Only place in mysore to get medicine irrespective of brand. It is like cash pharmacy of bangalore. But disposal of buyers is badly delayed as they follow a very old traditraditional method to customers.

Mostly all the medicines are available here, if in search of any medicine in the city then this place could make it up

I think this one place stop for all the medicines. Just visit here to take deliver of medical supplies. Very friendly staff with quick service.

If you are in a hurry and came to buy some common medicals never go to raghulal. They keep you waiting for 20 mins avg. No customer engagement. Better buy at some local pharmacy.

You will get all types of medicine here. The people here are friendly. Even you get small medical equipments here. Best place to buy medicines. They even give discount for every customer than MRP.

POOR SERVICE:

They do not respond to calls made to query about the medicine availability, they have a very bad attitude to the customers who visit them to make purchases.

Most of all never give advance here for a medicine which you want to purchase.which they say they will get it, since they are not punctual and the medicine does not arrive to the store on time.

Overall poor service, where they are tarnishing the brand name and trust that the original Raghulal has earned over the years in Mysuru.

Very Worst Service by this shop.
I bought a vaporizer there just a month later.it stopped working. It was of very cheap quality product. Really it doubt's this shop genuinety. It's sales very low graded cheap quality products. The shop people behavior is very lazy fellows and arrogant too when you ask their product genuine thing. Very worst experience I had felt with this low graded medical shop. Better people prefer some genuine medical shop.

Raghulal medical is best but the problem is it open at 9am.
Since it is a lockdown time it would be best if is opens at 8am

Service is worst workers behave rudely with customers has if they are the owners. There is no politeness in talking to customer. Ask your employees to behave properly other wise you loose valuable customers in near future.

One of the best place to purchase medicines. Manager and his team are very good, responsive. They have all type of medicine. If the stock is not available, they will inform about the next stock availability. The place will be crowded from 6 PM to 8 PM.

I could not give 0 star.so gave 1 star. In a chilled weather had to wait for 20 minutes and no staff even bothered to ask for the medicines I needed. It is a show piece and a brand factory. They don't bother for the customer. Very bad experience. So many elderly people are waiting and staff won't bother. Processing takes it's own time.
