Good collection but very expensive, Italian and other brand items available.
But felt customer service was not upto the mark and sales person was not that interested to show us anything or explain or sell. He just answers only if we ask something, made us feel that he is not interested to sell us anything.

Ram ceramics is located in along the busy central district area, but fortunately it has a paid car parking behind. The underground level has the bathroom fittings and the level 4 has tiles collection. The staff was quite helpful in guiding us to a good selection. They had a variety of brands including nexion and other imported decorative tiles. The showroom is quite posh. The Panasonic modular kitchen and wardrobe is quite inspiring.

I had the worst experience with ram ceramics and am shocked and disgusted with the service! I called before hand and the rudest person spoke to me. Stupidly, I went there and was subjected to the most humiliating and dismissive treatment by the so called manager. He spoke to his assistant the entire time and didn’t bother to reply to any of my questions about prices after showing me three measly tiles! Utterly disgusting and I would like the owner to know that he can renovate as much as he wants but it won’t compensate for unparalleled dirty chauvinistic behaviour! Shame!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very Pathetic service.
Faulty products delivered and no replacement even though under warranty. False promises.
No proper response to issues. Customers are taken for granted. Stay away from it. Do not loose your money.
