Very big and beautiful apartment.but dum costly which middle class people can't afford

Nice place. No crowd. Peaceful atmosphere. Almost nil outside interference. Nice place to take a stroll, run, cycling, disciplined drive-way. Good parking arrangement. No worry about security. Good water and electricity supply arrangements. Overall a 5star rating is deserved.

It is good. It has gym, badminton court, swimming pool and cricket court. There is plenty of space to have a nice walk. Beautiful society.

Awesome apartment community with ample open space. Close to all types of shopping and entertainment zones and hospitals. Pleasant weather in the campus.

Good gated community. Very nicely maintained. Very much accessable by Road. Good and safe place to play outdoor without the concern of security.

Sewage system is not at all satisfactory, Purva washed off their hands leaving residents in lurch and in stink

Poor facilities.and too expensive. There is a big jam always during office hours infront of the gate. You will get late always and there is railway crossing which is always jammed. Not worth of all that money.

Not worth money. Busy and small street in front of gate, always has a traffic jam during office hours. Facilities are also not available. No maintenance of ground and not regular water supply

Too expensive and people living here are not friendly. Especially for rent they don’t cooperate with the tenants, bunch of greedy people living here.

Expensive. I had look last weekend, for 1800 SFT with carpet area of just 1200, rate quoted was 1.4c, not worth the value. Restroom are small and conjusted. Otherwise amenties are good and centrally located but in a crowded and busy area. My agent told me most who purchased are for investments but i don't even speculate this property would price wise infate further, it's already sold at saturated price, after few years it would be considered re-sale and value would depreciate only. Many units are un-sold, buyers market!
