Efficient Doctors and nice hospital. Doctors studies the patient's health issue meticulously. Dr. Aneesh is excellent in dignosing my health concern.

Dr Aneesh is very kind and gives the right treatment.
So far in roughly 5 visits, we have had a good experience with the hospital and it's staff

Doctors are too good here but the staff is very rude n unprofessional mostly the nurses really need to change nurses hire some professionals and they have token system but doesn't follow

Nurses need to be trained on how to treat patients. Infact, they should know how to treat them as a human being. The worst experience ever I had when I got my injection for a normal fever.
The doctor is so busy can't even look at you and talk. They feel whoever comes to them are slum. Even slum should be treated a human beings boss.

Am sure in the greedy of money, they will never realise this fact.

If you want to be treated a slum, this is the best place to visit.

Hopeless people, no time sense at all, speaks with us on phone for appointment but never serves as per appointment, no laboratory timings, informs one thing works on other things, nurses gets anger as soon as we ask something about delay

Dr Aneesh is really a good and friendly doctor. It's a good hospital, which has improved the facilities in last 2 years.

Treatment and Doctors are good but the waiting period is too much.there has to be some process to reduce and manage. It's a suggestion pls don't ignore

This is not a clinic it is a graveyard.
Please please don't ever take your kids to this hospital ever.
I don't know if doctor has got a real degree, my neighbour's two year old kid often went there for fever cold treatment. But they didn't treat well, it didn't get cured atall.
And on Feb 27th 2023 the baby was taken to hospital for same reason and they said some infection and got it admitted. Said there is no heart beat and shifted a dead baby to another hospital near by.
If they don't have skills they would have shifted the baby sooner atleast.it would have been alive by this time
Treated it wrongly and caused death just because we went there to treat minor fever.
These doctors should be punished. God won't spare them.

First thing is receptionists are very rude manner and won't bother about patients at all in necessary time, they behave like badly with patients, remaining things i can say ok.

I had very bad health problems, after consulting doctors here I m completely recovered, I m suggesting everyone this hospital only now. 5 star for the doctor.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Aneesh. Because I am coming since many years to this hospital. But I never expected rood behave with me. I requested to give some parking because in the road there is no parking. Somebody told hospital having back said parking. I went back said of hospital.

Security came don’t park here like this. Evan there is parking available. Security says Dr told.

I went inside the hospital and I requested give me 5 minutes parking because I brought two kids for consultation.

He’s very rood. He insulted me in front of the other person.

I jused felt bad specially about timings of doctor.doctor will be present at mrg items and scan operator we will present in evening times how come any emergency or to far pple can come is it time waste to come 2 2times literally for scan i went one day and to show the scan report i went another day.

I think they have to work lot to manage patient daily. No proper management. I gave one star because no option for zero rating.

No proper process to handle patients. If anyone have a whole day to spend for waiting they can go and spend good time.

Waiting time so unbearable you will become feats for mosquitos and hospital staff is rude

Really not happy with the service and I would highly recommend the management to consider these concerns, when a patient gets in for emergency treatment pls have the courtesy to ask or try to know the condition before giving reasons or saying wait and nurses are busy without even attending patient to know the condition.

This is important because we cannot take chances against medical condition, every second matters.please advise receptionist and nurses to be kind with people come to you.

I had to come back without consulting as I was asked to wait for a long time when it was sort of emergency but receptionist having her own sweet time and never made an attempt call a nurse

5 stars for doctor madhushri. She is polite and caring. She will not give unnecessary medicine.

I visited Dr. Aneesh, he is a gem of a person. Such good attitude, gives full attention to patient, charming attitude, your half illness is cured by doctor's attitude itself. I am grateful to him.

Worst doctors & staff, if your are pregnant their attitude is like yes your are pregnant and no further suggestions on how to take care or what next.its good for people who cant afford good doctors.

Dr.usha is soo greatfull very polite natured but hospital staff is soo rude and very upolite to evaryone because we are visiting there because for an health issue and more over if the staff behaves in unpolite way feels soo bad

The receptionist is full of attitude. I will never go to this place again ; just because of receptionist.
However, Dr. Madhushri is very good. 5 stars to Madhushri.

None of the nurse have taken proper training. They injected saline and my cousin's is suffering from pain from last 4 days. Very unprofessional. They don't know how to treat patients. Stay away from this hospital.

Even if one person doesn't go to this hospital I'll be very happy because this hospital gave an unnecessary medicine to one of my relative which made them drastically loose white blood cells resulted in high fever, soo careless about ones life as doctors!

One of the best doctors they have. Dr Usha and Dr Madhushri are highly professional and their friendly attitude is something which you usually dont find in every hospital. It's been 14 days and my baby and wife are really doing well.

Dr. Madhushee unexperienced doctor she will take help from usha for delivery and during delivery power has gone and generator was not working think how was my wife situation and that too C_section operation, house keeps will keep on asking money for cleaning the room, number of nurses behavior is very rough, as per doctor face you will feel i am with right doctor once you experience with this clinic you will come to know. One more important thing for c section need to give Anastasia injection he was very old age doctor they are not sure they have given before cutting the stomach, my wife was yelling at time of delivery with lot of pain. Dont go for delivery your life will be in DANGER.and dr.pusha is not pediatric but she will look small baby's also and she will give tablets and injection for 2 months old baby

Dont Go This hospital worst hospital. Dr.madhushree.is wrong tablet my baby is abortion don't go this hospital.

My stars are for Dr. Aneesh and Dr. Usha. They both are very good and polite.

Pros: Good Doctors at affordable fees for all classes.

Cons: Regrading hospital, waiting in the hall is horrible because there are big big Mosquitoes. Hospital must have a option to close the door automatically so that the mosquitoes will not enter and it will be a safe place for patients who are waiting.

There are 2 receptionists, one is unfriendly - always has a grumpy face, while the other is alright. Dr. Aneesh is very good. My husband had viral fever, & mom had leg pain. He was very gentle & obliging to us. Now the nursing home didn't smell bad. May be they hv taken measures to keep it clean. Yes some may face problems while waiting. But we hv to understand, that doctors here give their patients enough attention & give right treatment, rather than doing it in a hurry. Reasonable hospital. My stars are for Dr. Aneesh

You'll probably get malaria/dengu if you visit this place because it's filled with mosquitoes. Receptionist is useless. Has no idea about what token number is running when you ask on call or even at the nursing home. What's the point in taking token then? What's her job being a receptionist other than providing information? Overall a bad atmosphere for any patient. The doctors are okay.
