Great communication and service. The flat we live in already had gas lines built into the building, but no one has ever used them. The people from Rays came out and installed the proper fittings and valves to allow us to keep our gas bottles on the ground floor freeing up our kitchen space on the 3rd floor.

I am warning not to buy this brand chimney as the look is good but inside all materials are china made or used not repairable things added. I bought a chimney and within 30days problem started tried calling and messaging and fixing the chimney and I got to know that the parts are not reliable the showroom never responded to my call or message. Never ever buy any product of this brand worst value for money. Better buy a brand and enjoy peace of mind. My advise always go for brand never go for all this local stuff and then waste your time following up

On March 19 2022 (less than one year) i have got the gas pipeline work done in 2 of my flats.
Recently there is a gas smell started coming. I have called up this agency to come and check.
At the time of installation they have told one year service will be free visits will be done free etc, When I called up on the gas smell they started telling about the visit fee, charges etc, (Which is not even apicable in my case as it is less one year and according to the installation time promise it should be done free). Well money part is secondary,
Gas smell is such a sensitive issue,
It has been two days they have not assigned any person and I don't see any action from there end.
Whoever is the owner of this enterprise please do have some personal business commitment and train your resources accordingly for timely responding to the customers. Please donot expect customers to follow up you. That is a very bad precedent in the service kins of industry.

LPG piping and core cutting services was provided by them for my new kitchen. Quick response and excellent service. The service persons were very supportive and completed the work within the time limit.

Very Good and professional service. They completed the work as per the time which they committed. I felt that the price is little higher, but installation wise I am happy with their response and service. And very customer friendly.

This is the second time I got the copper gas piping done from Mr. Umashankar for two different houses. Didn't have any problem and has given good service both the times.

Done gas piping at my apartment today. They visited my place within a day after I called them up and finished work within 3 to 4 hours. The technician was skilled and finishing was good.
Charges were on higher side with hidden charges. So if you are calling them, make sure you ask for detailed cost of each item including spares.
