3rd class company never seen like this worst management only they hired for chappers no joining letter no esi no pf nothing they pay 12 thousand in that 1+1 deduction and at last 7 to 8 k you will get

Worst company this is my first job and they didn't give any correct information about salary in interview I have worked for 1 month but they gave only 15 days salary but the SME are good don't even expect to join this company many of the agents quit the job due to no salary increment and less salary

Worst Company - worst management
They dont have proper rules to handle a process, they don't respect their employee even if would have done or achieved mileston, they will not give any kind of support, instead they will give many more fatal and imposing mistake on Employees even if happened from them, they don't conduct any appraisal because of that their will be no salary hike even if you completed 2 years, they will be harassing their Employees as their wish without any reason
