A quiet place to spend your vacation away from city hustles. The property manager, room boys & all the other staffs are very friendly & helpful. Food, activities, rooms, view & everything was great!

Two stars only for the nature and serenity in the resort. Calmness like living in a forest.
The Q in the experience is actually a? (Question mark), the activities they mention are not well maintained and there was no person to manage those activities.
The way from the road to the resort was very difficult, the tyres of the car were rubbed bad, burning smell.
Rooms were bad, full of insects, snails, lizards, big spiders, etc, it felt like a haunted place to live in, the nights were scary. We booked 3 cottages, all were in bad condition, we were in a fight to choose the least bad, just imagine. The bedsheet were torn, no maintenance at all. The towels were stained and dirty. Geysers did not work.
Felt like actually stuck in a forest.
We asked the manager to please clean the room, at least the insects and all, but after that those came in from the roof again. Horrific experience.
The staff was still good and helpful.
