Ramaiah Leena Hospital

The worst hospital I have ever been to, no proper doctor, none of them have knowledge about the problem, it's not like a hospital rather it feels like some play area.

Money is more important then patients. Very poor service, no coordination between staffs. Every request takes too long time. Only trying to make huge bills.

The reception Staff is really rude and there is no proper appointment system in place.every time you want to see your Doctor there even for outpatient consulting, you need to plan 2 to 3 hours and you will be lucky to meet your Doctor within an hour. Plus, when you ask for cancelation of appointment as you can't wait for hours, the staff is reluctant to cancel and refund. This happens to regular patients, imagine what would happen to new and emergency cases. This needs to change.

Had a very bad experience. Staff is rude. Reception is horrible. My humble suggestion is avoid this hospital

Fabulous hospital that I have ever seen till now. The treatment was very good. I really thank full for entire staff and my special thanks for the doctors.the way you respond to the patient is really good

I'm writing this message concern of many patients.
Whenever we come to OPD, doctors will not be available. Always sisters and reception personnel used to tell that he is on rounds.

We need to wait minimum 2 hours to get consultantion. Happened like this many times.
Worst experience with ramaih.

Worst hospital.went 2 take treatment for heavy headache.they gave dolo 650 for they they charged 300 rupees.don't visit after 5pm.only junior doctor

Worst facility I have come across not experienced stuffs and ntg simply waste of money and time I never preferre this hostpl to anyone

I had undergone surgery on my hand and my leg 3 months back, Dr. Prakash led the surgery and was really helpful with everything and I was happy with how it went as he really gave me the time. I would definitely suggest anyone undergoing physiotherapy to checkout Dr. Sudarshan, After only a few days of therapy my hand and my leg gained a lot of range and he was also very helpful with answering all my questions as I had a lot of them too. P. S.he is a very friendly guy. I would also like to thank the nurses and ward boys, as I don’t think I am the easiest person to deal with but they had a smile more often than not. I did ran into a couple of problems but it had nothing to do with the people treating me.

Dr. Puvvada Sandeep is best doctor for urologist, im very happy to meet him.

First class treatment. Very decent doctors and nurses. We go here for any kind of health problems and the staff are very courteous and help in seeking Right care. Especially Emergency and Reception are extremely good in terms of responding to emergencies.

Best Hospital in Devanahalli. Treatment is very very good. I took my sister to this hospital for surgery. All the staff including receptionists were very caring and hospitality is very good. Doctors are very attentive and clear any doubts regarding treatment. Very affordable. Nurses come on time and give medicine unlike other places. It became our Family hospital.

I have been coming here for past 3 years only because there is no other option in Devanhalli. But after today I think I would travel to a good hospital rather than risking my health/life here.
First of all- Very limited doctors are available and that too on specified days and specific time. Which means if u r a working person, u will have to take leave in order to get an appointment here.
Secondly - there is no set procedure, no rules, no regulations, no proper communication whatsoever given to the patients/attendees. So u end up coming here and just keep hanging around for hours together in between of your treatment where it is difficult for u to even sit and u continue waiting in that deteriorating health condition because there is no Dr available for your follow ups as the intern who dealt with u the previous day didn't deem it necessary to inform u of the doctor's availability. (I so want to mention her name here)
Third- in times of digital payments - these people are still stuck onto cash/cards. If u make a gpay/paytm they will harass u for a ref ID which even a roadside panipuri guy doesn't ask for. (So u end up paying double till the time u r able to provide them with a ref no)
Fourth - the lady who deals with complaints says "thank u" bluntly when u go to her with your grievances
Lastly the only positive thing about this hospital is one obg Dr whom I consult to every time.

Come to this hospital only to be astonished to know the value of a human life in their eyes

Good treatment, Helpful staff. I got my mother operated very affordable compared to other hospitals. One advantage is CT is available 24/7 so we didn't had to run around.

This hospital tries use all possible test equipments they have on patients. Doctors seems merciless and write all tests moment u tell a problem. Have been multiple times.
Consulted gynae Ms. Paravathi. She kept on writing one test after the other. The doctors are more interested in making money over treating patient.
For fever they billed 34k.they gave only paracetamol and drips.

Very Good Hospital in Devanahalli. Hospital is very Neat and clean. Responsible staff. They guide patients very promptly. Dr Bhargavi Madam helped us very much in getting Best treatment for my grandfather. My grandfather recovered from illness very fast. Excellent Medical and Nursing team.

my uncle had a severe chest congestion and he was in 15 ltr oxygen at 90 spo2 now he his walking happy with me nice hospitality shown and the staff their ms Bhargavi and venu helped a lot in this situation thank you to all doctors and nurses and staff to save our uncle:)

Very thankful to Dr. Raghu, Mr. Robin and Ms. Bhagarvi who helped me to get a bed for my dad when we needed it the most. Apart from the treatment, doctors cooperation and patience in answering all our queries was commendable. Hospital was well maintained and was taking all covid protocols which I think was need of the hour. Even after discharge doctors were very very helpful in attending our doubts and queries. My mom Muninanjamma got discharged today healthy from hospital. Thank you very much all the doctors and nurses who treated my mother. Everyone was very helpful including house keeping and security. My mother was not feeling well and admitted to Ramaiah Leena Hospital, They Took care of each and everything without us. Especially in this crutical time I need to mention that Dr. Bhargavi Madam who helped us a lot and her Team were very helpful and Accessible for any Query.
Very well managed and Maintained Hospital, Everything is systematic, The staff were very kind and friendly they look very care for my mother. In particular Bhargavi madam, Sampath sir and Team were very resourceful and kind.

Best hospital i ever visited. Especially for emergency care. I took my aunty in emergency breathing diffuculty, doctors immediately responded especially bhargavi mam arranged treatment by calling specialists immediately and my aunty got discharged today after fighting for life since 8 days. I'm very very happy that today that I got discahrged today. I came to hospital in very serious position I was not even able to talk. One of our neighbour told to go to Ramaiah Leena hospital. My family rushed me to his hospital. Right from admission they took care, they gave me immediate treatment saved my life.
