The food as usual was great and the service by Suraj & Rashmita was exceptional.
Glad that Radisson has always kept the food taste and quality as its top most priority for which we come back here again & again.
We dined at Saffron but they very kindly obliged for a request of pizza for our lil one.

Shao is a place for a luxury meal in a beautiful ambience. The service is top star and menu elaborate with a lot of options. Their manchow soup is the best that I've had so far. Loved the honey chilli lots stem, dimsums, and the assorted Sushi boat. Food is very well presented and delicious!

Shao is an absolute favorite when it comes to pan Asian food for my family in this vicinity. Nobody comes close in taste. We have dined in and we’ve ordered in more times than I can count on my fingers.
I’ve loved the dimsums from here a lot. Soups are flavorful too. I love the roasted duck and pork belly too.
Most of their preparations are scrumptious and worth trying.

I was in the restaurant today and had ordered a few starters. The food was too bad, I have tasted much much better Chinese/Japanese in informal restaurants. Did see the kitchen and the way they were organized, it surprised me for a star hotel (forget 4/5 star) - I mean untidy, dirty, haphazard. Sorry, I didn't click pictures. Food is very good, but what is par excellence is the service. We have been to numerous restaurants being part of the blogger community, but were thoroughly impressed here.

We had kids with us and as long as we were seated french fries were ordered by the manager himself. Because of a confusion when we didn't get what we wanted, it was replaced and the server did everything she could to make it a pleasant experience.

P. S. - the lady who served us and the manager - I might not have asked your names (I am sorry), but you both are great and did a wonderful job!

The menu is short and limited which I felt was good in a way that it doesn’t confuse you with lot of options. We went there primarily to try Chinese and were pleasantly happy with the food!
Nice ambience and very courteous staff! Parking is not an issue as they have ample basement parking available but no valet due to Covid times. Try to reserve before hand is you are visiting during weekends but walk-in should be fine on weekdays.
They accept Dine-out or likewise offers so do make use of it as the place is as expected expensive.
We tried:
1. Chicken manchow soup — was good but nothing special
2. Shanghai Five spiced fish — was good and would definitely recommend
3. Chicken Satay — will recommend
4. Wok tossed chicken hot basil — definitely recommend as a gravy side dish to noodles or rice
5. Chilli garlic chicken noodles — was good
6. Red velvet deco sprayed chocolate mousse — will recommend definitely
7. Wasabi cheese cake — this is not a regular sweet dessert so beware when ordering. If you really like the taste of wasabi then go for it Else stay away from this dessert.

Everything is perfect abt this place. Starting from the interiors to the food quality. Special mention to Pan fried dimsums and Asian oriental vegetables. The service is also very good. Would definitely recommend this place.

If you like Chinese food, you must try out this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Be a little patient with the waiters as they are probably interns.

I recently had my lunch at Shao and the food was extremely good. Go fir the crab & asparagus soup. The pad Thai prawn noodles was really awesome. Seema the hotel manager was very courteous too. Five stars to Shao.

They charge 750 bucks (or more) for less than half a glass of wine. Loved the steak though. Wasn't very impressed with the portion size.

I liked Wonton and Kaffir Like Soup. Crunchy, chunky vegetables in zesty flavour and flavorful wontons proved to be a great start to the meal. Crispy
Toragashi spinach tempura drizzled with soy sauce is a refreshing combination.
The presentation is the sushi platter is unique. Maki, Uramaki and Nigiri are well-prepared. I would recommend schezwan spicy chicken for the main course. Hot basil wok tossed chicken tastes well with
chilly garlic noodles.
We opted for hot chocolate rolls with vanilla sauce. It is a classic dessert baked to perfection. The preparation of wasabi cheesecake is perfect. The staff at Shao ensures a great experience.

Meagre portions.delicious soup, awesome fried rice but the starters are not at all good.went on an occasion but we did not feel very celebratory due to the food.disappointed as we really liked visiting saffron@radissonblu and thought this would be asian version of same standard.

Good and tasty Asian food. Very polite staff. They recommended good red cabbage dumplings instead of the ones that we earlier suggested.
Interesting decor, quiet place for dates. Expensive of course but worth a visit.

Lovely Pan Asian dining experience, we loved their dumplings, the sake poached ones being the best. Tiger prawns in Xo sauce, Sushi platters and some good old tempura added to the happiness. Show stopper was the Thai Curry and sticky rice. Desserts were average though.

