We were 10 people family we got single 10bed dormitory room for just 2500.rooms are very clean
They provided space for cooking near parking
Very good for families

Very costly and hot water comes after 7 am, The only good thing is it's in the centre of the city.

Hotel in prime location. We stayed in Dormitory room for 20 person. Ample parking space for all types of vehicles. Bed n restroom are ok for refresh and night stay.

Very bad hotel management. Dirty rooms. No hot water service. Very expensive and They charged 2200 per night for small room and. Also looted money for booking cab through their travel agency. No basic facilities like mineral water. I strongly suggest not to choose this hotel. Atleast they will not share receipts for our billls.

Very worst maintenance there no proper water available in the rooms a very small rooms which are charged very high no hot water at morning no clean at all I had a very worst experience with this residency we have waited till 10 at morning for normal water also a very very very bad experience.

Rude attitude of owner, small hotel, unhygienic. Seems people generally reserve room for drink purpose

Hehe. No words to describe.they will not clean the pillow covers, blankets and bedsheets properly. And for hot water to take the bath need to wait till 8.30 am.so that u can drop your early morning plans. Hehe

Location is good but very expensive according to their rooms and services. It costed me 1200 for 2 persons. Which is too high for this room's.

For non A/C rooms 1200rs is too more,

Have stayed here multiple times. Good and nothing great. Ok for a normal stay and close to many eateries around and the zoo and palace. Rooms are small and check-out timings are flexible that's great

Worst and pathetic staffs there. Don't even have the courtesy on how to speak. Also no stamp pad to apply on bill.i said my leg got injured, still people not ready to lifty luggage.pathetic.don't stay there. Even if you get it free. Usually I don't give negative review still the kind of experience I faced is awkward

Good resident, two person can stay in same room but little bargaining skills help you. I with my friend stayed here for a night they asked us for 1000 but after negotiation they agreed on 540.

Very poor quality room, room was dirty, and the staff of hotel behave very rudely and misbehave with us and they have extra charged for the water.
Don't go in this hotel. Hotel is attractive from the outside but it is worst from inside and all the photos of hotel uploaded is fake. After knowing that if you are not from Karnataka you are helpless. They take the benefits of localism. After check in you can't do anything

Very bad service. First time phone kore book korechi Mera ko bola 1000 rs one day.but hote me Jake bola diman jaya ha Mera ko dusra hotel me shift karna ke Liya bola but me raji nahi hua bolke Meraki extra payment liya.room proper clear nahi tha.tv nahi thik tha.toilet thik nahi tha.

For a place like Mysore the price is reasonable for the room they provide. They are charging around 600 if you negotiate a little. Don't expect to much.

Never ever gonna go there, don't get fool yourself by the rate showing online, it's bloody fake, those managers behaves as they are the boss of customers, not even caring customers, really rude

Well service and management with all facilities parking. It's near to Mysore palace as well as the cost par day also normal

Horrible experience, full mosquitoes, no bathroom mirror, cot full of noise, no tv, no wifi, I booked to stay for three days but I stayed only for one night with great difficulty

I was stayed last weak, in this hotel the homely atmosphere good stayed and service also good and walkable distance to palace.

It's one of the expensive worst residency in Mysore. Please don't go with family. Full of alcohol smell and cigarette smell.no hot water and staff won't respond you. Worst customer service.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The person who claimed to be owner was very rude and mannerless.

Best place to waste money!
There are many hotels close by to palace and zoo instead relying on hotels like this. I was disappointed the moment I entered the room, the room looked very unpleasant than want was shown in the room images, they are fooling people by posting false images. Disgusting hotel bed sheets which are never washed, Deprived of all the basic amineties including drinking water I had no option to change the room and ruined my 2 days stay in this hotel. Finally, the great management, I would request them to get trained on “how to speak with customers”. Never ever get compromised that the hotel is close to popular sightseeing places and get fooled. Please look for better hotels, they provide best services for the amount paid here.

Stayed 1 day with family.
The staffs were very cooperative. We got rooms in the 3rd floor.
301,302 and 303. There was lift to reach the floors. Room cleanliness was not upto the standard. TV was not working.

Worst Hotel Not worthy to stay, no fixed rate based on customer tariff is fixed, Not worthy for the changes paid, Didn't give any soap, towel etc. Worst services don't prefer this hotel.

Moreover, both A. C. /non AC rooms are there.
Besides, for group, there are also 4beds long rooms; can have also tea, coffee, breakfast & lunch/dinner: veg/non-veg both are available

Very poor ambience. Only one person can walk in the corridor, such a narrow one. Though we have reserved the rooms earlier, the room was not cleaned properly. The water Jug/glass tumblers are very dirty. There is No table to keep our luggage. Initially water didn't come in the washroom, later after informing in the reception, a person came and opened the main lever for flow of water in pipes. The Dust bin is rather more dirty and uncleaned. Soap and towels were given on demand. Hot water is available from 7am to _am only. There is no service provider. Only one person is available along with the hotel owner. No restaurant attached. No intercom. The only available person said that he will buy food from outside if we order from the menu (?) list they have with them. When we ordered from the menu, he took nearly 1hr and finally brought a worst food, the container of the food, cover etc doesn't have any hotel name over it. No plastic spoons were found with the curry. When we asked for a spoon, the security (?) bought a stainless steel spoon (?). Overall we will not recommend your stay over there.
