Superb place. Absolutely unique. Serene and calm. Top class hospitality by staff. Chef treated us to very delicious variety of food. Worth visiting again and again.

Cauvery back water accessible through the property, private water activities organised by the resort. Calm and serene feeling in the evening looking at the water. The service was excellent with personal attention to all the residents. The room was smaller than expected, and cleanliness is so so only.

I came with my family for vacation this weekend. Place is very beautiful and awesome and very good for relaxing. Staff is very respectful and polite and very helpful. Food is very good and tasty.

Very nice place flowing Kaveri river side by, having both manual and motor boating. They have fireside, good food.veg/non-veg.some options for playing like Chess, Carrom and TT. Good place for relaxed one day stay without much adventure activities.

Situated on the banks of Kaveri river, this resort is a wonderful pet friendly place to relax. They have indoor and outdoor activities included in the package. You can enjoy boat ride and kayaking. The rooms are clean and food is good. They also setup bonfires at night. Had a very pleasant stay!

Huge plus of this property is that it is located right beside the Cauvery River. Great place for a family outing or a business offsite as well.
Lots of options for outdoor games and boating. Rooms are bit dated.

One of the best resorts near Bangalore. Just 150kms drive this place has it all to take a break from your monotonous routine. With lovely ambience, amazing food and special mention to all the staff who we so nice and were there whenever we needed them, especially the security annas. You have outdoor and Indoor games which include volleyball, badminton, cricket, archery, chess, tt, carrom. You get 3 times meal with tea snacks in evening. Boating depends on the river flow. I have been to 4-5 resorts and this would definately top the list.

The best place for a relaxing weekend. The staff were so kind and pleasant. The food was very very good. The place is very calm and beautiful. The room were great and very spacious. Worth the visit

I am staying here from yesterday.it is a very beautiful property at the River bank.you can relax here peacefully.food and service is really nice.the staff are very kind and humble.

Rayaa river resort is a lovely place away from the hustle bustle of city life. It is serene, peaceful and lush green. Perfect place for a getaway. We went during mid week and we were the only family there. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is extremely caring and hospitable. Food was specially cooked as per our taste. Chef Girish cooks good food. He cooked very tasty crispy fish for us. Tea and coffee was served to us by the river side. That was a great experience. Overall a nice place. I would highly recommend this place.

Raaya resort is a lovely greenery place with a water view and boating. Food was really good and tasty. All staff were very friendly and polite. We enjoyed there so much. You can have a peaceful time out there.

Very courteous staff Excellent hospitality. Chef Food is excellent. Security guards are fabulous. Must visit. Only suggestion please improve on hygiene in dorms

Looking for a peaceful and close to nature stay, do plan for a trip to Raya Resort which is right in front of River cauvery. We had a 2 day stay here. They provide complementary boating rides in the morning and evening.
Manager Aditya was very friendly and co-operative to our requests. Staff here at Raya Resort are so humble and always ready to our service. Each one of them was extra careful to our needs.
Room was decent with required amenities. We got the balcony view. Aditya helped to provide mini freezer in our room to keep our beverages chilled. Food as per me was not very great but I liked that the menu was completely different for our 2 day stay.
They organize campfire depending on the weather in the evening and provide good starters. People who drink would definitely enjoy those starters, just like we did.
Apart from boat rides, you can also roam around the place and visit some Temples.
It was overall a pleasure stay!

Issues resort can look into -
1. Lot of mosquitoes in the evening makes it difficult to sit out in the balcony or in the lawn area.
2. There are lot of insects which flies in if you keep the doors open.

Feedback was provided to the team and they are planning to work on it.

The rooms are good and spacious with basic amenities and rooms are clean.
The resort people are friendly and helpful.
The food and service is good, they have lot of options for their lunch and dinner, food is really tasty and yummy
Also they provide camp fire in the evening with delicious starters and that’s exactly next to the river!
There is lots of indoor and outdoor activities which includes small boat trip as well.
Do visit the place.

Raya resort is really beautiful. They have got excellent cook. The rooms are good. People are very humble.
Only problem is you can't see it from road. They don't have big board to show us the way.

Good place for a weekend getaway, soothing and calm place with backwaters. Have many options of indoor and water sports. Definitely a place to visit again.

Very Friendly staff very down to earth. Nothing fancy but best if you want some peace of mind. Good food served. Happy Happy ️

Its located on the banks of River kaveri with a beautiful view to relax.its a good drive from Bangalore to reach this place. Aditya was an excellent host.and we were treated very well.there was small flaws here n there but I thinks all that will take a back seat once you see the place.we had a good time being there and made some lifetime memories.

The place is located on the banks of the Cauvery river.

Easy to locate and not very far from Bangalore. They have decent parking facilities and several other amenities and activities to keep you busy on your visit within the resort or there are several places to visit at close proximity to the resort.

Paddle boats and kayaks are available here with good safety gear. There is also a speed boat ride in the mornings after breakfast. Apart from this there is an outdoor badminton court, a small football area, volleyball court, a small place for cricket, archery and indoor games provided are carrom, chess and table tennis

Rooms are good and well maintained and can be maintained a little better for a better experience.

Food is good. Good options for lunch, evening and morning coffee tea and dinner. Good snacks served as well to go with your evening bonfire and beverages.

Staff are very helpful.

Overall a great experience and a nice place to spend a day or two and sure to go back someday.

3.5hrs travel from Bangalore to Rayaa resort. It’s lake view resort peace, calm and friendly staff. We spent our time in the resort playing indoor games, swing, camp fire, pedal boating, kayaking and motor boat ride. Resort is located 5 min away from thalakad. Food at resort was average (You can see my other posts for breakfast and lunch). For the experience we had this place was worth it.

No water bottle provided, food is costly, no complementary breakfast and tea also not provided by hotel. No bath soap in bathroom, resort in good location but not properly manage.

Awesome place for family for a Peaceful weekend. Moderate activitys speed boat and peddling boat is added joy. All staffs are good. Veg food options are more. For non veg lovers it's little less. If they reduce price, middle class people also can afford.

Place is somewhat good just near to River, but we find all corner without any care lack of cleanliness, they have lack of maintenance stuff only one person who works for security do all work including Bone Fire, others just vacate from place at right time without showing any responsibilities at their work, there are no switch for calling room service from your room, so lagging on room service, and they wont come most of the time if you ask them to come verbally. Worst or Pathetic from the point of Service.

They have nice landscape but everywhere is lack of maintenance, at night if feel very odd as lack of light or most of them doesn't work because no one bother to fix those light.

Food will take much time to server, though quality of food isn't justify the price of food. They don't have kitchen at all bring food from outside.

They have River boating facility, we enjoyed those boat ride.

Overall. One night 3.5k isn't justify the overall service they provide.

Very humble and courteous staff. Specially a guy called Mahesh helped very much.
Food is yummy and desi style.
