I was suffering from low back pain
After booking session my treatment was delayed for 4 weeks for appointments and bad management

I had severe back pain for almost a year and visited many hospitals including allopathy, homeopathy and ayurveda. After some point of time, I understood that it's not just the back pain, but it's spinal disc bulge. I tried all sort of medication, but all were reliving the pain temporarily. At later point of time, the pain was unbearable and the pain started radiating till the leg. I got admitted in a hospital for 10 days to get treated with ayurveda, took medicines for 3 months, the pain was ON and OFF. I visited another allopathy doctor, he advised to take pain killers, Vitamin B12 and D3 injections of 5 doses. This didn't help too, the doctor finally suggested to undergo a Surgery. Then I found an ad in Facebook about QI SPINE, I met Dr Akasharesh and started the treatment there. He supported me throughout the treatment without any medicine or injection, but only with exercises. Now I have recovered I don't have backpain. I am happy to start a new life without backpain. Thanks to QI SPINE and Dr Akasharesh.

My wife suffering from back and left leg pain from last 3 years. She has taken treatment number times but not cured.
Recently we have shifted to Bengaluru. Again the severe pain started, she not able to sit for more than 20 minutes and walk for more than 500 metres.

We visited the clinic and she told problems to doctor.
Dr. Himarshi was assigned for the treatment. Doctor is very patient and gentle, guided how to perform exercises for strengthening of muscle. After listing to problems carefully, accordingly she gave the do's and don'ts at home.
But after 6 to 7 sessions my wife not able to continue as she was facing weakness and not able do the exercises. She told me I going to drop the remaining sessions.
We Both met Dr. Himarshi, after listening to the problems, she was motivated and explained very effectively to my wife.
After attending the all sessions, around 75% pain was cured. Now she's able to sit and walk comfortable. She doing exercises regularly as guided by doctor.
Hospital is fully equipped with modern equipments for testing bones and muscles.

Good treatment which is available in most Orthopedic clinics, very bad management and backend. Payment for treatment was done twice due to gpay issue, and no one bothers to expedite the problem. Imagine 20K is paid extra, 1 month passed, still the 20K is sitting with them. Followed up 5-6 times, no email, no sms. They will just say, they are looking into it. Only verbal answers each time, same answer. Imagine in this AI world they don't have system to process refunds and customer support!? Each branch has their own contact no.
Also, for treatment plans they need advance appointment slot bookings, even this they will not tell you while paying, they say whatever is your comfortable timing we will book. Every next week you have to book in advance on phone call. That will be dependent on other appointments for the doctor too, so you will not get any flexible time. You may have to leave behind your work and manage. If you are lucky, you will get your time.
You will get much better service in any top class hospital in Bangalore! The way they treat you once you are in paid plan is worse!

I have requested the doctor for the root cause of my back, they made some tests which cost 3000 and made some dump tests. Not worthy

I was having back pain for almost 2 years and had visited many hospitals and gone through physiotherapy treatments; however, that did not help. I got to know about QI Spine from my friend and thought of giving it a try.

I was assigned to Dr. Vaishnavi, who was extremely helpful throughout the sessions in listening to my problem, guiding me on posture correction, and regular exercise to strengthen the muscles. With her professional expertise, I was able to see significant improvement in the very few sessions. I am now able to sit and work for long hrs and travel without any pain.

Hello I had a severe back pain from year and have visited so many hospitals and clinics in Bangalore from past 1 year after trying all the method for my back pain i finally looked out for qi spine malleshwar
Dr Himarshi has helped me alot with my pain
And I got better in 3 visits so i recommend her and qi spine clinic to all the people who are suffering from back pain
I am very satisfied and happy with the treatment

Worst experience. Useless front desk staff. Not bothered about the condition of the patients. The staff was rude, argumentative and unethical. Unless the front desk staff is changed this place is going to the dogs. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time going here, there are far better places.

This place can't even book appointments correctly, they asked me a slipped disc patient to come all the way and then the receptionist who gave me the appointment argued with me in the malleshwaram branch in bangalore that there was no appointment and said theres nothing they can do about it, it's not professional and I don't recommend any patient to waste their time with this place there are better clinics to choose from who treat back pain would have given them a zero rating if it was an option.

Good location, good access, ample 4 wheeler parking, good responsive staff. The treatment offered is effective.

The staff is polite, vigilante and punctual.
Doctors are very proficient.

Even after my pain is gone. They are monitoring and providing maintenance activities for my back so the pain should not come back.

I was suffering with upper back pain and i consulted QI spine, Thanks to Dr Haripriya helped me to recover.

My experience has been good when I first time came for consulting I had severe pain as the treatment progression the pain has reduced and I'm following the exercise routine and taking care not to sit for long time.

I had come with neck pain and pain in the back of my head causing heaviness in head and some times dizziness

My Wife has taken treatment for back and neck pain. Before treatment, she couldn't stand even for 10 minutes. After treatment, she is able to stand for more than half an hour. She used to feel back and neck pain while travelling on two wheeler. After treatment, She is feeling better. I can say after treatment, her condition improved. Staff are courteous and empathic to patients problems. Dr. Radhika Singh's treatment creates confidence in the patients.
