Despite of waiting in Que, Mr. Vasu in the cash counter didn’t even bother to follow the rules which was already displayed.

I just came to take a single xray, and they made me wait for 3 and half hours. The management of this center do not have any sense of time. They literally make you wait, for hours even if there is no rush. Also they make you pay complete amount in advance, so you cannot just go to any other diagnostic center also! So ridiculous! Also the price is too high.

Well maintained place and staffs are very cooperative. We gone for MRI scan and got the report within 20min. Satisfied with the service and reports.

Worst service. Wait wait wait wait, Just chest X-Ray you need to minimum 2 hrs. You Will have to waste your entire day for scan and report waiting time.

Diagnostic charges are too high.they don't disclose the charges over phone or they are not transparent. We have to spend our time n money for cab n go there to know the charges. Initially they say charges are told after the test, but when v go there, they tell the charges before test which they could have very well told over phone. Moreover charges are almost 75% more than the other diagnostic labs. Really very disturbing.

I took my mother for abdomen scan, Dr. Swapna did it very well she was very friendly. Thank u doctor and for Mrs Devika who assisted.

Given the wring report. During my wife pregnancy. Report was good in Anomoly & Ultrasound, after there is problem come out. Nevere refere this ragavs

Well maintained organisation. They have senior doctors. Within 15mins u will get ultrasound reports.

All the staff are very good and coopertaive. I have taken Package for Blood test and MRI scan. Front office executive guided very well and Very good. MRI staff also very well explained. Reports also got in time. Worth for payment. Overall all staff are friendly and approachable.

We went here for abdomen ultrasound. The Doctor was so patient and answered all questions. Have rarely come across such a patient and knowledgeable doctor. Dr Dinesh take a bow. Great job sir.

They will make you to wait for atleast for an hour to collect the report even though report is ready. Worst service and not recommended.

Staff are not good in communication and we have wait too long from entry time wrost experience in hospital environment

I visited this morning for blood test and abd scan, it was wonderful experience and front office staffs are very co-operative finaly all the test went on smoothly thank you guyss keep it up

I visited ragavs for my medical examination, had a very good experience, centre is well organised, staff's are very co-operative and efficient. I strongly recommend this place.

Very good staffs and technicians. I had went for MRI and they handled with care. I got report within 15min after scanning. There are two MRI machines and waiting time is less compare other diagnostics.

X Ray staffs are very cooperative and well knowledgeable. They guided us very well. They handling with care patients and good manners.

One of the best and well experienced technicians in lab. I have a fear of taking injections but seriously i didn't even know that they took my blood samples or not. I don't know the technicians name but thanks a lot for your valuable service

Yesterday came for investigation to ur centre, very clean and staff also very kind, finally my report are perfect, hear after I wl suggest my friends and my relatives to ur centre only.
