Really it was a good experience, the staffs were very friendly and maintained proper etiquette, food taste is in a different levels, the food quality provided by them was fantastic. Rooms are really spacious, had a comfortable stay with family, dear guys it will give you a wonderful experience kindly visit it.

Overall had an ok stay. Rooms are comfortable although they do have a narrow aisle that seems to take forever to cross to reach the room (if you are unfortunate enough to get one of those).
I got a twin bed setup but asking for a room upgrade was quickly shot down with a shrug, it's almost like they could care less. Food was ok ish and they need to start looking at providing more vegan, gluten free healthy options like their competition.

We had a hill view room which was very scenic, since it was raining and there was a double rainbow. The location is good and the buffet offer along with variety was nice.

This hotel is luxurious with excellent staff. Our check in was smooth & fast. The rooms spacious & nice. The breakfast served was great & overall very nice hotel & good services with hospitable staff.

Went for a buffet dinner, food was average. Spread was not that great! Seafood lovers will be greatly disappointed.

Radisson is such a standard hotel and restaurant, the ambiance is really good, clean place, rooms are wide, spacious, and view from the rooms are also good, it's bit costly and the food taste is also good, space for parking is also there

Great place to stay with family, the ambience is matched by the staff's uber friendly behaviour! It's almost walking distance from the main road and has mall of mysore next to it. So pretty much all equipped place.

Very pathetic service. Very shameless staff. My suggestion do not go, stay & eat there specially on weekends and or any govt holidays. If possible avoid to go there and use some other hotel / resort.
After so many call received form Hotel manager, still I am not get my Hotel bills.

All Standard 5 star amenities available. Limited Indian food options for in-room dining. Breakfast service is slow. Well maintained rooms, but business class rooms are far better than normal suites for sometimes lesser price. Check online booking options as they will not give any pricing relaxation during reservation or check in.

I've visited them many times, we've used their banquet halls multiple times, arranged stays for relatives and friends on many occasions and also dined in multiple times.

If there's one thing I can mention, the quality remains constant throughout.

Very good star Hotel in mysore. Enjoyed the Sauna, steam and jacuzi. Even swimming pool is nice. Rooms are vlean and tidy. Restaurant persay need to improve a little bit interms of food taste and varieties. Major area for improvement is common restrooms.

Just love the gesture and ambience usually it's a 5-star restaurant so price are bit expensive but you can choose veg/nonveg buffet it's budget friendly and buffet timesing is 11 Am to 3 Pm

It was very poor experience I book via MakeMyTrip App. Booking was cancelled due stupid reasons! Which is not necessary. Don't book via make my trip app I repeat. I never gonna use this app again!

We had a short, yet memorable stay at the Mysore Radisson Blu hotel. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious.
The staff are courteous, approachable and responsive. We took the room service for lunch and dinner; the food was presented well, served neatly and tasted fantastic.
The breakfast buffet was ok. The food was average and I would have expected a better spread. The staff however made up for any shortcomings with their care and service.
Altogether a great experience and will definitely plan to stay again.

Great place to celebrate your special occasions or for a mini-vacation…this is our go to Hotel. They have a restaurant called Spring that has a variety of spreads of amazing delicacies. We personally loved the dinner spread. The staff is very generous and kind, especially Ms. Tenzin who stands out in her area of expertise. She went extra mile to serve us. Took extra care of our likes and dislikes…you can feel her warmth. We are visiting this hotel since 5 years and looking forward for many more such memories ️ Also their garden area is their USP!

Ambience is good rooms are spacious and room views are very good from forth floor. Complete view of race course and mini golf course. Room services are average

Very good stay & breakfast. Service is excellent. Very friendly, attentive & helpful. Wouldn't look at staying anywhere else in Mysore. This the 4th time I'm staying here and has always been excellent.

Had gone for a weekend getaway to Mysore (October 2 - October 3) and decided to stay at this property. Had a wonderful stay and the hospitality extended was noteworthy. The food was lip-smacking & there was a great variety of dishes served during dinner time. The breakfast spread was well laid at the restaurant.
The property is very well-maintained & had its own grandeur.
Would love to go back again.

Room and amenities are fine, just what u expect for the price paid. The corridoor reeks of cigarette smoke, that made it an uncomfortable experience

Check in August 20,2021.1) We made a reservation for hill-view deluxe room on a non-smoking floor. But it was not available when we came for check-in. What is the use of making a reservation?
2) Check-in took half an hour.
3) The room smells foul, like the AC filters haven't been cleaned nor something. Suffocating. When we called the manager, he had air freshener sprayed. That doesn't seem to be a solution.

