Although the location is convenient, the food is not satisfactory. It is not unlimited and you can only get some of the food if you arrive early, otherwise it might not be available. "Not worth 2600 rupees. "
The place is very beautiful to stay, since this stay comes in tiger reserve forest non-veg food won't be served. If we need non-veg do contact the property directly and ask for it. Overall stay experience is decent. There was problem in power outage which we needed to wait for hot water.
Situated on the main road of BR Hills, this is a very good option to stay in this area. The Temple is very close by, 4 mins by car or 15 mins by walk.
The room is maintained well and staff is courteous. Another advantage is that you can get lunch, dinner and breakfast as part of package which is definitely recommended as there is very little options for decent food on the hills.
The food was also healthy and tasty, plain simple south indian cusine. They have a common area for serving food as Buffet. Evening snacks were provided as room service.
They do arrange for a small campfire in the evening, which is good for the cold weather and also fun activity to do.
The staff also guided us for tickets to the BRT safari.
Couple of disadvantages are No parking space for car. You have to park on the street opposite to the same building. The hot water was not quick enough, geyser takes sometime to get hot water.
Overall enjoyed the stay and would definitely suggest as an option for stay at BR Hills. Both Mr Naveen and Ramesh were very pleasant to interact with.
Decent accommodation and serve good food. It can be still maintained well. The temple and jungle are the main attractions to visit this place. Roads are good and must visit during rains to experience the weather. Cannot forget the foggy side of the hill during summer. Caretaker Nithin is quite helpful and the owner Mr. Babu helps in planning the visits to nearby places.
Accommodation is good but hospitality and Customer service is very bad. Staying options are many so search for best place for your money. Finally not worth place to stay.
Very homely experience the great historical temple just near to the guest house took us to the ancient world. The rituals followed there are now almost ignored by many endowment authorities also. The royal feeling made the journey more memorable
Simple and clean rooms. Simple and tasty food. Staff behaviour is very professional. Lot of birds around this property. Its a small property. You can go here and stay if you want to unwind. Nothing fancy, but you will surely be relaxed. Plus its so reasonably priced.
Friendly stay with a welcoming team. Rooms are minimalistic with clean spaces, bedding and linen. Fresh come cooked food served in unlimited quantity. The owner is quite knowledgeable about the surroundings and gives good advice about nearby places to visit.
I stayed for a night here. The staffs are very friendly. Location is perfect as it is closed to many viewpoints. And you can see deers on the streets in the evening. Morning hike till the Inspection Bungalow is recommended. Also, the food at this villa is good. Rooms are clean. Krishna Kumara, our guide is very helpful and amazing person.
Location is good, it is on top of the hill, home made healthy food. We liked overall ambiance and service. Rooms and facilities are very basic. I feel it is overpriced for the amenities provided.
Service is really amazing. Very near to peak. Location is pretty good. Only veg food was available but it was good. Room was small n clean. Overall good experience.
Ramesh sir, Krishna, Manju combined together to provide a great experience for me and my kids. Good food great service. Krishna being naturalist provided a wealth of information on surrounding birds. Basava takes pride in room sert. Overall a wonderful experience which our kids liked.
