After ola auto book going station. Second time not book Rapido bike but some time later Rapido bike rider call reach your location. Bike rider call him cancel sir. Turning AC on feature is like premium and hidden feature on Rapido, their cab drivers say that turning AC on is only available in Uber and that too only for SEDAN car. Why do we book cab ride with such a hilariously hefty price and just to experience rowdyism from Cab driver.
They even talk to some random friend about obscene topics and loudly.
They even don't give way to ambulance and while others safety is neglected like anything.
They even say let police jail me and I don't care and will continue to talk on phone no matter what.
Beware of mafia and rowdy people in this app, seems like Rapido does not find time to do Background Check, since they are busy attaching more cabs to their fleet.
Very woste customer service my account active past 5 years suddenly my account suspended there account they didn't return amount and not active account also
Today it was my worst experience with rapido, though it has happened earlier as well. There was a good difference in the booking amount n the amount charged after reaching my destination. I really felt cheated by these people and uninstalled it's app as well. This company is making money by fooling their customers. There are many other apps which charge less n don't cheat like rapido. I would like to suggest not use rapido but other apps.
Do not support clients, there is no option to call or contact, just uploaded fake number. Just make you keep waiting for hours ans then cancel rides. Don't have any responsibility and do not care to value customer's time. Huge disappointment
Worst experience ever. Driver takes a detour to fill petrol on the way. Was made to wait on the petrol pump because they were just getting started in the morning. The entire detour and waiting was added to my bill. Driver abused me to pay the entire amount. Even the customer care which driver spoke to bluntly threatened me to pay full or they will block my amount. If you yourself have to talk to customer care first you need to pay the amount and then you must beg for refund. It's pathetic. Driver started abusing with words that can't be mentioned in any platform.
THIS MORNING I HAD BOOKED RAPIDO 2 CAPATINS ARE ASKING FOR DROP LOCATION. GUYS THEIR CAPTAINS ARE NOT SAFE DO NOT USE RAPIDO. THEIR CAPTAIND ARE NOT TRAINED. ALSO I HAVE BEEN FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS WHY ARE THEY ASKING DROP LOCATION.
Hmmm leave rapido and book auto for your safer side, just for 7 km they charge like 85 and including the so called surcharge of 35 rupees total 115 rupees for 7 km, half of the charges of the actual ride there is no use at all, I used to book same ride for 75 rupees everytime but from 1 week use to check everyday they are hiking the surcharges it's better to book Ola uber or auto for safe rides.
I am in Bangalore and sharing one of the driver review, he is number one cheater. Driver name: "Manjuntha r Manju". Night at 8: 30 pm in a rainy day, after driving 20 minutes roaming here and there, he stopped at one place and said his auto is not working. And then when I booked another auto for Rs 800, and immediately he is saying he will come with Rs 700 for small repair in auto. Please aware of these types of tricks.better book a cab instead of Auto in this situation. I lost my 2 hours time wasted and the second auto is not good.

Company has no ethics a driver can take advantage of the passenger, driver doesn't respectel passengers, the company closes open tickets without providing a solution supporting theif drivers, they closed over 15 open tickets without providing a solution

Hi rapido team. I have installed the rapido bike captain app one month before and attached all the required documents and everything is completed. But it was indicating Ur account will be activated within 24 hours, but it's been a month still not actived. So kindly solve this issue or else it will creat bad opinion on Ur app.
Yesterday (24/06/2020). I tried recharging my rapido wallet using 290 rs (145*2), but the amount is debited from my bank account. Even if check the rapido passbook I was able to see that the amount is credited. But in the rapido wallet it's not reflecting. I thought it's some technical glitch, so I have tried recharging my rapido wallet registered to another number which I have. This time it was 150 rs. It was the same. The money got debited from my bank account, but it's not reflecting in the rapido wallet. So.now lost 440 rs in a single day. Poor me. I have raised ticket, sent mails, but nothing useful. Pathetic service from rapido.
After two days they have rectified the issue. Thanks for that. But the response from the customer care or service is not at all upto the mark. Need to improve a lot in that. I am a regular rapido user, so kindly consider this as my suggestion. Thanks.
Has been worked in retention team bng hsr layout 1sec for month. Whole office filled with Andhra people's, they have made mini andhra Even team leader ashok+919035000238. He is the person who degradin and insultin kannada people's. It should not happen to anybody again