Altogether a complete PAN Asian experience.

If you are looking for some amazing Pan Asian foods and wants to pamper yourself with fine dine, Shao is the place.

They have redecorated the entire place, and now it has light red themed decore. I came here for dinner, and the lights were just perfect for a nice meal.

I started my dinner with their Kafir Lime soup, which was really soothing and appetizing. Their signature dimsum, Red Cabbage Prawns are treat to eyes, and you must eat it hot. If you are looking for a vegetarian options, do try their Baby Spinach Har Gow: It is basically a bao with baby spinach and hearbs as it's filling.

I had Pot Stickers for the first time and it is really interesting, very plain yet delicious item. If you are comfortable with Tiger Prawns, do try their Thai grilled prawns- it is sumptuous.

In main course, I took Chicken Sticky Rice served in lotus leaf. You will require some side with this, so order accordingly. Their Pan Grilled Chicken sizzler is good too and the way of presenting keeps your chicken sizzling until you eat.

Overall, I had very delicious & sumptuous meal and enjoyed the ambience as well. With all these items I was full, so could not try their desserts. So, until my next visit, do try these options and let me know your experiences.

Well, my appentency towards Pan Asian delicacy has brought me to this place. Shao a place where you could expect premium modern Chinese ambiance with undoubtedly delicious food.

Recently, Shao has underwent renovation and came out with it's new looks. Seating could accommodate approximately 60 ppl. Service is quick and staff are courteous. I was there with a couple of friends to relish their Pan Asian delicacies. Take a look at what I have tasted there

Kafir lime soup:
A wonderful soup to start your meal with! It has an intense aroma of lemon grass. The consistency of soup is watery and loaded with veggies. It tasted great.

Red cabbage prawn dimsum:
Firstly I would the thought behind the dish. Due to the red cabbage the dimsum looked purple in colour. The moment you see it, you would love to have it. The prawn stuff inside is cooked perfectly.

Thai grilled prawn:
This starter goes really well with drinks. The marination is done perfectly with adequate amount of spices. The flavour of spice is well balanced and would definitely suits your palate.

Flaky hair angel prawn:
This is their signature dish. As the name connotes, prawn is threaded and deep fried. When you bite it, you could feel the crisp. Tasted good and a must try.

Nasi goreng:
It literally means fried rice in Indonesian. This Indonesien dish is well presented. The chicken fried rice is accompanied by omelette and chicken skewers. The chicken pieces are tender and delicious. This dish is mediumly spiced.

What a delightful experience it was! If you want to enjoy authentic pan asian delicacies, I would highly recommend it.

Had been to New Year Event and it was amazing with the services the hotel has provided with room and all other services was really amazing. Hoping to get into another day with the hotel and all the staff were really helpful

I had lunch there. I found food verity and taste was okay. There were limited options and not that great taste. Ambience was obviously nice and so as the service.

Hotel is superb I gone for one program by company food is good but water is not good plz drink only botel water that's good for you

The pan-Asian cuisine is one of my favourites and I was super excited to visit Shao in Radisson Blu Bangalore once I came to know that they serve some amazing Chinese, Thai and Japanese food. Amazing dim sum, sushi and hearty Thai curry - all under the same roof. Isn't it great?
The food and hospitality that we experienced over our lunch last were extraordinary. They have a classy ambience as well with oriental decors.

We were welcomed with some tapioca crackers, kimchi and steamed salted peanuts while we decided on the dishes to have.

Started our lunch meal with the Crab and Asparagus soup, which was flavourful. It had generous portions of crabmeat in as well.

Then we moved on to try some Dim Sum and Sushi. Among the Dim Sum, we took the Pork Shao Mai and Vegetable Potsticker. Both of them were amazing and the Pork Shao Mai was one of the best Shao Mai I had in Bangalore. The Vegetable Potsticker was nice as well with a generous stuffing of cabbage, carrot, spring onion and zucchini. The sauce accompanying the Dim Sum complemented them well. We took the Assorted Non-Veg Susi Boat, which comprised of two pieces each of Ebi (Prawn) Nigiri, Smoked Salmon Maki and Prawn Tempura Maki. Loved their sushi, and it was beautifully presented in a Sushi Boat as well. The only complaint I have though is about the limited options of Sushi available. Would have loved to see more options in Nigiri in the menu in future.

