Purple palms is a very calm & serene place. Food is awesome. Rooms are plush and comfortable. We had opted for a courtyard room which has a small sitout. The ambience of the resort itself is very nice with so much of greenery. Though its on the highway, once you enter the property, its a bliss. The staff are so courteous & friendly, they make you feel absolutely at home.
Mr. Manoj, Puttaraju, Shivu & others from the restaurant ensured hospitality at their best. They advised their best dishes and helped us customising them for our taste. There are ample options for both Veg & Non-Veg. The breakfast spread is simply superb.
The spa was also a very relaxing experience. We went for Abhyanga with shirodhara. It was done by experts like Pooja & Puneeth who are certainly best at their job.
Nisaragadhama is just 5 mins walk from this place. Dubare elephant camp, Hara gi dam, Golden temple are just 15-20 mins drive

The service staff was pathetic.at the time of checkout we were made to check our bags for a missing hand towel in the room of just worth Rs 50 which was pathetic and insulting.we had booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 days.the total bill was over Rs 45,000 and yet due to the mistake of the cleaning staff who forgot to place hand towels in the room, we were asked to check our bags for a dirty hand towel not worth Rs 50 which was Absolutely insulting.would never stay here again.
