A beautiful home stay completely surrounded by lush coffee plantations.
The home stay has 2 rooms (beautiful designed for the natural light to come in) 1 attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom which are neatly maintained. The back door of the house has a lazy sit out area. They had provided oven, electric stove and water heating kettle. They had also offered lot of proper electric stove usable cookware along with cutlery.
They’ll take you on a small round around the plantation. No swimming pool and no TV.
Food will be catered by them based on your preference (veg and non-veg) mostly South Indian food.

Our stay was peaceful.

A fabulous place to stay at Sakleshpura. It is set amidst coffee estates and is run by Narthan and Neharika.

It has amazing vistas, great home cooked meals and some amazing and wonderful support staff.

It is peaceful and serene. The house is tastefully done and is very neat, clean and stylish.

You can go for a plantation walk, do some bird watching, play some board games and just chill.

Can't wait to go back to Rasasvada, ️

Every corner of the homestay is tastefully designed and everything in the house makes you feel at home from the time you step in.

If you want to wind down look no further, this is the best homestay we have ever experienced. We visited as a couple for our anniversary but you can visit with your family or friends as well. Neharika made our day special by arranging for a high tea amongst the coffee plantation and personally invested her time to do so.

The food is homely yet delicious. We had all the meals at their homestay and we specially enjoyed the coffee pudding, cold sandwich, raw papaya salad and Kesari Bath.

We were also treated with a tour to the coffee estate, learnt about coffee, and saw a the variety to fruits, condiments and veggies that grow on the farm. We also visited a 400 year old temple which is adjacent to the coffee estate.

Neharika’s personal touch was overwhelming, she also suggested places to visit and while returning we also bought coffee, pepper and avocados grown on the estate.

We would be definitely staying at the property again and highly recommend it.

Rasasvada is one of the best places we ever have stayed recently. The bed rooms are very spacious with extra sit out at the back side with traditional chairs. The entire house is furnished traditionally and environment friendly. The food is of excellent quality. The owner takes personal care to ensure that you are served the food of your choice including local cousine. They have arranged a tour to their coffee estate and showed us the plantation. It is very impressive. They have served us fruits like jackfruit, banana and papaya from the estate. These are of very high quality. Overall we enjoyed the stay there. We highly recommend the place for anyone who plans to visit Sakleshpura.

This is 2bhk homestay with 1 attached bathroom and 1 shared bathroom. It is beautifully done up and has a large porch on either side to enjoy the peace and quiet. The most memorable thing was the food. You get yummy local cuisine and the staff is very sweet.

Its a 2BHK newly constructed and well maintained house. The owner takes personal interest in ensuring comfort of guests. Food is home cooked by the owner so no worries about taste and quality. Far better than most homestays I have experienced. Only improvement suggestion is to have wider variety of food.

I loved every corner of this Homestay. Very simple yet beautifully designed. If you are looking for a relaxing staycation with family or friends this is the best. Neharika also arranged a cake and set up a table on my request for our anniversary. The food is homely and nice. Would highly recommend this Homestay.

This rating is only for the home which you see in the picture. Tastefully designed, hygiene property. Apart from that rest were not to the mark. They charge you premium & the hospitality is below average. When we reached the property no one were there even for hi hello. Very wiered experience was from the time we checked in until checkout all conversation s were over phone. No courtesy even to come n greet. We had requested for 12: 30 lunch even before a day we arrived, we got lunch at 2pm. There were noone around the property if u need something. One cook who come & deliver food, coffee Tea. Anything you ask him he will direct everything to Madam. Above all this property doesn't have anything other than house. Zero activities, zero entertainment. Overall not happy with the experience

Stayed at this beautiful property with family which is amidst coffee plantations hosted by Neharika. The property is 10 minutes away from the main town area, so expect nothing but calm and serenity in this place. Perfect place for a staycation with family or friends. Neharika guided us to visit a beautiful place nearby for the evening and also provided us with local authentic food as we had requested. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay here to catch a break from busy life among bustling crowds.

It's the most amazing homestay I have ever stayed at. Amidst coffee plantation and a uphill trek right around the corner, it is the best one can get for a weekend gateway. The host is amazing and gives an unmatched homestay experience. I guess it's the best property at Sakleshpur.

Home in the real sense of the word. It’s quiet, cozy and has a vide to it that I’m sure everyone will connect to when they are here. The place has been done very tastefully and the food will give you goosebumps. It’s just so delicious yet homely. Everything they fed us with was different but in a good way. The coffee they serve as a welcome refreshment and their tea is something you don’t want to miss when at Rasasvada. Neharika and Nathan are absolutely amazing hosts and the suggestions they gave for travel and food are everything that will make you experience at sakleshpur, the most memorable and pleasant one, like ours. ️
