READ CAREFULLY BEFORE STEPPING INTO THIS HOSPITAL. My son was admitted there due to an emergency on 26th Oct. 2023 at 11: 53 AM, doctor advised the discharge at 12 noon on 27th, they finally completed all formalities with 1.5 days charge at 5 PM on 27th. Initially they popped a bill of 66K and once I started looking into the bill in detail, they reduced a hopping 20K from the bill (which was their known cheating). If you have enough money apart from the insurance amount, (their consumables bills are almost similar to the medical bill), then only go there.
I was married for 4 years and didn't get pregnant. I consulted different doctors for 2 years and still didn't conceived. Had to take blood test for my 3 year old daughter, the nurse in the casualty said you may wait outside and that she will take the blood all by herself. I should have understood her capability at this moment. I still went ahead with her.and told I will stay cause I will have to hold her hand tightly.she put half the needle inside my daughter’s tiny hand and twisted it but still no sight of blood.my baby girl cried terribly in pain.screaming.then she called another nurse and she was just perfect! The nerve was seen clearly and only the tip of the needle went in and blood oozed out. How would one know the capability of a nurse the hospital management should have regular assessments to their staff, it’s not some software bug they are dealing with rather tiny humans. I have written this review with utmost pain seeing my daughter go through all this and in so much guilt that I did not check the nurse or hospital’s capability and I put her through this.

We got our baby admitted in NICU. Dr. Sreedhara took care of our baby with full care. He is a very excellent doctor. We are very happy with his services. All the sisters in NICU were very co-operative and care taking. Good hospital in terms of doctors. But guess what they charge you for parking your vehicle! Apparently valet parking. So this place will not give your vehicle a free parking space. Dr. VIKRAM (according to the hospital folks) has made this rule. Dr. Vikram: I am not sure what was the thinking behind paid parking in your hospital. I tried talking to you to give you this feedback. But your organization couldn't get through you. Getting parking space in your hospital when we visit you is a basic 101. Can you please fix it?

Everything deals with money here, there is no human touch, there is no ethics and Values given to customers. The Management tries to steal money in all ways.
General we choose hospital based on their service and Hospitality, We as customers completely got cheated by their Brand Name.
We parents are so sensitive and careful about our children. Nursing staff is completely inexperienced and unprofessional. Inexperienced Nurses played with our child three days continuously by pricking injection in wrong ares of the hand, which is totally unacceptable.
Worst Hospital food and maintainance. Me as an adult I don't feel like eating the food, smell is bad, how can children eat that. Every customers gives negative feedback on their food, but still there is no change.
Billing section is ridiculous, Even though we have insurance that is totally waste, they try to add unreasonable charges in all aspects, this is not service oriented hospital, financial hospital.
I am totally fed up with this hospital, never gonna visit this hospital again.

I had dropped here for our second pregnancy with lot of if's and but's. Dr Diana treated my wife such an amazing lady and helped us throughout the nine months without any complications. It's was hassle free journey right from OPD support, nursing and radiology dept. Next part was delivery which was cake walk for us. Where entire team made sure delivery was done on requested time itself. For which I need to thank Operation Team Headed by Mrs Veena for all necessary arrangements kept their promises and Dr Diana for delivery my second daughter as our required timings. From now new journey started with pediatrician Dr Sushma wonderful lady. Good part of this hospital is Their Team of Doctors who are very humble and won't make you panic rather you feel your in safe hands. They won't carry any head weights where usually some of the doctors do. Overal experience is and Last thing about this hospital is they are carrying the Joy and happiness in name itself, make sures us to experience the same.
I had a pprom in my pregnancy (25th week) and had to be in observation at the hospital. It was not so easy to be on bed rest during pregnancy, but Dr. Shwetha suggested to be in hospital for daily observation. I spent almost 4we6eks on bed rest. Later I got discharged and had been home. I had delivery on the 30th week. Dr. Shwetha took care of me even after my delivery as i had various infections due to pprom. She explained all the medical conditions in depth and helped us understand the critical situation so well which helped us build our hope. 25th week PPROM is not easy to hope for but with the help of Dr. Shwetha we are able to push it till 30th week and deliver. I would give 5 out of 5 stars for doctor treatment
But the nursing administration, the admin department, ward nurses behaviour and care, has to improve a lot.i would just rate 1 or max 2 stars for these departments. Nursing administration has to hire a good amount of experienced nurses for the ward to take care of patients without stress. Handling 20 patients by one or two nurses is very difficult and it automatically reduces the care. NICU, PICU, MICU care is much appreciated. Rooms need room freshers. Few twin sharing rooms stinks. Centralised AC needs to be taken care of for good air circulation. Admin will ask for suggestions but it never got fixed during my admission.hope it improves.

