Room is very good and also 2 - 3 person can stay in single room 1bhk. There 3 floors plus terrace, there are several rooms, owner is also very good by talking.

Rooms are neat and clean, host and servant are responsive however they provide vessels but no cooking gas.
Prices are high.

The room was spacious with well furnished furnitures. We had a great stay, the host was really polite and very helpful. You will get good amenities for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this place in Bangalore.

Great homely stay. Owner was very kind and provided all amenities. One suggestion heater facility can be provided in both rooms.

We felt like our home, very near to main road and convinient for car parking. Mr.bhaskar treated us like his relatives i would like to prefer to stay again when ever i get an oppurtunity.

The owner is very rude. He gives fake promises. And he will blame on the customer. Untidy rooms. Microwave is full of cockroach smell.

Such a beautiful host Mr. Bhaskar who listened to what we needed and a good hospitality. Thank you for having us.

Fellow Guests beware! The pictures in airbnb seems to be misleading. The apartment is nowhere as clean as shown. The room was overflowing with the smell of room spray (not a pleasant one). The kitchen is in no situation for cooking as well as use of dishes as both the kitchen trays and sink and windows were smelly and full of dust. The bathrooms pic in airbnb must also be from the day it was built as it looked very untidy and a bathroom cleaner of the cheapest quality was used My wife got an allergic infection as well after our stay. It was a nightmare of a stay and the only reason we did not escalate it immediately was that we were very tired from our travel and wanted a good night sleep so badly. But the bed seemed to be absolutely old and had no sponginess at all. We woke up with a bad backache. The pillows were also absolutely horrible. Had communicated about the loads of dust to the owner and hopefully it is taken care in the future. If had a chance to rate 0 i would but sadly there isn't any.

The caretaker is very much down to earth human being.called himself Bhaskar.
Loving friendly and all the outspoken.
I booked place for wife and daughter.they checked in a day earlier.and when I wanted to join crowd he insisted I prove my identity.
A safe zone i bet.
Great place for newbies in Bangalore

We had a great stay at Qualtems Guest House. Stayed there for 6 nights but never felt that we were away from home. The place was so comfortable. Mainly the behaviour of the host was so good and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Bangalore.

The stay was really cool. Uncle was very communicative and the caretaker was decent too. Nice cozy place and a decent price too. Definitely will recommend for young folks, friends or couples too.

No better words than Outstanding, Heart-filling, and a home that's away from home ️ A place that's worth every penny and every moment. Definitely booking this place again and will be the first place in mind the next time we book. All thanks to the generous Mr Bhaskar and Vishal the caretaker.

This place is Awesome to stay compared to staying in lodge. The rooms are very clean and neatly maintained. I stayed in a apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms and hall attached with kitchen 2 bathrooms and balcony. It's the best place to stay in weekends and visit places nearby. They provide fast WiFi service, with gas stove, induction stove, TV, sofa, hair dryer, iorn box, fridge, cups, plates and many more. The apartment is fully furnished. The place is cost effective tooo. Thanks to the owner of this apartment. Keep up the good work.

Very very nice place to spend vacation. Well maintained, equipped rooms. Chill type of owner. Everything makes u feel rich!
