Loved the services of this hotel. Soumojit is really good in providing room services. Food is great. I would love to visit again

Hotel is good to stay. Hygienic, clean, fast service, polite staff, comfortable environment and rooms with all facilities packed. I recommend this hotel for charges under 5-6k (which is relative to a lot if factors).

Security is a big concern. I was sleeping in my room when someone knocked on door. I didn’t open since I wasn’t expecting anyone. Then the person opened the door using master key. When I shouted the other person closed the room immediately and ran away. I raised the issue to hotel manager and they agreed to look at CCTV. But they never provided me with an update on what had happened.

Also I invited one of the friends over. I greeted my friend in front of reception at which hotel staff didn’t say anything. Then they called me up after few hours saying that visitors are not allowed. I asked them to show the policy to which they said that I can find it on their website. I told them that nothing of such sort was mentioned at the booking time to which they said that they are sending security to escort my friend out. When I went down to meet hotel manager, he spoke nicely and mentioned that I need to pay extra if I want to invite people. If it was all about money they could have said that in the beginning but insulting my friend and talking rudely to me is unacceptable, especially considering they are supposedly a 4 star hotel with excellent services.

Hotel was really nice Room clean, Specially Thanks to Mr. Subhajit he taken care fully stay service, Gave smooth check in and check out. Always smiling face during check in to check out.

Staff is super friendly, the food was just amazing and delicious. Location is good. Chef Prem is extremely helpful, we loved his company. Also special mention to Chef Ayub, he prepared very good dishes. Entire staff (including Bikash) will make sure you are comfortable while having food in the restaurant. This is my 4th visit to Ramada this year and it has always been more than satisfying.

Fantastic stay at Ramada encore, neat and tidy bedsheet and pillows. Laundry service was outstanding, Food was fabulous. Especially mutton curry was very yummy and Housekeeping service was fantastic.

Staffs are excellent attitude and service was fine. Room very tidy and water pressure option hot cold facility was there.

No one to attend guest at the door.
No one to guide the vehicle parking.
Have to carry your own luggage till reception.

Hotel and location is fine, unfortunately the ongoing white topping road work has left the access road (whatever is available) in a really bad condition.

Very good/clean property on the main road. Bar service was available at room. The food was equally good. Staff was very accommodative.

Is on the main road in the city but approx. 48 kms from Bangalore airport.
Decent clean comfortable A/C rooms. Fitness centre (Gym) is very small but okay for a traveller. Pool is missing. Restaurant is compact but clean and maintained. Morning buffet has good mix of Indian & continental options. Parking within premises is limited to few cars only. Overall good hotel.

At mid range price range. Middle class customers best choice. For couples rooms are not that much perfect to stay.

Ex: 1.sweet corn with chicken was way more sweet. May be because of extra sugar added.

2. Ajwain mahi fish tikka was tender but there was so much ajwain that it overshadowed the taste of fish or anything else in it.

3. Fish fingers with fries and tar tar sauce was good but it strong taste of mustard oil was coming in which it was fried.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Spacious, clean, calm place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also have reasonable equipped gym which was good. Top marks from my side.

In room service was quick but requests were mixed up. While
asking for 3 water bottles, they provide 2. While requesting shampoo and conditioner, they provided sanitizer and body lotion.

Finally, they said they will charge for the extra water bottles when asked for some water in the middle of the night. When I asked them to show the hotel policy regarding the same, they left and didn't turn up.

There are many other better hotels, never recommend this.

I had been there for a Birthday party on the top most floor, Snacks, starters and main course foo was very delicious and tasty, STAFF members were very polite and courteous, ambience was also pleasant. Enjoyed party very much.