Breakfast was very very poor!
Medu vada was made from a sour batter- one batch of vada that I took was uncooked inside, the paneer in paneer paratha was sour. There was no poori in the poori basket most of the time, and when there was it wasn't puffed and was too oily like a rookie has made it.

The *only* positive experience in our stay was that the staff was courteous.

They taken good safety measures compared to other hotels, Rooms are really nice and balcony view is cool. Price is good compared to the facilities offered. Food is on costlier side.
Overall nice experience, better to book through online sites rather than book at hotel, if u want to save money.

The dinner buffet which I went with family for a event, was such a waste. Food was no good and items were also very much limited. Disappointed!

Their reservation desk ends their service by 6 pm for the day and takes enough time to respond to our booking enquiries.

My room no is 225 in your hotel. The service is not like the 5 star hotel. From my room their is foul smell is coming but we called the reception they do not offer the change room service. Instead of they spray the room fresher in the room. They even do not care the public also

After eating the breakfast.
Breakfast is worst. Because the standard of 5 star hotel is not their. The all the cuisine is not the standards of 5 star.
The service is very poor and this is not expected from a 5 star hotel service

I booked this stay for one night for business meetings. As soon as I went, they said they required an hour to sanitize the room. Almost 2 hours later the room isn't ready and they gave me an "upgrade". I don't mind paying extra or waiting if I'm given a clean room, especially during a pandemic where hygiene is key! The upgraded room had stains everywhere- tables, glass window, couch. I had to rush to meetings the whole time and couldn't go down to the front desk to file a complaint. I called the "Duty Manager" twice from the intercom and got no response. I had to call multiple times for basic amenities in the room to be refilled. The bathroom had leftovers from the previous occupant. I used my personal sanitizer spray during my stay since I was tired after work and didn't have the patience to haggle with the staff who would barely manage to answer calls to the front desk. The only thing that kept me sane was the lovely hill view from the room. Everything else was terrible and I wouldn't recommend this place for a hygienic stay during the pandemic.

The worst in terms of customer service. No idea how it is always fully occupied. Because of that all staff has an attitude that they are doing a favor for me by giving a room.
Room keys will never work and every time someone has to come with some machines to open room. Master keys also won't work.

Worst every accommodation experience in the life. Not at all good for a peaceful stay

It was a beautiful hotel and it was well maintained, welcome drink provided. The buffet in spring resto for breakfast and dinner both had many varieties and had a fine taste. Outdoor seating beside swimming pool was great especially for dinner. But four cuz the were some small sticks (prolly matchsticks) in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great.

An Excellent and well serviced property. Very well maintained during CoViD with hygienic conditions and we'll organised procedures for customer protection.

The place is really great to stay. Staff is very polite and customer centric. Special thanks to Mr. Charan, he is the Gym coach. He is very professional and works on customer delight. I highly recommend this place.

Good food, so clean, awesome feeling, clean at its best, food was worthy, roti was too bad, nearly burnt, but other food was ok, I cannot say everything was awesome but nice, desserts were awesome this I can say and I loved the taste! Place and price it's worth it! Good for families friends for everyone, very very easy to find can ask anyone where to find this place, and place itslf is so awesome, taste of food is like 3/5 stars. Well a very neat and good place for anyone to visit and enjoy! Overall a must visit place in mysore! Parking facility is also good! Practice more safety and cleanliness at these times of pandemic well always like how u doing it please do continue! Good safety standards better than many hotels in mysore!

V good place to stay in Mysore, rooms are neat and clean, service is good, we have opted for free b'fast, the dinning hall is good, varieties of food available, but the food is ok.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Rooms are bigger than other hotel. Especially bathroom was neat and maintained well. Food was good and Buffett breakfasts was really good. (Must enjoy). Only thing coffee was pathetic. Even after asking for south Indian filter coffee, they delivered worst coffee.

Have lot of money to shell? Go here.
Else stay in hotels with better price offer especially if you don't like staying in hotel room all the time, and your a travel freak.
You would get the same service in a comparably lesser charging hotel.

Excellent hotel located very close to the Mysore Palace, Zoo, St Philomena Cathedral and other mid town attractions. The facilities are excellent, service friendly and food at the restaurants and the Spring coffee shop very good.

Food was horrible after covid the service the bad and refill food was not done properly and desert was horrible and all food is cold and biryani and jamoon was over burnt and yuk and even the stay was horrible i booked king size suite room and there was no hot water and bed spread was not proper and service is very bad.

I am doing exhibition in this hotel and banquets staff is very rude even manager is also very rude
banquet hall is very dirty and no one do vacuum to clean it and swiping it
