Dr. Gurucharan Singh is the best dermatologist and the most humble person I’ve met.

Singh is very good doctor and giving perfect skin treatment and please dont blame on receptionist for not picking the phone she is the only lady handle everything from medicine and conversation between patient and doctor, doctor knows only english and hindi for other languages communication this girl will be guide so she must be there with doctor
1. Handling appointment
2. Issue medicine
3. Receive phone calls
4. Always she must be with doctor to communicate with patient.
Public must ask doctor to appoint someone for reception as a patient have seen the situation how she handling all jobs

Doctor is Gud but the receptionist is so wrost she thinks her as queen or something she neither picks the calls or reply to msgs I don’t know what work she does one off the wrost receptionists I have seen in my life once she leaves this clinic she will never sustain a month in another place due to her hopeless attitude to answer customers

Very good skin specialist, treats patients very sincerely, staff also very cordial and helpful. Best clinic and doctor, I had very good treatment and experience. God bless him

I have been a regular to this place but the receptionist does not pick the calls. Ive been trying to reach her for an appointment but she just wouldn't pick the call.
Not everyone gets time to stand in the que and take an appointment. The patients should be treated with a little more respect.
End of the day we do pay for the services.
The doc here is a great man and his medicine works and i have suggested this place to so many people, but its sad that I myself am not getting an appointment. Forget appointment im not even able to talk to the receptionist.

Worst experience staff very rude and behaviour. No improvement in skin allergy for my daughter after 3 months treatment highly disappointed doctor talk very rude sit to make money not to treat patients, i have visited many times for my family but no use of cost i spend approx 40k waste of money not recommend to any one

Absolutely disappointing. Came here as an emergency because I had a severe allergic reaction. The receptionist told me that I cannot see the doctor as I had come late and apparently all the tokens got over with only 3 people inside the clinic. Absolutely terrible and unhappy.

He is the best dermatologist in bangalore.he is treated me in worst time of skin problm. I only trust him …He is the best doctor…

The receptionist is absolutely horrible, I called three times no answer then she calls me back after one hour back screaming "tell me fast " like what is this I didn't even visit the clinic but I already feel horrible and unwelcomed! Pathetic woman needs to be fired on the spot for her horrible way of communicating to customers.

Best doctor fir skin care. But the receptionist has no respect, her reply towards the question we ask is like as though she's doing a favor for me with her own money. I would request the doctor to please teach her how to behave with patients.
I would give 5 stars for the doctor but 1 star for the recipient.
I had been to treat acne, could see results within months and follow as per doctors suggestion sometimes you need to visit more than twice depending on your results.

Kindly don't not call on the number provided. They never answer the call wanted to visit doctor n tried to make an appointment wasn't successful they don't answer the call. From morning to evening it will b ringing but nobody bothers to answer the call. Tried making an effort book an appointment through lybrate.com but wasn't successful. Decided to visit some other Doctor.

Horrible receptionist. Cuts the call like a 100 times and answers on the 101 time. Really hard to get the appointment, and when you do, a lot of follow ups are required. Wish the healing process was a bit faster.

Dr. Gurucharan is definitely the best skin doctor in Bangalore. The level of treatment is brilliant and so was his expertise. We've been visiting for the past 10 years because he's definitely the best.

Dr. Gurucharan singh is the best doctor for skin. He understands the issue and suggest what is good for you. Also he informs why it might have happened, what all remedies also.

This used to be good clinic. Looks like they are earning more these days hence not respecting others time. The female receptionist is the worst. Pathetic clinic. Waste of time nobody picks up the phone. Worst people.

No value for customer.they make the customers to wait like a dog.as if they are giving free service, if people like u than u must respect the customer.they are the livelihood for you.horrible experience

I had been here based on ref but nothing worked. They give a big prescription but nothing worked to me.

Terrible place, the idiot does not even provide space for waiting patients to sit, neither there is any system of appointment. He just says it's a first come first serve basis.

Heard that the doctor is good but no one picks the call in the given number. The attender told the doctor consults only 15patients in a day, this is the second time I'm going to the clinic and returning without getting am appointment.

The doctor talks very well. The medicines are very expensive and the lady who is at the reception talks very agressivaly. If you ask something, she do not answer, please teach the receptionist how to talk to with patients, the People wait for tokens outside the clinic from 2: 30 pm and there is no arrangement for patients to sit, And that lady comes and gives a token at 4: 50 and after the first number token, she gives a token of 3rd number directly followed by a token of 5 number, You people should make arrangements to place patients waiting for tokens and the receptionist should learn how to talk to peoples.

Worst experience, would never recommend him to anyone. Doctor is very rude and disrespectful. After one month of treatment I went for the second visit since my pimple wasn’t cured. He told me that he cannot treat me since I said the pimple hasn’t been cured and he asked me to look for another doctor. I have never seen or heard of any doctor telling the patient that he cannot treat them just because they didn’t see any improvement in a months treatment. Also front desk lady is pathetic and the customer service is poor.

It's better to come early as 2 hrs before opening as the queue will be longer.the doctor is amazing with this diagnosis

I visited 3 renowned dermatologist before doctor Gurucharan Singh and all the other doctors told me that my condition was not curable. On my dad's insistence I visited Dr Gurucharan. In the first visit he guessed root cause which was very different than what other 3 doctors had told me. He prescribed some basic meds and asked me to visit again in 15 days. Now slowly, the condition is vanishing. I wonder how a doctor can play significant role in curing a patient. From non curable to cure within 15 days was just a surprising and memorable experience. Thank u doctor.

Visited twice. Pimple problem never solved. Prescribed creams are never below 1000/- Rs. Rather the creams aggravated my problem. I have wasted 7500/- rs altogether in both visit. Listing all my experiences as follows:
1. Pathetic front desk lady. Even if you call to ask for any cream or medicine is there in stock before you go, she will say yes over the phone and when you reach the clinic driving 10 km, she will say stock is not there or it's finished.
2. Even if i had taken an appointment, I had called to check if the doctor is coming or not. She said yes. And after reaching at the clinic she told doctor will not be come today.
3. In the second visit I was prescribed a cream of worth 2400/-. Pimple will come out if you apply it on your feet, forget about the face. Looks like doc is writing prescription bases on what they have in their stock rather actually focusing on your skin problem.
4.pathetic thing is that prescribed medication is hardly available anywhere else.you always have to run to the clinic when your stock finishes.

Called to take an appointment and i was told that i will get an appointment after 15 days. I dont understand their logic.does he want me to suffer wit my skin problem for 15 days and then go to him. What is he trying to show that hes very famous and very busy. Pls dont waste ur time and money on him. Hes not worth being a doctor.

Had checked up with sir Singh I had Whitening color at my neck and ringworm.after a wekw being a applied it's all gone.thank t A lot.

Looks like They are so busy with their own patients.first time but felt so disappointment with no clarity in appointments.
