This property is in decent location, one stop for coffee, and also OYO rooms available for visitors at bangalore. HBR layout is peaceful locality.

Rooms are clean, place is good with coffee day on the ground floor. Minus one star only for delay during checking. The receptionist was not ready give me a room until I called to customer care line.

A very clean and sanitized hotel, with the best and most friendly staff you will ever meet. The rooms are cleaned every day and all the needs of the people staying over there are tried to be fulfilled at their best level. The kitchen facilities are not available all the time but the food is ever so delicious and you should have your breakfast from this place only. Situated just above the Cafe Coffee Day and with a view of the HBr Highway, this hotel is the best to stay in HBr Layout at affordable prices. Do give a visit.

Its a good place to stay.and worth the price. No parking options. Breakfast is rs. 50 and you get 2 Chappathi or paratha and chaai. Cafe coffee day is downstairs the hotel. Location of this hotel is nearby to Manyata tech park.

My suggestion is choose other good hotel. Because they will provide complimentary breakfast but in limited period of time as they alloted. And food is not that much good.

Pros: Clean rooms, good service, best staff, good food, good tea and coffee.
Cons: no best views, parking space is still under construction, just outside the apartment heavy traffic road. No nearby good restaurants in 100mts
U can use oyo to book rooms.
