Ramakrishna Hospital

Really good experience at Physiotherapy centre of Ramakrishna hospital. I went through matrix therapy for my knee under supervision of Dr Aarti Prasad and her experienced team. Thanks to this team I’m able to walk and resume normal day to day activities. My knee is now much stronger after therapy. Thanks again to this hardworking and motivating team!

WORST HOSPITAL IN BANGALURU
Editing my review after 2nd visit.
I had taken appointment 2 day before they happily gave appointment of 11AM and when I reached on time, reception says there are 8 patient who are before you and have taken appointment.
I think they don't know what appointment means, just come sit and waste your 2 hours watching people also wasting there time because of pathetic management.we came rusing thinking we might get late and this behavior is worst.
If their is any chance to give minus - rating that would be helpful for this hospital.
Although I am in touch with Dr. Ravishanker orthopedic from more then last 10 years, but this hospital is crazy and charging Rs 1100 for a single 5 min consultation is out of the world. Most costliest hospital in Bangalore. Better to avoid it and better find an alternative hospital as same doctor sits at multiple different hospitals.this charge is almost double of Fortis and Apollo hospital. THEY HAVE TO REDUCE CONSULTATION CHARGES. We normal people are not money tree.

Got well women health check up done. All tests were done smoothly and consultation was also done the same day. The nurse who took the blood for test was very skilled, hardly felt the prick. All the staff were friendly and professional.

Had a woman's health checkup. Extremely impressed with the way I was taKen care by Suma and all the doctors were patient. Dr Suhas politely explained my health plan. Thanks

Decent place but Doctors here are not punctual and it inconveniences people greatly. Need to fix this.

It was a great experience at Ramakrishna hospital. Everything was well organized. Dr. Rajeev Premnath is great surgeon, but more than that a good human being and very approachable. The nursing care is very good. Strongly recommend this hospital and Dr. Rajeev Premnath.

I recently underwent a procedure at Ramakrishna hospital, Jayanagar. My experience was pleasant and seamless from admission to discharge. I was treated by the wonderful Dr. Rajeev Premnath who is skilled and friendly! The nursing and housekeeping staff were efficient and took good care of me. This cares about money more than patients. Money looting thatsall. Dr.ravishankar is the worst doctor. Within a 1 min he will treat the patient. Not asking for symptoms and he will not even talk to patients properly. The doctor and hospital just wants money. They are least bothered about the patient.

A Hospital that provides medical diagnostics and services at Jayanagar.it is 50+ years of superb services and care.

They just don’t have an appointment system. You will get an SMS for an appointment - then you will be called and told that - even on having an appointment- the doc could leave early - so come an hour before and wait!

Worst possible service, don't go incase of emergency, you will die and there iwll be no help, when someone was sick no doctor came for 1 hour and the nurses are cracking jokes and laughing, advice everyone to avoid

Truly bow down to Dr. Rajeev. Really a miracle man, the finest surgeon ever known. Even the administrative staff and the nursing staff deserve a good amount of appreciation.
Can blindly trust the whole setup.

Bad experience from enquiry desk they r not Respon correct and I waited for one and half hour. Hospital and doctors are good but staff is too bad.

I was admitted in Covid ward on 28-2-2022. I was treated extremely well by the Doctor Suhas and others. I thank them all. I would like to thank sisters, and other staff specially my dietcian Mubeen and sister Punitha, Shalini, Athira, Usha and also Manjula, Laxmi and Shiva and also canteen staff. Thanks to Shanawaaz also.

Hospitalization was good. Got very good treatment from Dr. Arun.hygiene in wards and canteen is good. Totally I recommend this hospital.

Extremely expensive hospital, with even expensive Opd consultation fees, which is rs 1200 which does not get disclosed at the time of booking appointment even if asked then later given out as bill.

Good, courteous and helpful treatment got by dr.krishna murthy physician and dr.prateek, neurologist. Even staff are calm and considerate. Nice to get services. Executive rooms should have bigger, spacious and good ventilated. May consider to provide delux rooms.

You will be cured, if you are admitted in RKSSH. This has been our maxim, ever since my Father had his surgery 2 decades back. This time it is a wonderful job. Dr. Rajeev, surgeon is a great Doctor and a humanist.

