2. Home delivery of medicines denied several times although the amount for the medicines were high. They don’t mind losing customers.
3. Work culture is missing all over the pharmacy.
4. Overall, if you are looking for a good service, this is not a place where you can expect a quick delivery of medications, be it at their counter or for home delivery and for any emergency medicines.

Very rude behaviour from the lady in the billing counter at the entrance door. Unpleasant staff. Don't feel like visiting Radha medicals because of such staffs.

Had gone to purchase SOS, which they refused to give at a time of need, reasoning was that prescription is valid only 2 days when nowhere in the law is it mentioned that it lasts that long, only their policy, what's the point of a prescription if a medical shop cannot provide it to you even with a valid Prescription that's not even 1 week old, pathetic people (the manager and one of the people there) rest are good but yea very bitter experience at a time of need. Yes it's a schedule 2 drug, but all I wanted was 1 of it, which they failed to give and instead were pretty rude.

Hate very much, even small medical also given good service but this medical not, sunday i need neoral 25 mg tab, bcoz i admited ks hegde hospital but he clearly told me not possible to delivery, worst medical and worst price

Extremely disrespectful and uncalled for behavior by their manager Karthik at Radha medicals. Inspite of having an infant I went there to exchange baby formula as they had delivered the incorrect product. However Karthik straight out refused saying i should have returned it earlier. I agreed but only told him that he should have informed me about a deadline on the phone which he did not.

I regretted offering to go there and get it exchanged myself. He was very impolite and having to go there several times leaving my infant at home made me feel harassed. I finally left the formula with them and asked the to keep it. I did not take a refund or replacement. Terrible experience. Please do something about this staff.

These staff ppl are moody and aggressive they ask for whisky bottle and even ask us to have wine. Who are they to advice us.they behave as though they are owner. They even shout at security for their duties. Kankanady s

Worst service I had experienceed.staf were not available in the night minimum 30 mints should wait for the billing staff were not polit. All over service worst. Only items available.that's good

One of the best and the latest medicals in mangalore, with all kinds of medicines and stationary available. Well maintained and have many receptionist for billing.

Pls keep a delivery boy for an emergency purposes of tablets and medicines use, when it is needed for the purposes for pregnant ladies, for babies and menstruated problems.and its very needed in this lockdown situation.actually some ladies will be alone at home and they cannot do anything.these are the main reasons, request the management to look after this and consider it has request n do needful.

I have never faced an issue of medicine being not available.

I will never buy products frm here and will not recommend any of relatives and friends to get in there.
I bought shampoo and the seal was already opened and the bottle had 3/4th shampoo. Where did the rest go and why as the seal broken. And staffs who are free don't attend customers near billing.

Medical is huge almost all medicine you can find here. But staffs won't attend customers in timely manner. They don't even offer discounts even though your bill is high. You will even get cosmetics, ice creams, chocolates.

Plus point here is it will be open 24*7, incase of emergency one can visit here.

Hi. This is a feedback I would like to give after a horrible experience in these testing times. I had been to the kankanady branch today (30th March 2020) morning at 4.30 am. There were only 3 customers and I was the third one. At first there was only one staff at the counter attending to us. A while later another one came to the counter (he was already somewhere behind in the shop) and was simply wasting time instead of attending to us. When the staff at the counter requested the other staff to attend to me as I had been waiting for quite a while now, the arrogant staff's reply was "let her wait". After that he did not even bother to sit at the counter. I left the medical at 5am. Took them half an hour for just one item that I had to buy. How professional is this? Please make sure staff arrogance is strictly dealt with. As much as we appreciate people belonging to the medical sector for their services during these testing times, they too need to understand the plight of the common man. What if what I needed was an emergency? Is this the attitude with which your staff should work at a medical dispensery? If that is the attitude that your staff posses then I'm sorry to say that they do not deserve to be working there. All they are capable of is tarnishing brand name and increasing the plight of the people. They do not deserve to be dispensing medicines to people in need. I was not able to get the name of the staff but I'll make sure to find out and escalate the matter. This is totally unacceptable. I would have understood if he had some important work to do. But simply wasting time doing nothing right in front of waiting customers and even having the audacity to tell fellow staff to let the customer wait is pure arrogance and needs to be dealt with.

They used to be good but not any more. They don't stock products in demand and majority of staff are busy on smart phones least bothered to customers.

I had visited a month ago and you'll get almost all stores with medicines like shampoos, chocolates, biscuits, men and women essentials etc. Staffs and the service is good. Opens all 24 hrs and is located above kairali adukkal hotel, bendoorwell

We had a soft copy of the doctor upto date prescription but they are asking was hard copy even online medicals accept soft copy. So that's bad.

Its so conveniently located and is open 24 hours. The best part is you can get not only medications but other toiletteries, health food and drinks out here. Their outlet is so wonderfully clean and well lit. The staff are pleasant, polite and very professional. Theres a section full of an exquisite range of cosmetics like Maybelline, Revlon, Lakme, etc. There's ice cream available for folks who go for late night drives. There's even a section at the far end of the store selling food and other stuff for pets. I guess the only lil difficulty iv faced is parking since its at such a busy intersection. All in all a fantastic place to go to.
