The worst University ever. There will be no response from University. If at all replies, no proper information will be given. Takes months of time even for a simple procedure.
It's an University for health care studies like Medica and nursing cources.nursing colleges and medical colleges are controlled by RGUHS.the duty hours starts from 9 am to 5pm.you can visits within this time. Sunday and general holidays the university remains closed
For a university that is the focal entity for all medical education in and around Bangalore, it is a lousy experience getting a certificate. Nobody picks up the phones listed on their website (why have a phone number when you don't respond) There is no response to any email (why ask for info to be sent over email when you don't respond). You have to go in person. Period! Once you've paid the fees (the only thing that is online is the fee collection), other than for the paper acknowledgement, you cannot track anything online to get a status. Incorrect and insufficient/misleading information on their web site (design could be far better), staff who think they are doing us a favor by answering queries in their own sweet pace make it a pain to transact. Could improve on a lot of things for a University. First by having someone answer the phones, or responding back to mails or having a helpline number/e-desk. Hope you have a good experience.
The staff are rude as expected from the University. They don't know why and for what they are employed at the University. They don't tell anything properly unless asked upon 2 or 3 times by then already waiting people will be angry upon us
Pro tip: for any submission of documents come at around 10: 30am, by this time most of the waiting would be finished, they accept the documents upto 11am or so (PDC) so you have sufficient time to submit the documents and also less waiting time to get the pdc, this is applicable on regular days not just after internship finishing days as there would be many people
Total lack of ACCOUNTABILITY: misplaced my application and after a week i have go to each table and dig it out.they dont have clue why is it not processed inspite of all correct documentation and payment receipts.
Very LAZY ATTITUDE: Saturdays and any working day that comes between 2 holidays are unofficially considered a holiday for them.bcoz i was told so by the official and asked me to collect my certificate after another week. (total 2weeks from day of application received)
Seriously very bad experience in hospital no proper response treat the people very cheap makes them to wait for long time very bad communication and words from staff people who comes to government is hoping the best will be given but in this scenario the things is actually opposite for best so that we willl have a healthy environment

Today Dec 2019, things have improved a lot at the university, staff has become more empathetic, and helpful.they answer the calls follow up save staff is way more helpful, still a long way to go but it’s a good step forward.
No proper information is provided to the students. Calls are not attended. Ask for unnecessary documents not mentioned on the website without any reason. Very rude government office kind of behavior.
Worst worst worst people serving the university. They dont know basic manners, bssic english. They never receives the call. They never replies to email. Worst university in the entire world.
Worst University of world.colleges affiliated to them are even more worse they ask full four years fees, when I just want to change the course, one of my friend did pay all 4yr fees but still it didn't work, the college people say documents are in RGUHS, now even after paying all 4yr fees these people asked to wait, useless University.
If you do not prepare yourself and go, you are going to get stuck here for 3-4 days. NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALLS! It feels like this university is in 1930s where you have to personally go and get your work done. I don't how this uni has been working all this while. But it would have been a lot better if the reception area would have picked calls and cleared doubts. Would have been better for themselves, with less crowd of clueless students and stressful faces.

Low qualified staff and no facilities for students to sit waiting Room are used as storeroom, uneducated staff who don't know to behave, most of sections are closed till noon
Its more like a government office, phones will not work properly, staff will not attend the phone to give information. Even at the university you will not find people who guide you about the process. They insist you to take support for nearby xerox center and charge you amount for online payment and information (in spite of facility to pay at the university). Even the staff inside the university will ask for money (huge amount) if you want any work to be done immediately. Staff itself will confuse you about the process and make you pay extra to get the work done immediately. Disgusting attitude. Think before you join this university.
It must be the worst university in the entire world. Would recommend people to be illiterate rather than affiliating to this university. All they want is money and they will do every dirty thing to extort money. They're cheap and most unethical workers.
University is good because it's at Bangalore. Bangalore is a brand by itself so anything in Bangalore will become a brand. Government office attitude should change in educational institutions. Students and concern of all should be addressed immediately and smiling which has to be taught to all of them from the guard till an official sitting inside. University is because of students and they should be given most importance.
Very disorganized, no respect for 'first come first serve' and 'queue system'. Punctuality is rare. No mic and speakers to call out candidates. For a university of all medical degrees in karnataka, very pathetic.
Very bad experience. The people doesn't know basics of English. Doesn't know how to behave. Please keep some educated people over there in the university office.
