Went in for pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good. I am a regular customer. So trusted the place. Manicure was worst and the staff cut my cuticles really bad and it was painful. The staff was not ready to apologise either. Did not get the required shape of nails and spoiled it. Very disappointed.

A big Nooooo will never visit again …… even after taking appointment there was no one to do my threading…… also girls coming randomly without any appointment were entertained and the staff was requesting me to wait so that the other girls can finish up first …. Poor management

Very bad experience. My friend went for manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was good. Manicure was worst and the staff cut her cuticles so badly. She went in for a particular shape of nails and got the worst done. She was a regular customer and got this. She told the staff to do square shape for nails and she did it round. Staff was not ready to apologise for what she has done. Staff kept mumbling about my friend in their own language.

Love the salon! We went for a group Mani-pedi and Sang and her team were absolutely lovely! They even ordered Momos for all their clients! I would recommend this salon to everyone for their attention to detail and their hospitality ️

The hygiene in this place is horrendous. While my waxing service was done swiftly, the waxing stick was dropped on the ground a few times, and the lady dunked the same stick into the hot wax and used it on me as well. The towel on the bed and the sheet as well was stained and full of hair, I asked for it to be changed and was done after my waxing was done. The facial I request although expensive was subpar, the lady used a sponge to clean my face and kept squeezing the sponge around my nostrils, getting water into my nose. The lady kept the steamer so close to my face and used her hand with the product on to move it around, which was already filthy. And then used the same hand on my face. The massage lasted 10 mins and was absolutely nonsense, no pressure, no movement of the face to massage the muscles, nothing. That costed me a bomb. Lastly the lady transferred the face pack onto her palm before painting my face with a brush. If you're going to charge me considerably then make sure your technicians are trained and your place is clean. I was thoroughly disappointed with the service, there was nothing to rate as an investor experience at this place.

I get mani pedis very rarely, and got used to doing them for myself during the pandemic. However, I was in the mood for some professional pampering and went here this evening after reading the rave reviews.

Excellent customer experience- you’ll need to book your appointment in advance first by calling- they’re super clean, professional, polite, and detail oriented. Enjoyed my first visit here and will definitely recommend them to my friends and go back here soon!

So I was so skeptical about what to do with my hair, since I was planning to grow for the second time. Sangtei the star there and her team Immanuel who is a great professional in what he does and melody who was there in the whole process were all very kind and understanding, they helped me to get a better treatment. I did a hair keratin, they have used a very quality professional materials which I have seen, the treatment was marvelous. I am just loving my hair now.and love to visit again for anything comes up. And friends I strongly recommend it's a very beautiful place and beautiful people out there. And last but not the least Sangtei thank u for the amazing tea!:)

Pure salon & spa is my favorite salon. This is one place I go for all my beauty requirements. I have been visiting this salon from more 2 years now. I personally love all their services, right from waxing, hair and body spa etc. Ambience is very welcoming and homely. Staff is so great with hospitality. They went an extra mile to get service for me, which is so amazing. I appreciate your care towards customers. Keep up the great work.

I am a regular at the saloon. I love the body massages and the hair massage. Quite reasonable and refreshing. Recently they have introduced Hair botox with MK products. I was asked to explore it since my hair was damaged too much and also burnt due to vigourous coloring and smoothening. I thought let me try this as a last resort. Vola it was the best that happened to my hair for ages. This actually helps in removing all the chemicals in your hair and makes it softer and manageable (Mine is frizzy)

Pathetic service and people. It's such a rip off for nothing. There is absolutely no satisfaction and positive outcome for the money spent there. Service is the worst. The lady at the parlour didn't know time management and took an hour and a half to get the job done even though I was one of the first customers to arrive at the parlour. She also tried to gain more money than the actual overall cost of the bill, and tried cheating many times. She also lied by telling me the incorrect amount which differed vastly from the actual amount so that she would gain more profit. When making the payment she tried thrice even after the bill was already made, and then pretended as if she didn't know. She also had the audacity to ask me whether I would be coming back the next day to get the pending work done at the parlour, and wanted me to make the payment for the same on the first day itself. The parlour only cheats customers and fool them. One should never ever step foot into that parlour again. It's pathetic overall and will just yeild nothing but sheer disappointment. The parlour should shut down permanently, because there are plenty of other parlours which are way better and have worthwhile and satisfactory services to offer to their customers. Will never ever go back to that parlour again. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied overall.

The product n the service are unable to explain. I highly recommend to everyone to come n witness thre service. I have given them 5star. I came from northeast (ghty) n m so satisfied.n I thank to Mr mark.thank you for your services.

I don't normally write a review on the places I've visited but Pure Salon & Spa deserves it! If you're looking for a full packages from hair treatment to a relaxing massage, this is where you should visit. Very professional staffs and exceptional services. All I can say is WORLD CLASS!

One of the best Salons in Bangalore A must try if you are planning to get a hair cut / hair colouring done. Hands down. Immanuel is the best. He ‘ll make sure you don't go home disappointed. I loved the service. The ambience and the overall experience too were excellent! I had been here today for smoothening. The result was amazing, and the complementary eyebrow threading was the least painful I've had in my life. Joshua and Immanuel did a wonderful job on the hair. And Julie did the eyebrows well.:)

The Hairstylist (Immanuel) understand the pattern and get the perfect haircut done. I got mine done today and I am very happy with it. Finally I found a salon in Bangalore where I can look forward for getting my hair done.