Visited in emergency, I was charged consultation+emergency+registration charges and again next day I am called to visit the doctor since my daughter still having issues and I am being told that I need to pay consultation charges again since I visited in emergency but still I paid consultation during emergency visit too and same should have a follow up period if issue is persistent and medicince is not working. 1st and last visit and will never recommend Rainbow hospital to my circle since such experience was not expected.
During my first trimester pregnancy i was in chennai and was consulting Dr Mathangi at Rainbow and had to shift to bangalore. Had worried about consulting new doctor in Bangalore again as i was comfortable in chennai. Got referred to Dr Shweta Kamat at Rainbow Hebbal by Chennai doctor and had my first consultation with Dr Shweta Kamat. She made me comfortable in the very first visit, she was too kind throughout the process, any personal issues she use to reply anytime and supported, treated well for my health condition finally she gifted us a little princess. I would recommend Dr Shweta Kamat proudly.
Worst Service I ever seen, my daughter was not well, doctor and hospital staff not at all responded and no one was there to guide us and duty doctor was busy with his phone instead of giving treatment to the childrens.
I suggest parents not to go & don't refer Rainbow hospital, don't waste your valuable time.

As my 1 and half year old baby having a fluctuating pus in the bigger toe I had been to Dr. Pradeep Kumar yesterday for consultation, he consulted my baby and he told that the baby's toe need a small incision and pus draining and should consult pediatric surgeon Dr. Pradeep Kumar requested surgeon to consult my baby but he refused to come I don't know how u people treat Instead of writing in hospitals logo u people have to treat the patient well and attend the patient first, for a Dr duty is first.
Rainbow hospital administered Covishield vaccination at our society but Pavan who was incharge of camp from Hospital is not sharing Invoice after multiple followup.
I have raised complain regarding this and looking senior Senior Management to resolve the issue.
Never seen such an unprofessional behavior from the hospital staff from hebbal branch, there is no follow up call, i took the appointment based on reviews which is utterly nonsense. You have to hold up long 10 minutes to get an just appointment or any answersfrom them. Please go for columbia asia hebbal branch or fortis they are far better compared to rainbow.
The services were at the best. All the faculty were very helpful. Especially “Ina” the coordinator helped a lot and made sure that everything was to our convenience.
I loved my experience at Rainbow Birthright hospital! Especially I was extremely happy with Dr Anitha Rao and Lactation Expert Aksa. Dr Anitha Rao is friendly, prompt and a great professional! She has been supportive throughout my pregnancy journey. Aksa was there from day one in supporting and guiding me on lactation needs for my lil one! She spent considerable amount of time and had great patience in showing feeding techniques and ways to improve feeding and supply! The labour room nurses were very supportive and motivated me towards a normal safe delivery! I would highly recommend the hospital to expecting women!

Got admitted the second time for some procedure for my son and there was a huge change seen in discharge process. From 5 hours to just 1 hour, what a dramatic turn of process. Proper follow-up was given to us about the status of our discharge process by billing executive, floor executive and nurses. Kudos to the team.
