I was there the whole day to celebrate birth and death of a rare personality called Prof Nanjundaswamy who mobilised mass movement of farmers to enable them understand the rights and roles of farmers in shaping the future of the country.
Witnessed a drama depicting the personality of MDN.
It is fully furnished for all types of events, including drama with very good lighting arrangements.
Located in the heart of the city, have good connectivity

Public performance hall, needs a retouch and some fixing (especially the seats). But otherwise a decent hall

Ravindra Kalakshetra is one of the oldest Seating theatre in Bengaluru which is situated at KR Market.

Place is occupied almost around more than 10 acres. This campus has Ravindra Kalakshetra, Samasa Nataka Mandira. Open air Auditorium. And also Karnataka Samakrutika Sanga.
Parking is huge. And u can find car and bike parking in different place. It is adjacent to Townhall. Inside they have one canteen. It’s not big hotel. It’s just a canteen. Where u can find more people will be searching for place to sit.

Ravindra Kalakshetra is oldest and inside they have not changed the chairs. When I had been in scholl. They have the same quality of the chairs.

They need to change the chairs and inside auditorium. Aesthetics need to maintained very well.

Good auditorium for plays in kannada. Located near town hall, Central Bengaluru. Near to chikpete metro station.
Sitting Seats is outdated, difficult to sit for long time.

It's a government managed auditorium meant for literary and cultural events. In the heart of the city. Parking place, tea stall, vast space for moving, book stall are in the compound.

Beautiful are with good facilities various events are takes place more then 100 seating space very good ventilated area I felt very happy in that area

I had been to attend the award function, Karnataka Shilpa Academy, to the senior and junior artists. It was a heart warning for me, also inspiring the young me, to be a part of this felicitation.
Respectful dignitaries, and special guest, State Tourism minister, C T Ravi, spoke really well.
Art purifies ones soul.

Good hall for organizing concerts and cultural events. Acoustics and accommodation are the drawbacks. There's enough space for parking two wheelers and cars.

Very bad seating arrangement, little leg space and low level seats, bad experience, otherwise everything ok

We had been for kannada habba. Drama, yakshgna and nage habba program was mind blowing. We had book stalls were we can purchase kannada books for 10 to 20% discount.

One of the old auditorium in Bangalore numerous famous artists are born n built here. Very big place, Good seats, Big stage, Very spacious parking facility, canteen available. Sound quality is ok ok. Toilets needs to be maintained. But overall good place to watch your favourite shows.

Best place to visit if you are interested in cultural activities or programs. I have visited multiple times to this place and it has never disappointed me. The programs will be running throughout the year. The auditorium is huge and very well equipped.

The premise has space for parking hence you don’t have to worry about the parking spot in the busiest area of Bangalore.

Most happening place for all cultural events. It is located in the heart of Bengaluru near mg road. I visit atleast once a month to quench my cultural thirst:)

It is a cultural centre next to town hall. It is spacious & ample parking space. Sound system & seating is good.

The place is supposedly renovated and lacks good seating arrangement, poor sound system and horrible lighting! Hits into the eyes of the audience directly instead of focusing on the artists. Seats are in a bad condition and the spacing between the seat rows is too small, a tall person would find it very difficult to sit in that crunch! Overall it ruins the experience of the plays

Restrooms need to b maintained better.seats are ripped and alignment is such that heads come in the field of vision. Toilet smell in some sections of the seatings. But then, if it's free for most of the shows, what else do you expect! Lastly, huge parking space available in front of the Arena.

Very bad experience, we booked the Auditorium by giving advance for Bharathanatya programme, But they cancelled the Booking, by giving some reasons. So be careful if anybody booking this venue.
