The theatre was clean and comfortable seating. Excellent sound system. No obstruction view from all seats. Hygiene restrooms. Good amount of parking space. It is in 4th floor. Food court available
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the entrance. Despite booking online recliner seats for three people, the staff lacked empathy. We had to wait for 10 minutes at the entrance due to my 4-year-old child's entry. Unfortunately, no one seemed to be aware of the clear rules, and the booking platform (BookMyShow) did not indicate the entry age when purchasing tickets.
The situation became even more frustrating as one staff member called another, who then waited for additional colleagues to arrive, engaging in discussions among themselves. Meanwhile, the manager, right in front of us, scolded the ticket issuer for a completely unrelated issue. To make matters worse, a 16-year-old was allowed entry for an A-rated movie without realizing that four of us had been waiting for 15 minutes past the movie's start time of ours.
In the end, I had to purchase a separate ticket for my 4-year-old daughter, resulting in us sitting separately. It would have been more sensible if they had allowed three people (wife, cousin n daughter), including my daughter, inside, and instructed me to purchase a separate ticket for myself. The manager's display of authority in front of us and other customers, reprimanding his staff for an unrelated matter, was unnecessary.
Regarding the policy of charging full price for a 4-year-old child sitting on their parent's lap, I find this logic perplexing. I hope PVR understands the concerns raised about the pricing structure, especially when considering the variation in rules across different states in India. A unified policy would be much appreciated.if your intention is doing day robbery then take kids concession fee depending on age. Hope your kids understands the movies @ age of 4.
The quality and everything is good (of screen). The maintenance is of the Hall like seat and cleanliness is pathetic. I seriously watched the entire movie jawan on a broken or malfunctioning seat.
Had an issue with a patron sitting behind putting his legs up on the headrest, even after repeated warnings. He was apparently drunk. Had a word with the staff, and they did their best to locate him, but he had disappeared.
Though the staff did their best, the invident should have never occured in the first place.