I have been using the service from Ramakrishna hospital jayanagar for my mother chemotherapy from last 3 years.i would say they have got the best staff and all the processes that they follow are very good, they are very polite ro the patient which is the best thing.every place has pros and cons.and i ignore small misses if there are any because it doesn't matter once or twice misses may happen.also because of my mothers cancer i almost have visited qll top hospitals in Bangalore.i must say the cleanliness here is much better than any other hospitals

Had been here for ankle pain consultation a month ago, that I had been suffering with since many years. Consulted lot of orthopaedic surgeons but didn't help and some suggested surgery. Visited Dr. Amith Shetty, he explained the problems very descrptively,
suggested a few medications and excercises.
It has helped me a lot in relieving the pain.

Too expensive and horrible administration. They expect you to pay the bill blindly, If you ask them an explanation for the hidden and repeated charges on bill after a surgery the rude staff here will block your phone number and shut you with rude answers. No coordination with Insurance staff they simply charge you double. Very tiny wards and not maintained properly.

This hospital is not for middle class peoples. Completely worthless dont waste your money here.

Why are you insisting physical registration card when ID and old bills are produced and matching with Patient details for giving discount? You can see the history of lab tests done regularly. It's not fair.

Friendly and professional physiotherapy Dept. Quite crowded and with appointment it will be better.

The most money minded hospital which I have seen in Bangalore and they will not refund the amount even if the test are not done.

Worst hospital please please request not to visit here they simply charge 750rs as registration fee first and they will charge triple amount for operations and no proper equipment. Please don't visit here for God sake.
I gave one star that is also waste.

One of the worst hospitals i have seen. Money making is the only Vision and Mission, all staffs across all levels are very well alinged to the Vision and Mission of the hospital.
The hospital has an idol of Swami Ramakrishna Paramahamsa.this is the only thing which is not associated or aligned to Hospital's Vision and Mission.

The staff is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! I was advised surgery for the my treatment when I asked for the cost they told sir we’ll call you and inform about it. Later no calls. When I called back their reply was sir call at 10am later call at 12 pm later, sir they went home. Like this everyday. PLEASE DONT COME HERE.

I was admitted on 11th Nov due to dengu and by 13th nov I was recovered. Very painful thing is that the discharge process is so long due to careless job of the staffs. I signed all the policy and discharge documents at 9: 30am but my documents were sent to the insurance company at 1: 36pm. Upon asking the lady at the reception is shouting and telling "I will not listen anything ". My 2month baby is waiting for me at home but due to the careless job I cant go to home.

Will suggest everyone.please dont choose this hospital.

RAMAKRISHNA - THE MONEY ORIENTED HOSPITAL. The discharge procedure is so late even after informing 24hrs prior to discharge. Upon asking the lady in the reception behaves in bad manner and telling "I will not here anything". Very sad to inform that my 2 months baby is at my home and her mother can't go from hospital due the irresponsibility of the hospital staffs. They have taken all my signature at around 9: 30am but proceed for insurance at 1: 36pm and again telling it will take 2-3hrs more to get confirmed by insurance company.

Very painful thing that these kind of things are happening with the patient.

And if you have corporate insurance then never prefer this hospital. Otherwise they will be suffered as never like before.

Arrogant and useless doctor. Booked an appointment for 1PM but the doctor never turned up. She yelled at the receptionist when asked how long she will be taking to come. The doctor's name is Vinutha.

I am Thankful to Dr. Rajeev Premnath (surgeon), Dr Manoj (Anasthetist) and all staff of RK Hospital Jayanagar where I just completed my minor surgery.
The support and comfort given by Dr. Rajeev was superb.

The worst hospital which is available just for looting money. We travelled 300 kms from my home town to meet Dr. Ravi Shankar (Ortho) and it was a disaster. The worst doctor who I have ever seen. He is not ready to speak to his patients to understand the problem. He just said take Xray and come after 4 days after making us wait for 2 hours. Just felt like the consultation fee Rs 700 i paid for this doctor would have been donated to a begger. Horrible experience and I dont recommend this doctor and hospital.

The rules on treating patients and visitors is followed with low standards of care and respect.
But hospital is much cared and focused on emptying pockets and *cards* (if required).

If anyone wants to check their BP and Patience, just get treated by the rules followed here.

I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. Please do not make the mistake of taking anyone here for treatment. Only thing they are worried is about if patient has insurance covered, only and only making money is their aim.right from receptionist to nurses and doctors no one is bothered about treating the patient. Rude and inhospitable nurses.

Rating are been deserved. Nurse are so helpful and very efficient. Right from entrance meeting Mrs Devika, Mrs Sweta Mrs Rimmi Bhat, Duty Doctors, Duty Nurse, Canteen staffs, every one are so easy going and concerned made us feel at home and there was nothing major even on a surgery.

Special mention on cleaning staffs I should bow down to their services.
