I recently had an amazing stay at this Bangalore hotel. The staff's warm welcome, spacious and impeccably clean room, and top-notch amenities exceeded my expectations. In-room dining was delicious, and the central location made exploring the city easy. If you're looking for a five-star experience in Bangalore, this is the place to be!
Location was good and very nearly maintained area only one disappointment inside the conference room is network problem but wifi system is available. Food tasty was good and the lighting on wall was very pretty.
The location is in the very center of Bangalore. Not only that, it is also located in one of the cleanest part of the city. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy. Awesome experience. True hospitality exist in very few hotels and this is one among them. We'll furnished rooms. Staff behaviour and services are very good. Restaurant has a great ambience. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. Good place for a brunch buffet with family and friends. We enjoyed every food in here. Really enjoyed the stayed. Whenever in Bangalore will book you again.
I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a safe, hygienic, well managed comfy place with a grand buffet in Bangalore.
Thank you Radisson Blu for treating us well with your excellent services, hospitality & food.
Good place for a brunch buffet with family. Not many options for Vegetarian. But it's a feast for non vegetarian crowd. Clean and well maintained restaurant with good Ambience and hospitality.
Although the hotel was good, but the overall ambience looked somewhat like a pub (with blue and pinkish lights mostly in the common areas, lobby, except the reception area
Very polite and helpful staff. Food was good. Pool can be temprature controlled as we visited during winter the water was ice cold. Overall had a great stay.
Good business hotel with comfortable stay. The rooms are heavily decored leaving very less free space. Bathroom and rest room too congested but well maintained. Comfortable king size bed, had a nice sleep. For some reason, despite adjusting temperature setting multiple times, the centralized AC couldn't make the room temperature comfortable - cooled too much. Breakfast spread is good and so is the buffet for dinner. However I have seen better menu in other business hotels. Staff is courteous.
Fantastic servise. Staffs are Super Alert.clean property.breakfast place trally good with spreaded menu.well.maintained property.i wanted to give 5.but bathroom shower was not good.you can see in pic
Overall experience is nice. Food is pathetic. I will recommend the food including breakfast, dinner or lunch. Nothing was perfect. From service to taste everything was Pathetic. Other than that rooms and services was better.
Really enjoyed the stayed. Staff behaviour and services are very good. Hotel was clean, well maintained hygiene. Even we enjoyed very delicious food here. Must recommend this hotel.
Costlier charges for a average room. Very bad service. No requests taken care off. Not a good welcome at all. Also this hotel charges you for every call you make to the room service. They charge for unreasonable things such as plates and glasses also. That too plus service charge on each time u order something in the room it's another charge each call charge to service plus taxes on each item irrespective of their prices already. Everything additional.
The service is pathetic.
Even for water you'll have to wait always an hour or longer to have someone come to the room and fill ten bottle for you.
And even that's gonna be charged.
I just hate this hotel. It's pathetic. The first place where I have seen someone charging for extra glass or plates, also no working utilities.
They had a damaged health faucet and by the time we realized the water was leaking, the water leaked all over the room and leaked till outside the room. And when we asked for a change of room, they refused and said they'll fix the damage and clean the place, the manager never bothered to call or visit our room, we had to wait until they fix the problem and clean the place. Very sad service, never had this happened to me in any other star hotel. Atleast, if anything like this happened, they would change the room without thinking twice.
Worst service in this hotel first inward time taking 5000 deposit outward time security telling accounts is closed u just come tommorow morning wosrt service worst staff and also waste rules totally worst hotel donot visit this hotel
Its a 4 star hotel. Buffet and alcohols are available. Room service is good. Rooms are clean and equipped with modern amenities. Rooms are having a dark theme or blue theme which is very disturbing sometimes specially if your are in a holiday mode. This hotel is feels like serving business people only.
Average room rent is around 3.5k. A decent size of swimming pools is there. This place has multiple restaurants for different purposes. A nice cafe is also available at the reception. Once can choose to eat buffet or a la carte meals. Price are moderate as per the hotel standard. Staffs are well behaved and the service are quick. Tipping is not appreciated here. The breakfast buffet is decent. A little more dessert options may fix it. Mostly south indian cuisines are served during breakfast and lunch but one can also get limited options for North Indian and continental cuisines.
It is an old shop selling bed sheets, bed spreads, linen, towels etc. It has good cotton options also. They frankly tell you the quality, material etc. And it's value for money. Situated near Sivananda circle.
A typical store where you can get bedspreads, pillow covers, duvets and related cloth items at wholesale. The quality of items you buy is typically good and the store is usually good at educating you on the price vs quality factor.
