Worst experience, I went der with chest pain. For ecg. They asked to pay first n enter. I did. Also the employees there were very vague if we ask questions and it's like they don't care.
One of the worst management that personally I feel. We went for one of the scans and they are making the patient wait for more than 1hr after the bladder is full. And in return they started questioning why you passed urine before going for the test. There is no scanning order maintained and no proper communication to be ready. Better the management should learn these things before stating this business. We are asking our doctor not to refer to this center for anyone further next.
Pathetic customer service. Edit1: For a natal scan, the diagnostic centre doesn't prepare the patient correctly, like what are the things that need to be done before coming for a scan. We had enquired about a scan and came to the centre and booked an appointment for the scanning. But when we came for the scanning, the receptionist was informing us about filling up our stomach before scanning. Wouldn't it be better if this info was passed earlier? No sense of time. Why don't you put up the timing as 10: 30am-12: 30pm, and 3: 30pm-5: 00pm? These are the timings in which we can get the doctor for scanning IF WE ARE LUCKY ENOUGH. The rest of the time it's like a restroom. We don't wish to be here all day just for a 10 minute scan. These timings are not just on occasion. Every time it's the same
Since this Rashid Diagnostics center is close to my house and asked MRI-Scan for lumbar and pelvis and there price is 22.5 thousand rupees and same scan with Imax Diagnostics Kalyyanagar there price 12.5 and asked discount and paid 10K at last. I recomend not to visit Rashid Diagnostics center even doctor suggest and asked doctor rashid price is high I can go for other dignos center doctor suggested we can visit any center as long as service is good.
Very worst place ever i have been the staff doesn't treat good and the USG doctor is behaving very badly.i was the first patient but she spoke as if she have been with 100 patients already she is speaking out of the way. "why do they send patients like this to me "she said about me because my bladder was not full I don't know what kind of patient should go there and I am already in so much pain and she refused to take scan for me.and she said my bladder was not full and she sent. Me back three time in how long this happens three time s again and i i finally walked out of there they never going to take my ultrasound.
The Management has changed and they do not have the same level or service and expertise. They do not have trained staff, and does not give you the confidence.
Collected samples today morning and the report is ready by 3PM. Overall good experience and polite behaviour by agent and on time sample collection. Awesome. TC Palya Branch

The most incompetent diagnostic ever. They just don't care about their customers at all. No response on phone calls. Whoever picks the call does not seem to understand anything about the tests. They say u go to the lab and no home sample collection available. I have been trying to call them in the last 4 days no response.
VERY BAD experience with these people. I went personally to book a house visit for my mother who is very elderly. I paid for a complete blood checkup on the 10th of december, while mentioning specifically that due to my mother's health and age, she would not be able to maintain fasting beyond 7: 30am. They assured me that they will be able to reach on time. However, to my disappointment, they did not arrive by 7: 30, and despite repeated phone calls, did not even show up by 9: 30. By then my mother's sugar level had gone down to 70, and she could no longer hold her fast. When I tried to raise the issue with them, I found the customer service to be very reluctant to help me. I have still not got a reply from them. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
Rashi Diagnostics is very good. All staff are very much professional and very well-mannered. The Sample collection team is awesome. Even if i was staying far, they still helped me a lot. I would recommend everyone to have your testing done here. Their reports are shared on the same day without delay.

If there was a option of negative rating i would have given that. Worst diagnostic center they don’t care about patients, i called and they told me to come at 1: 30 for an anomaly scan, they made us wait till 2: 45 and then they called us, Dr was in so hurry that she just checked 2 minutes and told baby is not in position and i am getting late and she left. I don’t want to mention the doctor name but this kind of behavior when patient is pregnant is not a good doctor behaviour.
Excellent service. We are astonished at the response for home collection. They keep up their words. Mr Girish, your level of patience, service mind, when you handle senior citizens is really great. Mr Upendra, Lab services management is excellent. Getting reports is very fast. Response to call is quick and amazing. Kudos.
The diagnostic center is good and the reception staff is understanding but the worst part is that their own clinical staff give a damm care to what the reception staff tells them to do. How disgusting it sounds that your staff doesn't listen or do what they are told to do. If they improve that it will help them to get better and improve customer experience. The USG Lady who coordinates is one of the WORST staff members there.
Received good services. Person attended the call was well mannered and extended all required support. Similarly, person who came home for collecting sample is professional and did his duty promptly. As committed, report was delivered well in time. Thank you!
While paying or before payment the staff will be very pleasant and co-operative in person. If you are done with sample collection/x-ray done/scanning-done and waiting for report, the staff were totally neglectes you. Since they recieved their money and you don't have option rather than waiting for report. They even met their commitment given to you. On my case the staff said to wait for 24hours to give the report of the x-ray. After 24 hours, I eneded up calling them multiple times and need to be on line for more then 15 mins to get the report. This is the behavior of this lab staff after the moeny paid. The remaining is upto the individual choice. This is my 2nd experiance with this very same lab.
Not satisfied with the level of hygiene during the pregnancy scan. My wife reported to me that the staffs did not change the bedsheet nor they put a disposal tissue paper on the bed. The pillows which were used to give a support for internal scanning is used for head support as well. At least, the pillows must be covered using disposable tissue covers.

