First time experience was good. And the Guy working there Sagar has immense knowledge of the hair cut and industry.

I have visited this place last week for Advanced Facial and Hair Color.

Pros:
1) I had a skin brightening facial and received excellent massage and treatment, for which I am rating.

Cons:
1) Overall experience was too bad
2) Unhygienic place
3) Unprofessional hair stylish
4) A highly overpriced salon with few reputable brands and no knowledge.
5) The person who coloured my hair was unprofessional, treated my hair like it was a piece of clothing, appeared exhausted and uninterested in his work, applied colour to my hair harshly, and used liquid to remove excess colour from my face, causing burns and a reddened complexion. He didn't even show me the colour or brand he was using. After applying hair colour, he simply washed my hair and momentarily used the dryer to dry my hair and asked me to pay extra if I wanted my hair fully dried or blow dried.
6) There was only a 35-minute facial procedure, and the owner tried to pressure people into purchasing a more expensive facial.

I will never ever visit this salon and i would not recommend this to anyone.
