Very nice and beautiful stay JK behaviour is very good in attending people.
Very recently, we visited this place. The next day we planned for Honnavara visit but our TT got unfortunately had clutch break down, JK assisted in booking a local vehicle immediately for honnavar visit and sent the TT for the repair

The Rooms are very clean and the location is simply quite.
We can see the temple from location.
Night view is awesome

Exotic resort near to beach. JK and Anant are amazing hosts of the property. Good food, awesome accomodation and amazing view from beach and riverside. Will visit again with a bigger gang

It was not good. Room were good but no proper food and no proper games to play
And no laboures in emergency help
No cycling no swiming pool
There is no proper guidence
Waste to go no facilities

The ambiance is really great no words, But no food is served nor a tea or coffee is available. But yes, Lord Shiva & the gopuram is clearly visible. Beach was within walkable distance nearly (400 Mtrs walk) appreciable. Charging 4000 per room is way too expensive by not providing the basic essentials. The current connection to the geyser in the washroom is highly risky.

Really the best hotel and Serving. The staff is also coordinating Very well. Helping in all the ways possible. The food is simple but the taste is really good

Location is very near to the beach and maintained very well.

Food taste is good but not as expected. Lacks variety and very limited options. Meals has only one dry veg, Sambhar, White Rice/Jeera Rice and curd. Breakfast has only Idly, Sambhar and Bread Jam.
They may need to increase the cooking staff to take care of the food concerns. Food is rated 2 out of 5 for the above reasons and not the taste.

Ideal for 2-3days group stay. Has garden for children. Sports equipment for adults and open space to roam around.

One of the very few places having bicycles for cycling enthusiast and morning lovers.

It's awesome experience while stay.lots of sports equipments.location is awesome. 1 km from.jk is very humble person and active.surrounding area is well maintained.deal with 1500-1600 per head.consider as a value stay.food also home style.need some improvement in breakfast.else everything is ok.

Had been here with friends, loved the property as well as the location you could see thr statue of lord shiva from the property which was breathtaking, the services provided as well as the hospitality of our host Mr J. K was too good, if you are looking for a place to relax and lay low from the city life in murudeshwar this is definately the place to go, totaly worthwhile!

The place is good and rooms are well maintained. The place is remote and one can't go out to get food. We have to opt for their in-house food. But the major drawback is the food. Dinner served very late and the breakfast not well planned. Definitely needs improvement in terms of food.

Nice place to stay with family.very good service by Jacob (JK). They need to improve for food & add some more activities.

This place was very close to backwaters. Very beautiful location. They had a lot of games to play inside like cricket, badminton, archery and cycling. The food was good. We had buffet dinner. Breakfast was good and light. Tents were also good. But on the day we went the climate was too hot. So tent might feel uncomfortable during summer.

Though the resort with Well furnished AC rooms is in its infancy (3 months old) the management is serious about the guests satisfaction.

The staff were not courteous. Basic things like water was not kept in the room. The food served was average for lunch and nothing great about it. The biggest disappointment was that the left overs from afternoon were served with slight modifications for dinner. However the ambience of the rooms was decent.

1. Location of place is good
2. Manager is good Mr JK and helpful

Bad things
1. To reach the resort there isn't any sign and boards, in night definitely can't reach location.
2. This place is not liveable and under construction.
3. There isn't any activity or services available
4. No Staff is available only One man army.
5. Rooms are okay but newly built so bugs insects and cockroaches inside are observed
6. Don't expect buffet or restaurant or kitchen staff, they make few homemade food and serve in room.

This place at-least will take 2 months for operational and liveable. Cost is soo high compare to services given.
