spots and lot of ticks. I expected ticks but because of other things I am very hurt and dissppointed by the inexperienced treatment they gave.
Secondly, while leaving my dog I asked them to give a ear cleaning service on day one so that ear and skin won't get rashes by mud and soil, for which they called on the last day asking to choose again from their 'DOG GROOMING' menu. It resulted rashes on the ears!
They claim themselves to be experienced and careful but they're not. Giving my feedback to them was pointless on call so I am giving this review for others.
Lastly, they couldn't even give a basic goodbye bath properly, my dog was left wet and locked in when I reached to collect him, he was howling and barking loud. When I spotted the caretaker who was busy getting fresh in the morning, I asked him why my dog is barking so loud the answer I got was that he wants to play with a female dog but the fact was he was cold being wet and left alone locked in during morning time. Now my dog has sneezing issues started and is smelling very bad like he never does. Don't know how much it would cost them to use a shampoo.
Such a pathetic place this is. Doing false promises when taking new customers in and getting full amount in advance. They should just refund the whole money for inconvenience caused. People just be aware of this place. Thank you