This place is great. Have been going here since 2015. The reports are available online to download and you get the physical copy as well. The place is clean. Needed a rt pcr report for my trvael recently. Got it very quickly
Rashi generally does a good job of providing at home collection services. They also provide results in a timely manner. Girish, who came home this morning, was highly responsive and courteous.
One area of improvement for Rashi would be to ensure at home services are scheduled and followed through properly when we schedule through WhatsApp.
We had visited for annual heath checkup. I really appreciate staff for coordinating for tests and quickly they tried to finish. Quite impressive if I compare with my last visit health check (Last time I had really bad experience with time taking). Thanks alot to staf and management for focusing on improvements. As a client since 2018 of Rashi Labs, handling our family's periodic as well as emergency testing needs, we'd already become routinely accustomed and confident to adept responses of professional and medical responsibilities we'd entrust to Rashi's diagnostic Labs and their various branch offices around Blr. However, on 03mar2022, when I approached urgently, making an almost unreasonable request for tests and report, I was stunned by their hegdeNagar phleb through to their lab team holding hand to relay communication, and coordinate turnover for a test result. This resulted in end-to-end inter-linking by individuals, who appeared humble and friendly, yet confident and attentive in carrying out our urgent request carefully Kudos and my gratitude to Surekha, Fatima, Richard, Bansaswadi's back end, and Upendra for making this happen. Would have choosen still lower star if i had an option. Very worst experience. Really dnt opt for this lab just by thinking that they have branches so they would provide a better service, it's totally wrong. Only money minded, they don't treat the patients properly once you are booked an appointment you are treated badly as you will be paid the money prior itself so you don't have other option other than moving out by simply paying off. And if you have any queries or complaints to be informed it to the head sorry you will not be allowed, they will make you to sit for hours just to wait by saying mam is busy she will call you but to be frank they are not ready to face their mistakes so they just make to wait and wait for hours and finally to live on your own after waiting for hours. They don't follow the protocols also if questioned they would respond in way as if we don't have any rights to question it. Didn't expect such a unprofessional behavior at the head branch itself.

Ms. Sandhya, the receptionist was very ignorant at what she was doing.
1) went there to get an ultrasojnd and new/fresh paper sheets were not put out on the bed. On asking her about it, she ignored the question and walked out.
2) a patient came in for a covid test (rt-pcr) at around 4.30pm today. She wasn't wearing her mask. Sandhya didn't bother isolating her or even telling her to pull her mask up. Why was there so much ignorance from both the sides? So much so for being a health care professional.
People are stupid enough to not follow basic guidelines. Considering they are in your premises, Sandhya or rashi should have take adequate measures.
Im giving them 1 star because the ladies in there are more interested in talking to each rather than following basic protocols.
To top it, the old man at the entrance who gives out the reports was coughing all along. Looks like he had a cold too. Pathetic
Today is 1 st visit RASHI diagnosis Banaswadi visited this centre’s they won’t guide any pre activities like drinking water before scanning. They don’t follow any basic protocol other than to guide us to wait
There are 3 reception blocks where 1 male and 2 females busy in speaking each other and make patients wait for long time.
And for scanning part worst experience they don’t even clean after one patient procedure they make you to do same procedure on same platform without cleaning, after asking also they ignore and lady sitting inside scanning room continues busy over phone who is supposed to record data which is guided by scanner. Very worst experience I totally don’t recommend this lab.
Had a very bad experience as the staff least bothered about their patients. World is aware of this contagious diseases, and this raasi diagnostic centre which is locates in banasawadi, bangalore are not least bothered about their patients. The fact is myself i visisted this disgusting diagnostic centre on 14 jan at 1100hrs for RTPCR test which is supposed to get the result by 24 hrs, but till 15th jan 1900hrs myself did not receive the result. If we believe these kind of diagonistic centre patient will be bed ridden for ever, so coustomers if you want to survive please dont visit such kind of digonistic centre they are only behind money thank you
Just pathetic service, very rude staff, such people should not be hired in medical field. After calling so many times the person still couldn't understand on which no he has to call.gave my flat no but person came outside the society and waited and went instead of calling on my calling no he called on wats app no which has no calling facility.on top the person calls n tells u get checked from another hospital.they don't except their mistake when I already informed that my calling no is different. They shouted so badly, i will never ever get any thing done or recomend anyone
Previously it was only lady staffs take care of the patients who come there, there was a some LA K of concern, but when I visit today it was surprise to me male staffs as well female staffs were given more attention with respect while taking. Blood samples and received patients in receptions with warmness by the male staffs, which cure patient pain, really it was good experience and best service by rasi staff that too Abhi has a such qualities. Well keep it.

