Had a poor experience with the hotel. Did not got the booked room and got a one level down room. While accepting booking I was confirmed and my room was allocated to someone else
For the first time I lived in a hotel where they do not provide basis to connection to watch news or sports. Customer has to use their own account and there is not guarantee they once I leave there are not going to use my account Too bad.
I had asked to pack breakfast for as i was getting late and when i opened up my breakfast in office i saw a dead cockroach inside it. Really unhappy with this kind of service
The experience was quite disappointing as they completely messed up. The ambiance of the place is great with ample space. However, the food was a total letdown. The Harabhara Kabab was excessively spicy, and the Paneer Lababdar was unbelievably hot. I had to call the manager, who tasted the dishes, apologized, and offered a complimentary dish. The Mushroom Soup was just average and to make matters worse, I found a hair in it. The Fish Amritsari and Chilli Fish that I ordered were mediocre. Overall, I am not a satisfied customer and do not plan to visit again. Although the ambiance is undoubtedly good, you can take your chances with the food. Perhaps I or the chef in the kitchen had a bad day. The manager was polite and humble, and he did what he could by apologizing on behalf of the chef
Arrogant staff at this hotel. The head management of this hotel should take true feedback from the reviews here and enquire about the behaviour of the staffs including Ms. Aparna, Sreetam and Fareed. It's High time, people dealing with this hotel should deal with these staff carefully. They know only speaking lies and false promises, and they just try responding on social forums as it they are so clean. Pathetic event at this hotel
I was one of the guest attending marriage ceremony in Radha hotel and saw some reply from Sreetam to the host of the event. I was simlpy laughing.
Radha hometel was asking the guest to pay for water served in room to those who are staying in hotel and they are saying that they did not counted many plates that cost Rs. 950/- per plates on the marriage day event. One of the best joke Mr. Sreetam (hotel manager) has said. Everyone must be laughing. Rest the reader can understand the truth behind by seeing the price.
Hi-Tea menu review. 1. Jalebi was served cold 2. Spring roll filled mostly with cabbage and its cold 3. Paneer 65 looks like paneer pakoda.and its cold.
When we asked for hot items, they said its kept on hot spirit lamp and this is maximum they can do.
They are arrogant and don't accept the review and the same can be seen from the language that they used in the review reply. I was there and heard conversation that Aparna has with Amit. She was asking should we keep plates at 11 PM and Amit replied to put plates when he say because he suspects at 11 PM hotel people are sending his people to increase the count. Even then he keep saying to keep the plates because he wanted everyone to eat on the marriage ceremony.
On food side.it was pathetic.only cold food and no taste. Many good restaurants can server better food at 950/- per plate.
Disappointed from the Radha Hometel. Don't recommend to anyone.
We have booked this place for a two days wedding ceremony. Rooms are neat and clean. Nicely arranged property and function venue. And most importantly prompt service. Coming to the experience we took from here. Primarily it was little tight on our budget, but we went by the reference we received from friends who also did their event here. So we gone ahead with little extra spent. Top to bottom each of the employee/Staffs are always ready with smile to go extra mile to make your guest happy. On the day of our wedding, even after our guest left who came to meet and greet for our evening reception, few of their Manager stayed back till 03-04: 00 am to make sure we are not left alone at any point. We could see some of the food items placed in buffet extra than what we selected. On checking with the floor manager, she informed that those were compliment from hotel side. They were very accomodative on few rooms late check out. And also on the last moment change required on our venue as our guest list went high on numbers.
Highly recommended for all types of event. Like us you are not going to regret it. Kudos to the team they have. Keep up the good work.
The staff are very helpful. The restaurant has a nice buffet for breakfast. The rooms are clean. The bed is very firm (hard) which did not help me sleep. Unfortunately, the street has metro construction going on so there is a lot of dust, noise during the night, and lack of walkway (in case you like to walk to places).
Decent and budget friendly place to stay close to work places around whitefield area. The serving staff are very courteous as well as the house keeping staff. The front desk guys need to be more customer friendly. Food and room service options are decent. Suggested for families as well.
We went to a birthday party that was organized here. The room was sufficient for 40 guests. But the food was just not good. The taste was substandard, the service was just OK. I didn't have a bad experience there, but I just didn't like the food.
Only 1 water bottle per day! Pathetic bedding, untidy, unclean! Lame and inexperienced staff. No customer service. Gloomy atmosphere. And not to forget worst breakfast buffet ever Went down with stomach infection right after I had to drink restaurant water which was sourced from God knows where.
Same story getting repeated again. <br/>Have done the booking through make my trip, did check in almost 11 hrs (11: 30 Pm) after the check in time start. <br/>Very funny & unwanted incident which noone can expect, I got the key for the room which was already occupied, luckily after standing in front of the room allocated to me I just realised that some guests are already in room that too females. Dont know how the allocation is managed. <br/>Though I have called front office team at 9: 30 pm from the airport just to ensure the room should be ready with basics<br/>Post this I went down to the front office & narrated the story & got another room<br/>Room allocated now is full of unhygienic tangents - Long hairs of the previous guests lying in room & washroom, bathing area, no hand towels, WC not cleaned, pillow covers not cleaned or stained, etc
Stayed there. Pros and cons are as follows. It was pleasant overall. Garden was good. Barbeque lawn was good. Flavours restaurant was good. Staffs were very friendly and down to earth
TV was conventional. No USB connectivity for chromecast device to stream Netflix, APV, hotstar and so on. Bathroom latch was not working. Wi-Fi connectivity was at 2G speed in this Jio era.
Stayed at Radha Hometel on 3-4 June. The hotel is good when it comes to rooms, staff, etc. The dinner spread was okayish and I felt there could have been more.
The breakfast spread was very good and i enjoyed South indian dishes.
Very Bad service, I lost my Sandals in hotel and they didn't care about it when I complained them. Management people are so arrogant. They even charge for small small things like a printout and coffee. Etc
Went for a birthday treat today. There was 5 of us and we reached there around 1pm with a prior reservation. The buffet was not even set up. We were requested to wait for some more time. At 1: 30 pm, we were still waiting for the non-veg items to be brought. At last since we could not bear our hunger any longer, we quickly had the veg fare that was set up - easily one of the worst tasting food I have eaten in the recent past - paid the bill, and just left the place. Since the food was not ready, when we asked if they can serve us curd rice, they had the audacity to tell that it's not available in the buffet. No apologies also for the horrible experience we had.
So here's my rating: Ambience - 3/5 Food - 2/5 Service - 0/5 Value for money - 0/5 (You are basically paying for the ambience alone)
The Air Conditioner is centralised and its an old one which hardly cool the rooms. The room has got no ventilation at all so if the AC does not work, its suffocating. They have customised the AC as per there own comfort with strategies. When you put it to 16 degree it hardly cools. Service is poor too.
