Worst experience. 1) room was not clean.
2) hot water not available.
3) service is very bad. I had ordered biriyani for dinner and I had to followup my order reminding the staffs twice. Finally food arrived after one hour and biriyani was very cold which they had prepared at afternoon. They don't have courtesy to provide good service for which we are paying.
4) Since it is beside the road which is busy 24/7, you will get disturbed by sound of vehicles.
5) Bed and pillows are rock-hard.

A good enough lodge to stay if you are on a budget. It's 800mtrs from the KSRTC busstand. The room that we got was okay. May be there are better rooms.

Over all satisfied about rooms and hotel staffs …highly recommended for budget hotel @ the best price … rooms are very clean and hygiene.

No cleanliness in blankets and restrooms. Hot water was not coming properly. Poor maintenance and poor service

Service is very poor. They don't care much about customers. Room is dirty. TV not working.

I think entire Mysore's bed bugs are there in this hotel and the owner manjunath, he is one useless guy who doesn't respect the tourists at all. Thinking y no one is taking any legal action. Users- please avoid this hotel if u want to have a peaceful stay at mysore.

Don't leave your belongings. It will disappear in a minute after you leave. Service boys will take your belongings. Their unity level good in thefting. Poor rooms. No hot water, no proper bedsheet. Family people's don't dare to stay here. They offer other service after check in.

One of the worst hotel which I ever stayed. Stinky, dusty rooms. They don't even the word hygiene. Plus extremely rude front desk staff. Once you try to check in, they will ask more money. There are plenty of good options available around.
