Security management is not good ladies coming means it's not giving respect they will fighting and all the security it's attacking grouply it's very bad behaviour please take this action next time like this bill it will not happen

Feedback only for people who are planning to purchase House (Few facts on my experience although i am yet to move in PFS)
1>Few People who are staying are highly intolerant/senseitive, while I am 100% following BBMP guidelines and no illegal construction, but I have bought house here and construction/ interiors is going on, tired of all kind of escalations regarding noise, although you have bought house, spent my savings, be ready to be apologetic atleast once/twice per week (I wish these guys should have purchased now and go though the same mental trauma i am going through)
2> Some new rule is coming up as per friends staying in PFS where you have to complete in 2/3 months, if my contractor is saying will take 3.5 months, how can society impose fine on this and how fair is that.
3> Personal feedback-Please ask for all the rules/policies of society when you are going to see house before making a final deal, please see all the policies and I am sure you won't regret this feedback.
4> People regularly rant about WFH and noise, society should stop sale and purchase till that time, because it's not my problem that noise is coming, as I have bought here, i will do interiors to make to my dream house
While this is a great society, wonderful people, nicely maintained, good security, but I am seriously thinking I have made mistake, please think over twice before buying house in PFS, you can buy on rent for sure but please don't buy house here

One of the iconic towers in Bangalore with all modern amenities. Best to buy or stay on rent as it is safe, full of green and with very good lay outs.

Good to live with families. The environment of the societies near by is quiet and good too. Its just beside the Marathahalli bridge. But it may seems a lil expensive with the rates of flat here, especially to our kind of people belonging to middle class.

Residential apartment complex with excellent greenery and all other facilities.

Very big society. Which has all the amenities you can think of. Security is quite strict. They also have association for maids and cooks. In-house shops for vegetables.
