I sincerely don't know weather it's a hospital or dharmachatriam, from the admin, doctors, insurance department, pharmacy such a rude and un coordinated people.

I'm wondering how the medical department has given licence to these hospital, but the locals has only this hospital to depend.
May be for emergency u can depend here nd not for a heart full service.
I whent for angeo in emergency for my father nd it's just a horrible experience, i don't have economical probelm but the manner they treat the patients family is horrabel.

No one answers the question which u ask to any department, and about the canteen, even the patient will get sick of u eat their, and the patient waiting hall is just a open place where all are shivering and get sick again.sincerely a bad experience.

My mother got an heart stroke and we have admitted my mom in this hospital on 19/01/2023
They suggested Angiogram, we did it with 22k
, 3 blocks were identified,
Mr: K Niranjan Reddy (cardiac specialist) Has suggested Angioplast (stent) for one block on immediate basis or else heartbeat ends, we have requested them for many times about Arogya Mithra which scheme is undergoing for below poverty by AP Govt. Their staff told for emergency it won't applicable you should go for cash, haven't provided at least 5 minutes of time to make our minds, finally proceeded for the operation!

I have requested many times to the receptionist and staff to speak with Dr: Niranjan, they haven't made me meet him, requested for his point of contact, requested for his mail id, but they were not allowed to reveal docter details for the patient!

Who says you can discharge and go if you want to meet your mom, when i requested to see her.
They have costed me 3L for one angeyogram excluding x-rays, blood tests and medicines. Got to know this was not fair amount.
We have requested them about claim by govt schemes said no, later we identified there are many hospitals which provides free treatment for angemogram and Angioplast.
I would suggest this hospital if you're rich and won't seek for respect and proper explanation!

About this injustice!

The orthopaedic department of the hospital is great. They interact well with the patient and resolve all the concerns with respect to the diagnosis. My experience with the orthopedic department has been great so far.

Worst place, please don't go for urology related issue, No proper communication about the treatment about the surgery, irresponsible people. Waste urology HOD, please don't waste your money. Even if you take the treatment here, you need to go for other place since they won't give proper treatment, they wil do some cover up activities.

Worst experience with OBG unit 2 doctors. They don't respond properly and because of their fault we had to go for surgery again. Looks like they have interlink between surgery dept and OBG dept where OBG will do operation and make it complex and send it to surgery for double payments. Dr. Munikrishna of OBG doesn't even act as senior doctor hence students under him act as RMP doctors and plays with the life's of patients.

Such a helpful place when we are searching for hospital.

Worst hospital service. This is a place where trainee doctors experiment on patients without any senior Doctor's guidance or monitoring. Patients should be very careful with the trainee doctors otherwise life can be at risk. Think before entering the hospital. I had been for scanning n FNAC test.they couldn't get the sample even after three trails.finally I ended up bleeding n left the hospital without any treatment. All stars only for manohar doctor of medicine ward. He is vary good for patient care comes 3 to 4 times daily and talk to patients. He will also give his number for emergency. Good doctor manohar.

This is not the place where you can expect the process which will work and the respect you get as a patient.
This is the right place to fight for your rights of treatment and take control of the treatment process like what has to be done and regular follow up to get things done. Shout at the staffs, be smart enough to get the work done in the right pitch as in when required.

The Amazing part was that they saw all the earlier reports till date and gave treatment for the oldest report. Where in the situation was completely opposite in health. Horrible Experience.

I would feel there should be someone to train the entire staffs, I mean everyone who works here.from security to Doctors.
As a staff they don't know where the other departments exists, there must be some basic knowledge on how other departments works and where it is located and billing for certain lab tests are still hand written and billed And this is 2020 which is a surprise.

This is worst hospital in kolar and in dialysis center faculties are very rude to patients and there belongings.
My father had dialysis in that hospital due to faculty and especially technician in dialysis center are not well trained and I would blame the staffs who are working in the dialysis center are worse than anything.they should learn how to care patients if they are coming to there hospital.because of faculty careless I lost my father recently in that hospital. I would request to people don't go for dialysis in that hospital and lose your loved one please

Even nurse also proper injection.
Verry verry bad staff in this hospital.

They made head surgery for accident patient, 2 months over still patient is in unconscious condition.

There is no proper management and nobody follows protocols correctly including the practising doctors and nursing staff especially.
Unethical environment. Here money first and treatment later even if it's an emergency situation.
The follow ups by doctors and staff is just horrondous.
The staff is not trained professionally any laymen can observe and notice.
For example: staff kept the blood cotton on the bed of patient n misplaced files n neglected patient many times untill caretakers pointed out the issues, which in case resulted in death of an old many just Infront of my bed.
The old man had no ECG machine or pulse to check his condition untill the relatives arrived n shouted at the nursing staff but it was already late for the old man.
This hospital is basically a practical lab for new doctors and hence patients life is always at risk if one get admitted.

Everywhere rude persona and behaviour by hospital staff except the senior doctors who looked really proffessional and behaved professionally and guiding the new folks but the aspiring docs listened but never followed.
Experience docs were coming for rounds and while checking on pateints they pointed out negligence and misconduct by these practicing docs on criticle patients.
The info given by docs who attending the pateint is non conclusive n unsatisfactory.
Staff from different departments keeps shouting fighting for unnecessary things.
Shocking to see the doctors demanding the money to be paid first even before checking on patient and getting angry on the relatives of pateints even if they say anything.
Nobody follows up here and there is no coordination between different departments.
Docs and nursing staff don't guide in right direction instead gets angry and misbehave if asked.
I had to ask them to discharge since they kept on delaying treatment saying staff isn't available.

I had admitted my mom on 17thJan 2020, emergency case.
They took here to ICU and kept here for 4 days and finally said to take here some where else.
My humble request, if it is a emergency case please don't go this this hospital at all.