Very worst service it's not showing the exact location, rider they don't get proper location and very slow driving. Service should be better it's not showing the exact time also. I am really disappointed with rapido service.
Worst app. They loot customer's money who pays by online mode. There is no customer service if anything wrong happens with customer. Please avoid this app specially if you are dealing with online payment. More than twice it happened with me. They deducted the amount wrongly and did not refund on complaint. Most of captains are unprofessional or lack of training. This is my last and worst experience with rapido. Signing out. And will refer same thing to other users. Please be aware of such fraud
Hi, I want to tell to all the review givers not to discourage by their work. As a start-up many people fail to give proper customer satisfaction. Please encourage Rapido as they are working day and night to give their best to make transport better for the last mile connectivity. It helps a lot if all goes well.
Even I tried to use the app, many bugs may be there, even i didnt not get a rider even though few seen in the gps map - it showed "No riders available. " But look on the issues to get it sorted out as soon as possible.
Useless customer care. I've raiseda ticket regarding captain's who start and complete trip without even picking up the customer costing me money without taking the ride. The customer care never replies to the ticket nor refunds the money. Don't go blindly by most fake reviews
As a captain, in the beginning I had good trips, later no trips and proper responses. If customers cancel ride, the penalty fees collected from my account, really worst. Mind upset, who will give us our money for the patrol and convenience.

Still also i am call to customer care people will not give good respons also one customer care executive she will dont no how to talk with customers also her name is anjum and sageeth both are also same if i call to customer she ask what to do till now u can call to that time only she ask me i tell ur rapido help line is always buys only its not contected how can i Call so she say go to head office or elase she say ur money will not get that 1 kind ok frowd only also i lose my money so that only i am stop work from now in rapido
I had very high expectations and rapido maintained it until it came to issues regarding payment. This is absolutely horrible and I am utterly disappointed as I have not received replies on tickets that are over 3 weeks old! First the app charges me more than what had been initially shown, no reply on that. Later, a driver marks my trip as completed and he's left after I've called him a million times! My money is gone, and even my time! As usual no reply on the ticket. Better fix your customer service or promptness or watch your customers leave. Your prices are too high as well, these fake reviews won't help.
I have downloaded the Rapido app. From the starting only it's showing "your account is temporarily suspended". I have sent mail, I have called many times to customer care. But they are not responding. I disappointed with their response. I am expecting atleast now they will respond to this.
As a captain. My experience m sharing few days ago I join and worked part time morning 6am to 11am first of all no pickups in my area and I should search pickup point which is around 7 to 8 km from my place Even am not getting if I get pickup distance 2.3km.find huge difficulties to get duty

Cheaters, Pathetic work waited for 1 hour to get the ride, updated the location exactly rider but rider failed to reach went to some other location, checked with several times guided the location but rider wrongly acknowledge where i have not started my ride.where i already paid asked to check for the refund asked to drop a mail. Since that was not my problem asking to book a ride Last Ride for Sure.at any cost.
Pathetic customer service. They are succeeding for the sole reason that no other bike service startup have come up so far. We should discard such services, as they are taking consumers for granted. They wont reply to any of your concerns. And they dont have a customer care number for customers. Please Boycott such companies who have no ethics to run such an efficient concept of 2 wheeler taxi service.
Bakwas nd worst service, if you have any problem no proper customer service. I want to share my experience with rapido here, I booked a ride for 4 km, the driver called me and said to cancel the ride but I rufused bcz if I cancelled the ride they are cancellation charges so, whn I refused, I got the notification that ride has completed and amount has charged via Paytm which has linked to it, with out pickup and droping I lost the amount.trying to reach customer care but till now I couldn't reached with there numbers.when u linked any wallets for this app be carefull.
