My PVR movie experience was extremely disappointing. I paid for a movie, but for the first 35 minutes, all I got was a barrage of advertisements. It felt like I was being forced to watch ads I didn't sign up for. This is not what I expected when I paid for a movie ticket. PVR should prioritize the movie experience over excessive advertising.
At 3.50pm was movie time. However at 4.33pm still ads are going on.
One of the worst experiences! Pepsi was like Yuk, and i don't believe that's the Pepsi, it was tasting too horrible. And wasted one hour of time by watching the ads Only. Irresponsible staff I could say.
Extremely disappointed by PVR Nexus, we recently booked for a movie and we were given audi 3 which is playground theme for parents with kids
The lights were on all the time and seats were also VERYYY uncomfortable
If we are not coming with kids it’s actually a bitter experience, we should be given a chance to choose that because I’m sure parents with kids would enjoy this concept but you have to understand not everyone wants that
4dx first show was not that much feel maybe because of covid19, the bubbles and water and other feature or able to feel.only vibration and shaking the seat wirh strobe light effect.
The movie experience was really good, but the food in the cinemas was fully overrated. My movie ticket was 250 And my popcorn was 350 It's a bit disgusting though.
The sound effect for the Kannada movie yuvaratna for the first 15 min the sound was very bad then the sound was at it leaves so they should maintain the quality according to thare standards n the amount what they take for the tickets
I went TENET with my gf for 4Dx it was not a amazing experience, again I went for godzilla for 2D imax it was nice experience my suggetion 2D is only better than 4D
IMAX is great. Booked tickets via PVR app along with food. App asks whether you want food delivered to your seat. I selected yes but no one brought me my food. Had to go after interval to collect the food. Because of this I give it 4/5 stars.
The theatre was average. However I have no idea why they kept the play house inside the movie theatre. We couldn’t concentrate on movie due to that. Lights were on all the time too. It’s a bad move from PVR.
Also try to reduce the price of the snack. Prices are way for higher to afford.
But they should improve the Seating! Leg room is too congested. It's not comfortable like seats which is there in normal PVR screen. I was watching Captian Marvel it was not comfortable seats!
A well maintained theater complex, watched a 3d movie. Service of giving clean hygiene 3d goggles is appreciated. The rest rooms are well maintained and snacks and drinks dispensing is very professionally managed. The eateries inside the inox offer a range of items and well made too. Of course, the movie experience is very good, the visuals screening, and audio are well balanced even at row three, very near the screen. Overall, a good experience
Screens are good but am rating it down for two reasons. One, reduce the price for food items (you are actually squeezing out the money from their customers) and secondly, start the movie exactly at the same time as mentioned, we dont wanna see your 20mins long advertisements
Absolutely loved Imax - Aquaman was worth every bit of monies spent on the movie here. Great place great movie I guess the plot was set from the start for a great experience. Theatre was very neatly kept and clean and seats are well maintained, food variety is also great.awesome experience. I would recommend this place any day.
It's always great to watch movies in PVR, Draw back is that they play hell lot of commercials. Chairs, screen, sound quality are all amazing. IMAX gives you a great joy for movies. 3D must be watched in IMAX to get the best out of it. 4dx if fun to watch but strains you a bit, but must experience it at least ones.
PVR cinemas. A brand name unshaken. The Koramangala, Bangalore screens are also a very good multiplex in southern side. Its nearby Madiwala. The PVR is situated inside a shopping mall and is accessible by main road. Lots of parking area, eateries dot the scenery. Dont worry. Get in here for a cinema.
No denying the fact that this is the best PVR in the city for its ambience and locality. The cost of the tickets is on higher side at almost all the times with commercials running as high as 20 mins during the start and during the interval to make you feel that you have come to watch the movie for free. They won't allow you to carry any outside food to the theatre. Eatables over there are so expensive over here that it would finish your urge of eating anything. And if you wish to have a cup of coffee in the theatre they would charge you 120 bucks.
Everything is good about the picture, sound and seats but when it comes to other services, things are whole lot of different.
This wasn't my first time, but definitely the worst. 1. Cheese popcorn was more of salty popcorn, with extra salt (and then the charge was 500 bucks, for poison) 2. Half of the Pepsi regular was filled with water. Some 250ml Pepsi (worth 300 bucks) and that too mixed with water. Woah! 3. The cup holders of the seats doesn't even hold the cup. What a mismatch of size. 4. The tray that was provided with the food was in a broken condition. 5. It says that if people don't get the bill with their order, it's free. I never get one. Yesterday too I had to ask for the Bill and guess what, it was given in two pieces (tore condition). 6. Digital India, half of the time your POS machines are out of service. No backup, whatsoever. You guys expect people to carry 1000 bucks at this time? Can't you keep backup POS machines?
It is not about money, it is about the pathetic food and after service that is offered in exchange of the money. Too much salt (poison) and water (pepsi) is not what people expect and spend for.
Nice theater with very comfortable seats and good sound quality, which even has imax but anything you buy inside is just a rip off. So eat something out before going for a movie.
My go-to cinema, for better or for worse. It's really close by, and so I end up here all the time, but honestly, whether it's the limited waiting area, the small bathrooms (and therefore long lines) or the usually cold popcorn, there's nothing to love about this cinema.
The screens are fine - some are obviously very small but what else can you expect from a multiplex? Stick to the IMAX hall and you'll still get that movie theatre feel.
They have a good playlist and their chaat stand is actually excellent, but it's surprising how much of a difference there is between this one and the PVR in Whitefield, where I go sometimes because it's near my brother's house. They have nicer seats, fresher popcorn and a better organised waiting area. Plus, I felt, it also had better speakers in the IMAX.
Movie was suppose to start at 4 pm but started at 4.30 due to never ending advertisements. N same advertisements are played again and again. It's irritating. The worst part is Food and Beverage department. The staff is very unfriendly and does not respect customers. During the interval it took 20 min for me to place my order and there were many other customers were also irritated and had arguments also with the staffs for the same. Totally bad experience.
Best place to watch movies as it has 9 screens including gold class and IMAX. Baggage counter and good service makes it easy to watch any movie. My only concern is that should start movies on time. Usually they start it by minimum 15 mins late.
