Iam regular customer of RR gold.even I have joined the gold schemes here. Staff are very friendly and comfortable.

I recently wanted to visit this store but one of my friend told me that the staff here use a cheap business tricks and cheat the people. So I thought of not visit this store.

For sure they don't understand the value of costumer. Looking for any item to be delivered on time? Please look for some other shops.

I had search several gold and diamond shops for the perfect kind of Jewellery I needed for my wife's birthday. Finally found at RR Gold Palace. They have wide range of varieties and the staff is very responsive and supportive. The only drawback is they force you to invest monthly for a gold scheme. In this locality in Jaynagar, this shop has wide variety of Jewellery which again is tried and tested by me.

Nice place.nice staff.value for money. Ms. Akshatha helped me to finalise the rings and good staff, and collection.

There is nothing below 1 star else i wud just give them zero.had got my 6 month baby girl ears pierced on 31st March and its been 14 days now and its not healed and syst has formed. Today we had to visit krishnachetty and there they had to clear the syst nd then re pierce it manually and have given proper medicine.

This is not just one case.there was one more lady had come with same issue from ur place. Not only you did pathetic task at piercing.you gave expired solution as well to apply. As a mother when i saw my baby ears bleeding and pus coming and my small baby going through pain. I got really furious but i just wish your store gets shut forever! Pathetic RR palace full of dumb people who have no brains. Yukk for you!

This Jewellary shop gives lot of advertising in Television but my experience with them is not good. Their response to after sales service requests is poor.

Cooperative staff. Don't overcharge like "Kalyan jewellers"
Making charge is very less in silver items. Big thumbs up from my side.
