Kensri school should definitely think of an alternative to this vendor. I had placed an order for a jacket of size 36 for my brother on 29/5/23, he said I shall call you can come & collect after 13 days, he called after 10 days on the 8/6/23 and told come and collect your jacket it's ready. After a day my mother went with the receipt to the shop and asked for the jacket he said I never called we don't have your jacket. I got very annoyed and spoke to him ovwr phone that if u call only I will come why would I send my mom without any priort notice? He still denied spoke very rudely on the phone. Is this the way you treat your customers?
Today is 18/7/23 and i haven't still received the jacket that i asked for.
If we call no one responds. Very frustrated with this act of theirs. When you cannot live upto what u told the customer you shouldn't commit anything to them.
Kensri school should understand that this is not the way their vendors are supposed to speak to parents.
First thing it is far away from the school. Secondly quality is not good and price is too costly for what they are giving. And the guy always say "If you want take it otherwise leave" for anything we ask. That sounds like monopoly and he knows we don't have choice anyhow.

Very poor service, 2 times we exchanged the blazer, they have sent back the same blazer, after taking the measurements also, they have stiched so tight and short, when we called and asked for 1 more bigger size, their respose was so rude, saying they dont have stock, bring the child again, they need 1 week to 10 days again to exchange, already waited and exchanged, still they need time, and not ready to accept their mistake arguing that, they have stiched propery, how to send kids without uniform to school for 1 week.when i say i will complain, he says do what ever you want, poor

The shop functions like a govt service provider. My son's school uniform is pending from May' 22 and the staff has the audacity to be rude about it! And on top of that add the pathetic display of arrogant behaviour. If you are unable to provide, then why take orders? It's not like you are doing some samaaj seva for everyone by giving it for free! We paid full amount in advance and still if you are unable to service, then just drop out. We are sure any other vendors regardless of how they are, will do a better job then what you guys are doing.

Very unprofessional service from the seller. Uniform size was taken at Kensri School by the seller almost 35 days in advance. Inspite of that, they delivered oversized uniforms. Nothing is of the correct size. T shirt, frock, socks, track pant they assorted of the available sizes in their stock and sent it to us. Nothing fits!

This Garment owner has most of the big orders and in under pressure from school & parents they don’t care about the quality or the size of the clothes & randomly they deliver it.when we go back for exchange they don’t even care about what mistake they have done.they are just in hurry to kick the customer out with exchanging or delivering the clothes. They hardly understand that the clothe they have stitched are over sized and it really looks horrible. They also suggest to visit any alteration shop and get the clothes adjusted as needed. So apart from uniform cost, traveling multiple times cost, alteration cost. A kid who needs a shirt size of 26 is forced to collect size 30… when you don’t have manpower to deliver in right matter then why you wanna deliver whatever you feel. Understand the roots of business and do it well. Really disappointed.

Good quality uniforms.
They provide courier across bangalore and out of state also during this covid time.

Visited the shop after a long time and nothing seems to have changed. While the shop has all that you need in terms of uniform, parking is the biggest headache. The narrow lane with two way traffic makes it a challenge. One has to park far and walk to get here. Suggest you take an auto or taxi to this place unless you have a driver

Best uniform people in town with quality material and reasonable price.been buying from them since my childhood and now for my children.never compromise on the quality.thanku