The ambience, room and staff was fabulous but the food was not up to the standard especially breakfast buffet. Mismanagement of the restaurant was not able to handle the burden of new year morning. Overall, it is okay for staying.
Amazing experiences, extraordinary service, soothing & picture perfect ambience, fabulous food, extremely well behaved stuff, I got this booking very affordable and encourage people to stay in Radisson Blue to experience the ambience and hospitality. Rg Shiladitya Basu
The whole place was a total charm. Checked in at 9 pm and the reception allowed me to check out the next day at 2 pm. The breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. Everything was so well organised. Loved my experience
The hotel is a business class hotel. Something like Taj Banjara in Hyderabad. Went for a two days stay there. Lights in lobby could be better. It was very dim. Secondly the swimming pool water was ice ice cold. The same should be checked and you should have provision to make the water warm. Solar power is so common. Not sure why this was not thought thru. Pls take this as a positive feedback for improvement.
Excellent stay. Great food. Worth every penny. We were not able to use the pool as there were too many parties at the time of our stay (which should have been expected around Christmas time).
One of my worst experiences in the last 2 days. First the hotel did not arrange for an airport pick up despite a telephonic conversation with one of their managers at the front desk. I kept waiting for 1 hour before something could be arranged at 11: 30 PM in the night. The hotel front desk manager kept saying that I had not informed them about the cab. This is not the first time it has happened. It happened with one of my colleagues as well and post that he has stopped staying at this hotel. Today when I called them for an office pick up which is a part of our overall room package, the front desk made me call them 5 times and did not call back even once despite repeated assurance of calling back. I kept waiting for 40 mins and then took a cab and came. This is the last time I'm staying here and will be booking other hotels like me colleagues have been doing in the last 6 months.
I loved their hospitality! ! Ambience and staff was very good. Specifically I liked one thing that staff was able to speak in English as well other than kannada. I will surely recommend people to stay at Radisson blu Atria.
The rooms are not sound proof and I was woken up in middle of night by shouting and banging of doors by neighboring room people. It lasted for a long time at late night till 1 am, even after complaining to the management. Toiletries had to be asked for, hairdryer was not in room, even Menu book was not in room. The sofa was stained. Tv did not work, remote had some issues too. All this even after calling hotel in four hours advance to keep the room ready. (I was told room is always ready)
For morning breakfast got curdled Coffee. It couldn't have been more worse.
Service is friendly. Rooms are OK and spacious, but walls between rooms so thin you can hear every room neighbor's phone ringing and can hear them talking; the water inn the shower had too little pressure gor my liking.
Breakfast buffet was OK for me, but not as much choice I saw in most other 4 star hotels. You can smell the kitchen/cooking from the breakfast restaurant also in the lobby.
Really enjoyed my stay at Radisson blu Atria for my 2 days conference event. It was pretty convenient for me to walk to the event venue from where the hotel is located. Breakfast served in b/w 7-10 was delicious and sumptuous. They have a lot of variety there. Room I stayed in was a business class room. Where they ensured my stay was absolutely comfortable and relaxing for the above stated duration. Although I was charged at the checkout for the snacks I consumed in the room (where they placed it) as per the hotel norms. But commute to airport is pretty smooth from the hotel.
3 star Hotel with a good restaurant located very close to Vidhana Soudha, Facilities like meeting halls, party Hajj know are available. Quite conveniently located.
Yet another star property. Nothing unique. I go there if I must. Food is passe. Beautiful and most convenient location. Close to CBD, Vidhana Soudha, HighCourt.
The last time I was here was when it was still The Atria, so was keen on checking out what Radisson had done with it. One word. Niiiiiiiiice!
Ambience: The exterior of the structure was not unexpected of a 4 Star hotel - meant to impress. While some might find the interiors a tad garish, I quite liked the way it was done. The atrium makes sense, given the branding. Everything was in it's rightful place, spotless and sparkling clean - one heck of a housekeeping team. Guests often forget that it takes good folks to maintain good hospitality.
Food: can't say for sure because I only had an apple croissant and a double shot espresso while I was waiting for my cab to turn up. But what I had was good and served with a smile. So important, warm service.
Rooms: can't say for sure because I didn't stay there, but judging by the rest of the way the Radisson Blu Atria was run, I'd make a good guess that they'd be pretty darn good
Peeve: there's virtually no cellphone signal in the building (Airtel), so if you're trying to book an Uber or an Ola, you have to go all the way outside the hotel and wait on the sidewalk. Well, at least it gave me a chance to click some pictures of the sky (before the heavens opened up - you just gotta love Bangalore).
All-in-all, my impression was that the Radisson Blu Atria is great value for money!
