Hi all this Quess corp is worst place to do job they said me 27k in hand salary later after joining they reduced to 25k then managers especially Kapil and raghu and Jwala are cheater they laid off us without any discussion sooo don't join this company.unethical company

Fnf will not get process on time and exited employees lwd will never update without many reminders, government offices far better than quess process

I was contacted by HR Dipti Patel regarding an interview at Dell, but when I went to Dell, I was told that they were not having interview and Dipti was unable to connect with me, which was a blatant lie. I lost my time, money and energy because of such an unprofessional HR.

Very Good Consultancy.i have worked in Accenture through Magna Infotech Payroll. The Pay roll is nice and the processing is very smooth. No Problem. Good HR team and good taking care of employees.

I have worst experience with Magna Infotech. I was hired by one of their client and very popular IT Services Company named Capgemini as Contract to Hire. After 6 months of working with their client suddenly Project got closed and Capgemini immediately released all contractor employees. HR team don't have any answer on this. Please don't join any Company on their payroll.

Worst consultancy ever. I was on contractual terms with magna. I never got my allowances on time, they delayed for 3-4 months and always come up with lame excuses. I had to chase them every month for allowances but still no go.

Don't go for interview it's worrest expeerience even though they don't know how to scheduled interview process and after that they are blaming to interview candidates.

This is service provided consultancy, this guys are very smart and will provide less salary after released offer letter than we come to know. When they will discuss with us they can say CTC amount as take home amount.

Relieving time they will not support us.

Company is very worse, they are not giving the last month salary if you get permanent client location.as they will tell various reasons, after all documents & everything will be correct from your side also.in my carrier i did not saw this type of company, no one will help u if u contact your spoc person also.

People don't go with this consultancy company every pathetic company, I have been with them for a year thought the year their service were really horrible now though I have got relieved from the company, it's been a month am chasing them for relieving letter they are not responding. HR Vidyashree, she is so irresponsible.

Please don't go to this consultancy, they fool you. Just because of them I rejected one more offer as they sent me the offer letter to join one of their client. They called me for induction stating the joining date everything. They postponed my joining joining date and later mentioned that the offer has been revoked. Don't trust them. Don't say no to other offers until you formally join the client. Worst consultancy.

Through Magna I used to work for a US staffing company called Brainhunter.
This was the worst decision of my life. Employees are hardworking but the management is screwed up. They have no proper clients to work with. One thing that I noticed was after every 3 months they fire employees and hire new people. There are other really good consultancies in the market. Please do not join Magna.

Worst company. Don't join as i saw some colleagues who were outsourced were begging for their salaries. Most of the time the even lie and eat up you pf and end of service benefits.

Such a cruel company, One of my friend working as a contractor. The person worked over time also extra allowance been deducted not even the half of the allowance they deducted half of the employees allowance. And even salary same condition same condition more than half they will conduct so sad of the person. Even the HR never respond. Have some some mercy on the employee. Such a cruel behavior doesn't make your company grow. Its like a hell for the employee who are working under ur contract.

As my name in PF portal was mismatching they told to submit the hard copies to the department to get the changes done after submission it will take 30-45 days to see the changes in PF portal as of now it is nearly 120 days i am unable to see the changes in it.
Even then do not respond to emails and call right now.
So, i suggest please don't join this consultacy and be in trouble for any reason.

The HR Soumya doesn't know how to talk to interviewers. If they say we are not interested she start abusing them and start demotivating them. They just want there comission and if you avoid them then they remove their frustration on you.

Pathetic consultancy ever! After sending you to the clients they dont give a damm to you whether you are alive or not! Hr team specially kaja vandana in vodafone is not at all helpful, allowance gets credited after 2 months! Dont join it! Only we get 1 off per months, no pl no cl, no festival leaves! Pathetic company! They eat so much money of us.

I interviewed at Accenture and went through this consultancy. I cleared 2 rounds and after that they told me that they will inform me after 1 week, till now there is no news regarding further process and the employee also stopped receiving my calls and no replies to my mails.

Worst consultancy I have ever seen. They don't care about their employees and just know to deduct salary by giving some or the other reasons. In the name of Mediclaim, they deducted my salary twice within 4 months. And they will do sudden company policy changes depend on situation.

One of my friend is working here as contractor of another MNC from this company. As per the policies available to the employees and pay these guys are very bad. Especially my friend met with accident and When we called hai HR for asking details about the Mediclaim policies he just said the insurance number and gave the insurance agency number to contact then it's upto the employees to proceed further because they don't share any informations from their side.

Consultancy for software developer jobs.
They will take a written test multiple choice type and interview and ask ur salary expectations. I haven't understand there recruitment process and selection criteria

The worst company i have ever worked, a girl name banu -she works as a team lead.bloody she has 0 knowledge technically.and make people work like a dog. The are Labours and they will treat just like a dog.even if you breath also, you will questionable that y did you waste your few seconds