I liked the Kung Pao Chicken and Sichuan Mushrooms as well in the starters. The Barbequed Pork Ribs was probably the best pork ribs I had recently. The meat was super tender, juicy and mouthwatering with flavours - cooked to perfection. Rarely you will get such good quality pork with almost zero fat.

Along with the starters, we tried a few of their mocktails. I found some to be a little too sweet. But simply loved the Black Magic, a cola-based drink topped with ginger, mint and lemon. We had a coconut sorbet as a palate cleanser before the main course. If was a little overpowering with the coconut milk, but it was nice.

In the main course had a flavourful Chicken Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice. Loved the flavours of the curry. Had the Guangdong Beef, Sichuan Garlic Prawns and Asian Green Vegetables with the Chilli Garlic Noodles. The Beef was another show stealer, juicy and tender. Loved the Asian Green Vegetables, some subtly cooked combination of water chestnuts, bok choy, asparagus, bell peppers etc.

Finished the meal with a cup of tea and desserts - Date Pancake and Death by Chocolate. Both the desserts were nothing to talk about compared to the food we had.

Overall this was one of my best experiences with Pan Asian cuisine here in Bangalore.

Well it’s no secret that south East Asian cuisine is my favourite & I recently visited Shao, the Pan Asian restaurant in Radisson Blu to savour the items from their newly revamped menu.

We kicked off the tasting with A Delicious Bowl Of Lemon Coriander Soup. This Version was perfectly balanced, between the sharpness of the coriander & sourness of the lemon, it was the second best I had in Bangalore.

The assorted vegetarian Sushi was just right, subdued, fresh, but stark flavours hitting you well, & a nice kick from the dipping. But somehow I found the wasabi very under powering, that’s something the restaurant need to look at, maybe.

The Sichuan Mushrooms were absolutely delicious, string Sichuan flavours, with a tinge Of Mushroom flavours retained, very much loved it.

The vegetarian Dim Sum was not very spectacular, but delicious momos made right, not too dry or rubbery. The accompanies green pepper sauce was a perfect pair for these momos.

The Fried Rice & Chilli Garlic Noodles were nice, similar to many chain restaurants, did not stand out for me, unfortunately.

But what stood out for me in the mains was the beautifully cooked jasmine rice & one of the best Thai Green Curry Vegetarian. It had all the right elements, the Kaaffir Lime leaves, Thai basil, lemongrass, and maybe galangal. But such beautifully sweet and spicy curry, absolute delight and won my heart, checked all the boxes. Highly recommend this for anyone heading anywhere close to the restaurant.

Desserts were delightful, the date pancake was wonderful, with the sesame seed coating, adding the right crunch.

The fresh fruit roll was a mildly warm spring roll, filled with julienned chill fresh fruits, an interesting & tasty combo, that beautifully paired well with mango Icecream.

The Death By Chocolate was an average dessert, that tasted just ok, the ice cream however was a little off for me.

Overall a wonderful place for Pan Asian in Marathahalli, found the Thai dishes to have a slightly higher edge over the other cuisines, the Thai Green Curry is a must try.

They gave complementary desserts even though we took alacarte. Definitely worth going there. Huge number items in the buffet. Definitely worth the price.

New Year night party - FAIL. No sufficient place to sit, over crowded, 25 mins wait to get one drink! Good food though.

Rating it 1, had been here for new year party and stay. Rooms tap isn’t working, breakfast was a long queue and a feat, none to attend and help. New year drink was shut down before promised 1! Waste of money place. I dint get feedback form

Just few metres away from the multiplex Marthalli bus stop. I loved the buffet here. Food is really so good, veg and non veg food, both are very tasty.good place to stay, it's safe and secure. All the staffs are friendly.

Recently been here for an official training for a couple of days. This is right on the main road, easy to find. They are good spacious meeting rooms. The food was above average.

Bad cab conditions, bad house keeping experience, bad ac; was automatically resetting to 22c. Overall not a Good experience for the money I was charged. Way more better hotels for the same price point

The place does not stand out as it should being a Radisson outlet. The food is pretty average and the ambience could be better as well. The only thing good about the place is the staff and the location perhaps.

Fully secure, pleasant environment, the car will be inspected by dog, Your bags will be checked. Food was awesome Conference room was clean good sound, and video on projector.

I have attended baby shower program here which was organized by Cloudnine. Hotel is good but food is not tasty. Its clean, spacious, well trained staff but food could not meet my expectations
