Not a recent patient, but was one 10 years back.
I was suffering from severe sinusitis for a really long time. When it became intolerable my parents took me to Rajshekhar hospital and we landed to his consultation. Doctor was so empathetic, not at all fussy or judgey. I was a 17 year old girl when i was told that i had to undergo a minor surgical procedure to relieve my chronic sinusitis and deviated nasal septum. Dr. Ravi Kaushik was so considerate and calmly explained the whole procedure and even conducted the same perfectly.
After the surgery i was suffering from severe teeth pain and visited his clinic on emergency basis. I still remember walking in and he immediately called me because he knew the amount of pain i was in.
It's been 10 years. Breathing freely. No heaviness in my head and face. No continuous sneezing. And not a single winter season passes without me thinking about him because i know how badly i was suffering back then.
Came back here for a review because i know it matters and people should know his clinical skills and his empathetic nature. Thank you doctor.

Here is big fraud, plays with our emotions, went for vertigo, not cured at all, he given costly medicine still no use at all, mri also he told for money (he know that in mri nothing +ve comes out), before i ask why he problem not getting cure.he told other person shouting on me (doctor) why its not cured.so he not able to cure many, becareful

I had tongue issues for more than 3 months. Tried few doctors before consulting Dr. Ravi Koushik. In one day I was normal. He is the Best.

Entirely disgusted with the *staff* and their level of manners and decency. Note: This review is entirely based on my experience with the staff, no reflection on the doctor.
Would give this place less than 1 star if I could. Worst service. I had an appointment for 11: 30am, arrived for my appointment and was asked to wait. Assistant said wait time was 5 minutes. 11: 58am and I'm still waiting. Clinic closes at 12pm. When I asked how long the wait would be, the assistant rudely answered that the clinician has gone on break and they do not know when they will come back. She looked at me, a PAYING CUSTOMER as if to say "how dare you question the clinician and his breaks". If the clinician wanted to take a break at this time, why give an appointment at this time? I walked out without seeing the doctor, did not want to waste another second at this horrible place. Entirely disgusted and would not recommend.

Our ‘go-to’ family doctor for any ENT issues. Dr. Ravi Kaushik is very patient and addresses every query/concern.
His diagnosis and prescription are accurate and effective.

Recently my son had a DNS surgery, performed by Dr Ravi Kaushik. He put all our anxiety to rest through his patient, lucid responses to our many queries about the surgery. The procedure was done in Manipal Jayanagar.
Doctor coordinated with the hospital staff with regards the OT
. Kudos to the nursing staff of Manipal hospital for their support. During the postoperative period Dr. Ravi checked on my son frequently inspite of his busy schedule. We were extremely satisfied with the course of treatment and the post op care provided by the doctor. He patiently explained how the surgical area needs to be cleaned.
Personally admire how he utilizes every wake moment, productively yet with empathy.

My reviews are about the staff present. We didn't have a prior appointment so we went to the clinic and asked if the doctor would see without appointment but the staff mentioned that for next 2 days it's full and you need to wait 1.5hr if you would like to see without appointment. I asked if we could come back after 1.5hr after all the appointments but she mentioned you need to wait here else not allowed. Now whatd the point of waiting there for 1.5hr if you don't allow in between and what's the issue of coming back after 1.5hr to see the doctor. And on top of that they haven't even noted down the patients name and number and what's the issue? Now what's the point of running clinic here? I agree thT we need to take the appointment but fever and cold doesn't alert us in advance and sometimes we go to the clinic without appointment but making them wait for 1.5hr there itself is too much

PS: post your reply, I hope you have read my review properly, I too know that protocol will be followed and I need wait, that's why I asked the staff will they allow in between in case the patients don't turn up and they responded that only after all the appointment timings allotted were over then they will allow, so I politely asked shall I come after the last alloted time and they responded that no you should wait here only 1.5 hr which itself doesn't make sense right? I don't know what to say about your reply instead of reading the review in full

Patient and reassuring doctors are a rarity and Dr. Ravi is both. Especially in times of covid we have many queries and worries and he is both jocular and easygoing in explaining them to our understanding. Set up appointment and had no wait at all in the morning slot!
