Despite having abundant resources, the process of taking and delivering vehicles for service is excruciatingly slow, often leaving customers waiting for extended periods. This delay, especially during the delivery of vehicles, can be quite frustrating and inconvenient.

Ravindu Toyota has been an incredibly disappointing dealership in my experience. Seven months ago, we booked a Hyrider vehicle with a commitment to receive it within four months. However, they repeatedly claimed that Toyota had not supplied the vehicle. What made matters worse was the fact that a friend of mine, who booked the same variant after me, received it within the promised four months from a different dealer. Despite assurances from sales representatives Kavya and Anjan, the delivery date kept getting pushed to "next month. " This ordeal was particularly frustrating since we had booked the vehicle for our wedding, and it wasn't delivered even five months after the wedding. Finally we had to cancel the booking and going with another vendor. The cancellation also was not good experience as we waited more than 20 days to get our refund while others are promising in 7 days. It's disheartening to see this dealership prioritize other customers over their commitments. I strongly advise against choosing this dealer for your automotive needs.

On 26th June 19 I called for U trust Number, later some girl called asking reason for call, She first said I will give different number for used car, then I said tell them to call me I need a etios or liva used.till now no response I think they have enough business already

Had been here to look out for car in automatic or cvt variety. The sales person was good and explained on the car available and it's features. Loved the yaris car here. It has great seating, wide boot space and good feel. You can also view Innova and other cars here. Will definitely go some other time to look around the cars some more.

Irresponsible staff they won't take care properly for accessories section. When its new purchase theyll greet you verh well if its for service and accessories they give irresponsible answers

Service center is good, Employee's having too much attitude, i had worst experience, rude behavior (IN way of speaking & explanation about CAR), they will brag like anything till you reach their show room, fist they will speak smoothly and slowly they will show their rude behavior, but service center is good