Terrific service overall I really wanted to get a test done and staff were very co operative and courteous to its customer needs. I would really like to point out that Mr. Sudarshan who took care of my needs in a very timely manner and I must say I was VERY impressed. He’s definitely a manager you need for every centre. Their reports are scam wrong and deceitful, charging double the price, when asked they convince you that's the price. How is such a center still open and functioning? Looters. Terrible service. The nurse literally wrongly named the blood samples in front of me
Not reliable. They promised to get it on time, but kept on postponing for my friend. He had an international travel and finally got the report after visiting (as they were not picking call finally and was supposed close by 9pm) and influencing by visiting the shop at last few hours. They need to be more responsible. Committing something without clarity is not appreciated.
One of the Best Diagnostics in Bangalore, they have a well trained staff, staff approach is highly appreciable, and also they have well trained nurses to collect blood samples and they provide the correct reports on time as promised and totally the Best NABL Lab i have seen so far.
Worst experience april 3 morning done covid test they said they will report on April 4 by 10 am But theey didn't give report has my friends flight was at 4 pm I requested them to give reports by 3pm then also they didn't give reports and my flight got cancelled and my friends faced a loss of 20000 waste service guys they don't care about customers
Overall it's fine with good hygiene, service, better to know the availabilityof Doctor before️, else we may have to wait a long. And quite pricey too, not all middle class can afford this fee during this economic crisis.
I had got to know about rashi Diagonistics on the net and I had called the ramamurthy nagar clinic up for a covid home sample collection test they had come home done the test and left and they also assured me that the reports will reach me within 24 hours of the test and that is why I took it. After taking the test at 3pm the next day morning I called them at 7 they told me that your the preparations of your test has not started since I had not given the OTP from the government to them. I told them that I was active on my messages and had still not received any OTP and therefore I had not given you the OTP. Then the receptionist calls the man incharge of the OTP collection on conference call. The OTP colleting man told me that he had sent me the OTP and he went on arguing even when I told him I did not receive it then he told me that OUR HOSPITAL WILL NOT DO YOUR TEST GO GET IT DONE ELSE WHERE.
This is THE worst experience I had with any hospital in my entire life

Not at all hygienic during this covid period. No sanitizer available, no temperature device, no social distancing which is required compulsory in labs as so many Corona patients might visiting for test. Also I asked to change the use and throw bed after one patient Echo, but they denied as they are doing it after each hour. Not at all satisfied.
One of the worst Diagnostics I ever seen, they don't even care about patients and not even guide them. There is no token system and will not be aware of your turn and even staffs are confused with patients turn and about there reports. Very irresponsibility staffs and Very unhygienic, no sanitizer, top of that we need to remove our footwear out of centre. I really suffered to the core going to such diagnostics
I used services of Rashi diagnostics to get COVID 19 test done. The requirement was for a guest who was visiting me for 3 days. This meant that the sample collection, testing and communication of results was to be times and executed within timelines at every step. Rashi diagnostics staff were very professional and organized. All I needed to do was make one phone call for a home sample collection and that was it. Without any reminders I had a professional at my doorstep next morning and the test result within 30 hours sent to my phone number. You have strong processes. Keep up the good work.
I have taken my opportunity share my experience with Rashi Diagnostics. The best lab in Bangalore, The services are very prompt. The staffs are very helpful. The reports are in time. The charges are also reasonable
Here I lost 1200 rupees without any benefit, the doctor here irresponsibly scanned and failed to make any clear statement, the radiologist her attitude was that she was doing something for free, i don't suggest this diagnostic center for any one.
I had taken my mother to Rashi, Banaswadi for X ray. After which they gave me only 2 film. When we asked report, radiogilist told that show this film to your doctor. Later we showed xray film to Ortho Dr.amarnath, Ramurthy Nagar. He just said to continue with his prescribed medicine. But the purpose did not solve. So we had to meet up physician, and as per them when we asked xray report, they told that Dr. Amarnath had instructed not to give report. Hence Rashi has not give. This attitute of Rashi is redicules. They should not do this to any clients.
Usually good with reports and services but a payment that was processed twice in Nov 2020 is never refunded even after 18 days and constant follow ups.
