We booked all electrical item from them and given booking amount as well. While delivery they changed price and asking for delivery charge. When I cancelled few item they increased price. In short be careful while dealing with them. They are not professional and don’t respect customers. Very bad experience by these guys. Better to get Electricals by professional and reputed shops.

Good shop to get all your electrical items at a fair price. I had to get electrical equipment and fittings done for my new apartment. Their service was quick and even got installation in the same day (installing is charged additionally)

I bought a geyser from their store in September, the water started leaking from the pipes and it stopped working in November. I called the guy from Racold service center and he informed that the pipes these guys installed were if degraded quality and not the ones which come with Racold.
I raised this up with the store owner and he never responded. I’d say it’s better to get things online than from these scamster.

Rajkamal electricals has been a name of reliability since so many years. Being close to Akme Harmony, it stores all the required materials and the people managing the store are also extremely efficient and polite. Never it has happened that one particular item was not available, except once. This time, also, when I had to install a fan, I did not have to step out. Pictures sent of sample fan, people came, delivered, electrician came fixed. The job was done in a day. Payment made through UPI. Hassle free, and a couple of follow-ups. Nice work Rajkamal. Keep this going.
Not genuine on pricing. AO Smith 15 ltr 7450, kit set 485, angle valve 385. Total 8300 for 1 geyser and installation cost extra. Fraud is done on almost every item. I just compared with other stores and even on bulbs they charged more. Funny thing is service is provided only if same electrician is available. And he grants good leaves. We are not on Mars and it is not the only store. Don't fall for words. I bought 70k worth from them so you can trust this review. Strength of the chain is the strength at its weakest point. Again trust plays major role so beware.
Pathetic service by Rajkamal electricals. Their technicians are not professional and unreliable. Never come in time and charge hefty amounts. The job was also not done properly and on repeated follow up refused to come again. The technician cleaned geyser but even then it did not with properly. On follow up, mentions that he will come but never turned up. The owner also has no sense of responsibility and ownership. Would not recommend to anyone
Horrible experience overall. Bought a host of items from this place and was promised delivery in few hours which didn't happen. After multiple follow ups, it finally happened but surprisingly few of the items were missing. After multiple follow ups they delivered a part of missing items post which we had a tough time getting them installed. Host of false promises everytime leading to us wasting time waiting for delivery/installation. Finally when the installation happened, we found that one of the product is not working. We had to do multiple follow ups to get this checked. To add to this some of the items are over priced.
Don't buy from here if you want to save your precious time.