Stayed at the RAMADA ENCORE with a good view room. The hotel is located center of the Bangalore. My stay was wonderful, Reception people's are very good and housekeeping service is fantastic, Well maintained room with Bathroom. I have observed all basic amenities is there, Housekeeping service so quick response. Mr. Rakesh and cleaning boy Mohan both are very good manner and very friendly. I'm very impressed for housekeeping services due to high level cleanness, I feeling that second home in Ramada hotel, "Home away Home". Had Breakfast at coffee shop - excellent food and both south and north dishes verities was there. Overall great hospitality and

I stayed at Ramada for 3 days. The hotel was located in Domlur. The closest metro station is Indiranagar. The hotel was good, with great interior, dining room and other facilities. They provided free WiFi and the room service was quick. The food quality, quantity and taste was good. The lighting of the room was a bit dull that was a little odd to me. Rest, everything was great!

It's neat, tidy and follows all Covid prevention norms. Excellent parking spot and near to Koramangala.

It was good hotel and food was really awesome and I loved the breakfast part, their were so many options for breakfast and I loved the weather near Ramada Encore. Rooms were neat and clean and again favourite part food, loved it specially pan fried fish it was so yum and Made of Basa fish.

Terrible service and maintainance! Was a part of wedding. Staff broke into one of the rooms and stole jewellery and cash. Management seemed least bothered to take action. Will surely suggest to stay away from this property!

The service at the RAMADA ENCORE hotel unbelievable. I have been staying at this hotel for couples of days & I love this property bcz of staffs behaviour and services. House keeping Rakesh and Hari Hara very good person and every time keeping smiling faces, really very friendly nature. The restaurant is so unbelievable, Quench restaurant speech less and definitely every body deserves a visit. Hotel well maintained interior. The bathrooms are very nicely maintained, The room service and housekeeping both are fantastic. Hotel food, reception staffs great guys. Hotel attached near Indira Nagar and situated in heart of the city. I will come back Soon.

Hotel was great and hygiene. Friendly staff. Must try Briyani in room service which was excellent. Gym should be upgraded. Hotel should practice giving two keys for double occupancy which they have denied during my entire stay. Apart from small issues hotel was great.

They checked only my temperature and not my husband. This shows covid guideline are name sake. There was a fly in our room. Food was not that tasty. Remain room is ok to stay for a night or two.

The experience at the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The ambiance and the food was very good. The breakfast is on time and the variety is served. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the temperature is quite well maintained by the air conditioner. There is a fridge and a kettle along with tea and coffee bags. The bathroom is clean and sanitized with clean towels. The in-room dining is also good. Your stay will be really comfortable and relaxing that is guaranteed

The room is fabulous and well equipped. It was evident that the towels, cutlery, toiletries etc have been arranged in a very neat and well planned manner. I didn't find anything amiss. This made my experience really smooth. The room is slightly small but it's apt for a short trip. The bathroom is awesome. Shower on the ceiling makes your bathing experience a bliss. Room service is quite fast. Food is very very good too and very reasonably priced. Everything was perfect. Will make this my regular hotel when i travel to Bangalore.

It was my first time at Ramada and I really enjoyed my stay. The quality of their food is good and reasonably priced too. The rooms are quite good, clean and their room service is very good. I would recommend staying here anytime.

I stayed for 4 weeks. Room was cleaned everyday and sanitised. Size of the room was small but good enough for a couple.
The best part is the morning breakfast buffet. Sujeet, Kamal and Shivam ensure you are well attended and F&B manager always ensures that staff attends to all the guests on thier table. Do try the
strawberry yogurt, fresh dosa and chola puri during morning buffet.

It was a great experience.staff were polite and friendly.complimentary breakfast was lavish.
Will stay again in the next trip.

Its 4 star hotel but by facility wise u can say its 3 star only. Limited toileteries. Limited menu a la cart. Limited menu buffet breakfast. Every Toileteries towels are on demand only. No car parking driver after evening. Lack of facility because of shortage of staff

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada. The staffs were really helpful and made sure I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread could have had more varieties, but it was still good enough. Moreover, the hotel has easy accessibility to places likes Indiranagar. Overall, it was value for money.
