Ray Center - JP Nagar Swimming Pool

Nice warm pool. But the trainer is rude. For kids who are scared and finding it difficult to learn, they are not providing any support. Using words like useless, non sense etc and demeaning the kids.using threatening tactics to teach is a very poor methodology

Small in size. Not much of space around the pool. Changing and washroom areas needs maintenance. But for the price they charge, it’s worth.

Well maintained and hygienic pool. It was an awesome experience to learn swimming here. The trainer (Mr. Darshan) is well qualified and teaches well to all age groups
Changing rooms are not up to the level and need improvement.

Worst experience, smelly pool no hygiene. 40 kids in each batch pool size is terrible, kids are packed like sardines. Rude coaches, this is not the place to send your kids to, please refrain.

Am calling the centre ample amounts of time and since months but no response. Mr Riyaz this is not the way you should deal with clients.you should behave professional.very unhelpful you guys are especially not to a woman.

The pool was expected to be open till 10pm as was confirmed by Mr Riyaz. And when we turned up at 3: 40pm we were informed by Mr Riyaz that the pool is not available as is blocked by some one in a very UN-courteous manner. Person was completely unmoved and unapologetic. Top this up with an unkept reception area. This speaks volumes about the nature of the center - unprofessional.

Pool is really clean and well maintained. Crowd is a bit more. Changing rooms could have been a little organised and clean. No lockers here so better you keep your valuables at home and come here.

What a shamble of a place. Coaches are really unemphatic to beginner kids. I heard one coach telling a child that child swims like a dog. Does a teacher say something like this to kid? How will kid get encouragement? This is appalling. Stay away from such coaching centre.

Also why does administration allow all parents to suffocate kids when they are coming out of pool and going up? Parents crowd is not even allowing kids to pass through. Is this normal specially we are still not through with corona atmosphere?

Administration shall also do something about continuous phenyl smell in changing rooms? Kids with breathing issues find this unbearable.

Why do they allow ladies to enter male changing room? Boys above 7-8 years find it really annoying. May be they should find separate place where mothers of small kids can help them change or may be they should take them in female changing room.

It's a heated indoor swimming pool and management is also good and more than that the crowd is descent.

I am currently learning to swim at the ray center swimming pool. The coach is very good. The pool seems to be well maintained and the staff is really good and friendly. I am having a great experience since I started to learn.

It's bit old and not very depth, but facilities are gud, staffs are also gud, budget frndlly, heated indoor swimming pool

Good facility in a good locality BUT Not well maintained. You can see rusting every where from showers to pool Wall fittings.

Well maintained swimming pool. Clean and warm water. Recommended place. Neat and clean. For wheeler and two wheeler Parking space available out side.

Swimming class is managed by Al Basheer international school for school boys & girls. My daughter was part of batch for continued for three years but only perhaps only 18 classes on weekends.
Total: 550/- per student with pick up and drop.
Overall it is good based on my daughter feed back.

Something is better than nothing. This pace caters to the swimming and Gym needs of the people in and around JP Nagar 8th and 9th Phase.

The pool is indoors and is temperature controlled.

Three stars for the pricing. They charge Rs350 for an hour of free swimming. A half Olympic sized pool with fixed depth of 5 feet throughout. Though their website allows you to book and purchase swimming sessions from 1 hour to up to a membership of 3 months.

Clean indoor pool with well maintained changing rooms and shower rooms. Good trainers who give individual attention to all the learners.

Nice pool with warm and clean water. It is a bit expensive compared to some other pools, but it is probably because they are keeping it warm water and also provide shower gels.

My kid is going for summer camp. This is an indoor heated pool. Pool has good length. Teachers are good. They take care of kids. Only thing is the cost is bit high.

Good swimming Center for kids and adults.water is well maintained and after a lot of swimming center's around bsk, Padmanabha Nagar, I felt in this my kid does not get too much allergies. He is not an allergic kind of kid. So I appreciate the maintenance team of the pool. From outside it looks like they have a lot of rules but when you understand, you will get to know that a lot of them have come through learnings and streamlining for better management. Every Center has some downsides also, I feel this one has too few of them. Best part is, it is heated indoor swimming, so an all weather pool and rather a downside is 1: they don't open the windows a lot, so the chlorine smell locks inside. 2: charges are a bit on the higher side.

I Went for trial workouts for 2 days. Gym is clean and is temperature controlled but it not very spacious. There is a lack of complete equipment. The treadmills were not working the second day. The trainer seemed to be good at his work but was highly unprofessional as he kept on making jokes and laughing around one or two women along with them all the time which was annoying. I could hear them even with headphones on high volume. There was no peace during workout. Also he was treating one of the women poorly with impolite and disrespectful tone of language which was uncomfortable to be around.

The place has a very expensive membership at 3k per month. Which is still alright considering the pool, while small is clean and well maintained.
However I was shocked to see the schedule they sent me. You can only swim for about two hours on a usual day as a member. I mean those are the only slot available to you! Which is ridiculous for the kind of money you pay.

I have started learn to swimming and enjoying the sessions.very friendly trainers and front desk.looking forward to complete the course and learn swim.

We enrolled for summer camp and water quality is very bad. Just spent two days from eye rashes and my kid is having rashes. Mgmt are careless as they came to know about the complaint on eye itching in first batch and still continues with kids batch. They are just filling people during peak summer demand season without giving importance to quality of service. Coaches are very professional though. I need to fight out to get my money refunded now.
